This is one of the worst burgers I've had in my life. It's small, it's dried out and it's flavorless. It's also disturbingly over priced for how tiny it is. Dinner for 2 people: cheese burgers, fries and 2 milk shakes should not cost $25 when it's from a fast food joint that can't even match the very low standards of even most average fast food places. They even had insultingly slow service, there wasn't even a line and it took them forever to get around to making our food and it was already dried out and tasteless when it was served. We went to Five Guys last night. A bunch of kids thought we were going to take our food to go so they decided to put so much salt on the fries for a joke. When we decided to stay they were all laughing knowing we would realize what they had done. Over price terrible product and terrible service. Took the whole family here including cousins and grandparents. All 10 of use ordered in less than 5 minutes and we had food in under 10 minutes. They have the soda machines that mix flavors so it was a hit with the kids. Awesome burgers and every cooked perfect. The fries were awesome and with just 3 regular orders we were able to share between the 10 of us. First time at this location and it was great just like the other stores we visited in the past. I'm not a big fan of their fries but the Cajun fries are good. Their burgers are everything

Ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 regular fry and 1 cajun fry. The regular hamburgers come as double patties (just so you are aware). The order was wrong. 1 bacon cheese burger was right. The other burger, I ordered 1 hamburger with lettuce and mayo and I ended up getting a cheese burger with lettuce, mayo and tomatoes (one star minus). The hamburgers are wrapped in tinfoil covering. We ate 10 min after we picked the order up. The buns were soggy and it was a hot mess in there (minus 1 star). Cajun fries were ok. The cajun powder was loaded on the fry and it is very strong and over powering so eating all fries would be murder on your bum (minus 1 star). The regular fry was good. All in all, I'd probably order a kids burger just to have the one patty. Leave the cajun out of my fries. The food was fresh, the burger itself was good, almost like a home made type. Veggies were fresh. I will try this place again. The people were friendly. I will however check my order before I leave. read more

First off, Yelp said this place was closed on Sunday but it's actually open. Anyways, it was my first time today and the guy up front... Think his name was Tyler J. He was really helpful explaining the menu to my husband and I. We decided on this place because we heard it was really good. We got a little cheese burger (one patty) and a regular bacon burger (two patties) and regular fries. The burgers we delicious, the cheese was melted all over and the patties were really soft. The burgers weren't greasy (which we loved!) and it was hot and fresh. It was warm enough to eat without getting burned and the buns were soft as well. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft and warm in the inside. Overall I have it a 4/5 stars because I love fries, but it was a bit too salty for my liking. Even with super salty fries, I'll definitely be back for more in the future. Food is good. But I've never seen such a filthy 'dining room' at a Five Guys! Especially during COVID. Floors were disgusting, tables had ketchup stuck to them, door to the restroom had handprints all over it, rugs were gross, pop machines had a greasy film on them. Great burger awsome fries but feel like some get wasted since nobody can eat as much as they give you

The burgers are amazing. The problem is you don't get what you order. Twice I have ordered online and the ticket taped to the bag has the right order but the burgers are all wrong. Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and got NO bacon either time. There were other items we ordered for our burgers that were not put on them. The fries are also very greasy and soggy. read more

Best burgers you'll ever eat! If your a fan of bag fries then this place will also be you! Clean place, fast service even when it's busy and great staff. With every great place to eat there is at least one thing to fix. Salt I don't mind a sprinkle of salt on my fries especially when they are fresh cut and made in 100% peanut oil but easy on the salt.. Few times I've had quite a salty batch of fries. But still won't stop me from coming back! Might even try their hot dogs! And the variety of toppings will keep you guessing for your next favorite burger/hotdog! read more

Very clean inside. Love the quick service and free peanuts. We ordered the Five Guys style fries and the Cajun Style fries along with a veggie sandwich. The fries were rustic, flavorful and hot. I'd stick with the Cajun ones next time, they tasted less salty. The sandwich was fresh, but there's no mustard to put on yourself. We didn't bother asking after it was made. This place did not disappoint. It was one of my favorite chains back in CO. I was craving a juicy burger with excess toppings. Rolled into his place and grabbed a cheeseburger with my choice of toppings. It was moist and delicious. So glad to know this place is available when I get that craving for a great burger. Simply amazing. A great price for the amount of work that actually goes into making the meal, being that every patty is freshly pattied every day, and that they cut hundreds of pounds of potatoes per day just to make our fries. The service was quick and I was greeted by asking me how I was doing today and then they asked me if i've ever been to Five Guys before... I hadn't and they offered to explain the menu to me, and they did, very thoroughly so that I could understand it. The order was easy to go through, I paid with cash and got my change back very quickly, got my drinks and then as I was walking away, the cashier told me to have a good day. Now that is customer service at it's best! I don't get that when I go to Wendy's that's for damn sure. My order wasn't out too fast (meaning they actually properly made my meal) unlike McDonalds trying to get it out in a minute and getting a half-decent meal. I got my order after waiting around 7 minutes and watched the whole process with the open kitchen. I really liked the open kitchen idea, I can see what is being done to my food and can see the effort put into making me my food. When I got my food, I ate it in-store and it was glorious. The patty was well-done, the toppings tasted fresh (the lettuce, onions and tomato just had that nice fresh crunch to them). The fries were perfect, nice and golden, just the right amount of salt and they tasted friggin' amazing. The restaurant floor was clean which was nice because I was told by a colleague that when they opened, peanut shells were everywhere, but looking at this place, it's pretty damn clean. Burgers are excellent as are the fries. When I ask for well done b a con, it comes out well done. You could have purple onions available and I would be happier.
