The best pizza in Minot! Nite Train has been a staple of the community my whole life and it's the place I miss most no longer living in town. Service is always friendly and efficient- they also deliver. Dining in is a casual experience with a couple large tables and booths to seat yourself and you order at the counter. It's not a fancy place by any means, but the food is so good you'll keep coming back. Something about their pizza dough is sweeter than average and it has a delicious crisp, while maintaining its chewiness. Absolutely perfection! We were ordering some takeout pizzas after a fun afternoon of swimming at the hotel. Ordered 3 large pizzas. Everyone was friendly when ordering. Ordered two pizzas to go 2 hours in advance today (1/15/2023). Showed up 5 minutes before I the time requested, and they were already chilling on top of the oven. I didn't think it was a big deal so I paid for them and took them home for supper. Opened up the 20 incher, and it was something less then 20 inches, cold, and shaped like an egg. Atmosphere - Love how visible the kitchen area is. They had the Sunday paper laying one of the table, gotta love a free paper to read. They have plenty of seating as there was only one person there waiting for their pizza. The place is new, bright, and clean. Food (Pizza - 0, 1/2, or full star per item) Crust - 1 - A hand tossed dough with a little thickness to it. Sauce - 1 - Nothing special. Cheese - 1/2 - I think all pizza should have a little cheese between sauce and the toppings to hold the toppings down. Toppings - 1 - I had the pepperoni pizza for my topping. The pepperoni felt thicker than most, but not like I had a microcaliper to prove my point. Overall - 1/2 - The cheese and topping did not want to stay on the crust. Service - We called the order in and picked it up for eating at home. The guy working the register had a hard time getting the amount put into register; he finally got help from one of his co-workers. He was adding a decimal into the register and it did not like it. Earlier I said you could see the kitchen area. The guy answering the phones was sitting on the table taking orders, which is wrong, they have chairs for sitting. Avoid this place. The food is expensive and bland. The pizza crust is not like pizza crust is supposed to be; it was dry and thick, but not thick like a pan pizza, thick like a slice of old bread. Toppings were sparse and had no flavor. The bread sticks were just a small cut-up unflavored "pizza" crust - no cheese, oil, salt, or anything else that might give it some taste. On top of everything else, it was expensive ($45 for a medium pie, breadsticks and delivery). And when I called to tell them how bland the food was, they just said "sorry you didn't like it" and hung up. Any lame chain would be better than this. read more

Ate in the place as we were close by. Brought two of my kids to reward them for grades. Just ordered slices, so they were sitting in the warmer at the counter. Arguably the best pizza in Minot, and for sure the best service. Always a joy to go to nite train. They have fast delivery and every type of pizza I've ever had from them is awesome. Not too spendy, but will run you a tad more than a chain like dominos or papa Johns. Worth the extra money tho. Also really cheap dollar slices for lunch. 5/5 read more

Good pizza! On weekdays from 11 to 2 they run a special $1 per slice, excellent if you want a quick lunch that's easy on the wallet. The best part is that the price extends to a whole medium pizza! I'm sorry but this place was super dirty and there was no other customers there but us. Food all over the floor and dirty tables. I think the pizza is always good, but tonight we ordered take out, for the family 1/2 Deluxe 1/2 Canadian Bacon. We got all deluxe, when I called in to let them know, the manager lied to me and said I grabbed the wrong pizza. He said he called out another name and I came up. I know he didn't because there was no one else in there except 2 tables with people already eating, no one else! My kid said dad no they didn't, they called your name. Also they always pull the receipt off of the pizza box for you to pay off, and when I looked at it home there was no receipt on side of box. Instead the guy made me order another one for the kids.
