I understand if they were busy especially since it was right after a big concert here in town, but could they have not anticipated it in advance and closed down the option to order it? The last two times I have been through the drive-thru, the staff was extremely rude. The first time I just wanted a freestyle drink and I ordered a sugar-free peach lemonade. I got to the window and she tried to hand me a peach tea, and I told her it looked wrong. She says well our peach tea looks like this and I told her I ordered peach lemonade. She made the tsk sound and when she came back she practically threw the lemonade at me. My next visit I ordered online and came through the drive-thru to pick it up and when I got to the window the guy practically threw my meal at me and never thanked me or even looked at me. I placed an order on DoorDash and after I paid and the dasher was there, they kept canceling pieces of my order. I ended up only getting 2 orders of fries from my order. Went to Wendy's around 6. The line wasn't too long, with around 3 cars ahead still waiting to order. Just the wait to order ended up being around 15 minutes. When we got to the order box there was complete silence for 5 minutes before our order was even taken. After that we had to wait around 10-15 minutes to get to the window. The staff was rude and barely acknowledged us. They also forgot our drink and made the food incorrectly. Overall just a bad experience and not worth the trouble. read more

Atmosphere - An outdated location with well-worn carpet. Food Appetizer - none. Drinks - The machine states it has a 100 flavors. I went with the classic, a Coke. All that technology wasted. My Main Course - I order the spicy chicken sandwich. I think I got a normal chicken, no spice to it. The tomato was thick and juicy, full of flavor. The bun was not crushed like must Wendy's locations. Dessert - None. Service - I think English was her second language but it was good enough to get the order straight. My husband came in to grab us a quick dinner before he left Minot. We live approximately 20miles from Minot. He went through the drive through came home. Opened the sack for a taco salad and much to my surprise it was a chicken and apple salad. Not what was ordered so do I drive 25 minutes to correct there error. I think not.
