We had Qdoba's cater a meal for over 60 people after a prayer vigil for my Father's funeral the next day. They had everything set up in our garage and it was ready to eat when we returned. Great place for fresh food. It's very similar to Chipotle. I really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere of the place.

This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. I really wish that there is a Qdoba in Hawaii though. I'm sure it'd do very well since it's so good and would cater to all the diversity there. First off, the burritos... I have nothing bad to say about them it's so fat and juicy! You basically get to pick what's in them and I honestly never had something this wonderful. It's perfect for my husband and I since he loves all the veggies and their brown rice while I love the white rice. There's tons of things to choose from, next time I'm going for the tacos lol everything has the right about of flavors. I can taste the spices and the zesty lime flavors. Even though I opted for a little queso, I could definitely taste it with every bite! It's a perfect place to bring the little ones too since there's enough space for quite a by of people. I also like that there's an area for you to add some extra sauces and lemon or lime. Really makes the food more personal and you can really customize it to your taste buds. Over all I wish I could share this experience with my family and friends back home. Staff is also super friendly and always cheerful. They're quick to greet you and will help you out when you're having a hard time deciding. My husband and I were just super happy with today's experience. Plus it's also been ages since I have a Vanilla Coke, so I was already ecstatic just for the soda alone. read more

The crew last night was amazing! After a long 3 days of travel we arrived in our hotel and found this location for a quick bite. We arrived just 15 minutes before closing. We immediately expressed how sorry we were to be "those people" and promised we would be quick. The whole crew was more than welcoming and reassured us to take our time and they were happy to help us! Everyone had smiles on and chatted with us making us feel right at home. Yessssss! Qdoba is the best!!!! They're pork burritos are on point 100% of the time and guac is now included in the price of your meal! The only downfall is each worker gives different portions of meat so one will have a lot and the next will have a little. Not too excited about that. The place is always clean and the staff is really friendly so I definitely recommend. Anyway, I love Qdoba and go all the time. Qdoba is the bomb. read more

We've gone twice; both times the food was just bland and flavorless. I don't really know how they managed to mess up a burrito by making it taste like mush. On top of that both times the rice was cold. They offered to microwave it but all that did was turn to the tortilla into paste. Staff just doesn't seem to care, they take the food straight out of the fridge and put it into the "hot bar" and expect the hot bar to heat it up, you are supposed to make the food hot first and than use the hot bar to keep it hot. I've been to a lot of burrito chains across the country and so far this was my worst experience. Also, they are over priced. It was $8 to $9 for a fairly small burrito. I can name three other burrito chains who offer the same exact style of service (unfortunately none are in Minot) that charge half the price for double the size and all of them managed to keep their food hot and flavorful. The food has always been good. The problem for me is the fact that I watched the cashier accidentally drop the sharpie that is used for writing on burritos DIRECTLY into the guacamole on the food line yesterday afternoon. Instead of removing the guac immediately, since that marker has probably been in 100 different hands and on the floor countless times, the cashier just took the marker out and left the guacamole. She pointed out the incident to another employee and he shrugged it off and left the guacamole on the line as well. This was a truly disgusting thing to witness, and just simply judging their lack of food safety procedures, I will not be returning to this location. Don't eat the guac!!!! read more

I love Qdoba. It has a fast food speed of service but doesn't taste "fast food." Their chips and guacamole and queso are the delicious . Seasonal mango salsa is a favorite as well. It's a little more expensive than your typical "fast food" Mexican restaurant, but far superior in taste in my opinion. read more

Always delicious! They're chicken is great, guacamole is packed with flavor, and the pico de gallo is delicious! I always go with either their quesadillas, nachos, or a yummy burrito. The service has always been great for my husband and I, and they also have one of those newer soda fountains that have hundreds of soda/sports drink/lemonade options. read more
