The man working at the register is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and the service here is absolutely fantastic. We ordered a handful of tacos including vegetation, chorizo, carnitas, birria and two others I can't remember. Since it was our first time here I also wanted to try some of the sides to compare to my favorite Mexican spots and we ended up with chips, queso, beans, and chocolate tres leches cake. The toppings bar is absolutely the best in Western, NY with anything that you can imagine (except for radish slices). Our food was ready in just a few short minutes and all was to our liking. My husband felt that the birria was a little bland and I thought the beans were a little too soupy, but considering the spread we ordered and the excellent service that can be forgiven. Great spot if you're willing to make the drive.

Prices ride that line between fair and slightly high depending on what you order, but I've never left feeling ripped off. It'ss clean, the lines move fast even when it's busy. There's good energy here. It's also been cool to watch them grow from a food truck in a parking lot to a full restaurant. A big part of what makes this place work is Ivan( the guy at the counter). His charisma sets the tone, keeps the team buzzing, and gives the whole place its vibe. Even if the food were a star or two lower, I'd still stop in once in a while just to support him.

The taquitos (flautas) are excellent. The fajita meat is nothing to write home about but the veggies and seasoning they are served in/with is really top notch. The best thing I've had here was the carnitas; highly recommend. The margaritas are too sweet unless you get the "skinny" rita. The beans are delicious but twice have been over-salted. Minor complaints, really. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in town (very close w/ their neighbor-est restaurant being neck-and-neck w/ them though). My diablas torta (chorizo & carne asada) was delicious with slices of avocado, onion, lettuce and peppers. Unlike most tortas I've had they were light with the mayo which is appreciated when you're having something as decadent as chorizo and steak. The bread was amazing and fresh as well. Great sandwich. The bf has lengua, carnitas and diabla tacos and enjoyed them all. We had horchata and Jamaica to drink. The Jamaica was not too sweet which was nice. The horchata was very good. My biggest problem with the aguas frescas set up was the multitude of yellow jackets attacking the drink dispensers which were set up for self service. I had wanted limonada but the bees were particularly interested in the dispenser for that one. We also checked out the store next door and picked up a packet of hot homemade tamales (also delicious) as well as some chorizo, hot sauce and drinks. Highly recommended weekend trip.

I also had an incident where my 5 year old got locked in a bathroom stall and couldn't get out, and one of the employees sitting at a booth hanging out eventually came to help me and the screaming child, and said "oh yeah, lots of people have this problem"... which is a sign that they recognize a problem but are not fixing it. Service: there were a lot of employees sitting around, which is fine, but you think they would have time to clean the floors. Our server was good.

I've had to substitute the chicken for beef when we got to the food truck late and it was just as good! Really good quality beef, not greasy or runny. Definitely save room for a few Elephant ears, soo good! The owners are always super friendly and seem like they sincerely love their job. It took our large group 10 minutes to walk down to Left Coast Taco, and our food was ready as we walked in the front door. There were plenty seats available outside in the sun on this very hot day, so we chose to walk back to our house two blocks away. The interior featured a very busy bar, as well as a few tables, all of which were filled with hungry patrons. By the time we got home to our pool-side cabanas, we were sufficiently starving and ready to consume all that we had bought. I had the birria taco on a crispy corn taco shell. At 11:30 when we arrived, there was only one other table; by 12:30 the place was packed. Lots of daily specials on the white board near the cash register. Private lot for parking.
