We've been hit with Covid and nobody wanted to cook, still, we must eat. Ordering online is easy & they offer no contact delivery. I knew it would be a bit of a wait, between staffing and terrible weather. The estimated time was about an hour and they were pretty close. I love that you can track your order online, so we knew when estimated changed. We selected no contact delivery &, to give fair warning, added in the notes to the driver section that there's a table by the door to leave the food on & that we have a positive covid case in the house. The driver elected to remain at the door, anyway, and hand the food over. We went with the stuffed crust &, it's important to note that the cheese was still intact & didn't run out. The crust was was cooked perfectly and the toppings still had a crunch. We also added an order of garlic parmesan wings - they seemed awfully tiny but the flavor was good, though everything was somewhat room temperature. I wouldn't say that it was a great value but I will say, given the circumstances, we felt it was worth it. Atmosphere - No rating as I did not visit the location. Food Dinner - Been a long time since I had pizza from any of their chain pizzeria locations. This was the first time from this location. My family ordered for me and selected my classic choice of pepperoni. The pepperoni pizza was what I was expecting, thicker hand tossed dough, and large pepperonis that curl up a little from the heat while cooking. A solid pizza tonight for dinner. Dessert - I had one slice of the Chocolate Chip Cookie, never had it before and probably never have one again. Cookie was large and served in a pie tin, even cut like a pie. The cookie was so very dry, I do not think milk would have saved it. Service - My sister in law ordered the pizzas via the web, and picked up dinner. I ordered two medium pizzas and then ETA was like 56 minutes I didn't get the orders till like maybe 2 1/2 hours later or two hours or so so I was like no big deal I'm always order through this place is place. another dough is really moist soft chewy just it's usually really on point so no complaints there. so I go to look at my checking account and my checking account there was no withdrawals from Papa Johns . I was like oh shit yeah maybe she's the weekend whatever but now, so then I looked at the Papa Johns rewards because I was using the Pappadeaux points to pay for some of the cost I had like $10 and Papa Johns dollars. So I got a look on the app and the $10 is back on the app so that's awesome because they didn't charge me for the whole meal and then I wasn't expecting that but it was really nice so they got five stars for sure great customer service and I didn't have to ask for it they just did it. read more

Pizza took 2.5 hours and was cold. Wife called to get status and was a little ticked off, but then the manager asked if she would shut her f#$%ing mouth so he could talk. However the final straw was receiving this, had my butter cup smashed into the pizza and the ink transferred onto the pizza even though there was room on the side?? Absolutely stupid. Ordered pizza on the app and waited an hour for nothing. Come to find out after calling them that they gave the pizza to the wrong person. They said they gave it to someone in the hallway but I specifically put NO CONTACT on the order. Why would I be walking the hallway? Make it make sense. Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery driver. He lied saying that someone in my building asked him if the pizza was for me but no one in my building knows my name. They didn't even offer me anything to compensate the waste of time, until I asked them how are they going to make up for it. I'm getting a refund but we'll see how that goes. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Took one bite out of an extremely under cooked pizza, called the store to get the order corrected. Was rudely told we could not exchange for something else so I asked for a refund. After an hour had passed the supposed GM, David came to examine the pizza, which again, only had one bite taken off. He said "no hustles man that pizza is cooked you don't get your money back" and abruptly walked away. Called the store back again, was met with the same rude attitude and was told there was nothing that could be done. SHAME ON YOU PAPA JOHNS! YOU COULD GET PEOPLE SICK! We ordered and were never told that they couldn't get into our building. They are located on the military base , however they provide no details that they cannot access a common temporary lodging building. Very poor customer service and lack of detail resulting in no delivery and waste of food. Make sure that you stay by your phone, because they won't tell you or make sure you have the Info to get your food. read more

Husband ordered a large specialty pizza yesterday. Had to call them and have a new pizza sent out because the dough was raw. Unfortunately he ate a couple of pieces before realizing. The manager Marcus was nice about it and made a new pizza to send to us. New pizza arrives, I noticed that the dough was raw, again. So no supper for me and now my husband is suffering from enteritis because that undercooked dough likely got him sick. My experience with papa johns has always been good. However, this was the worst!! Pizza boxes were greasy as heck, even the delivery guy was disgusted. The breadsticks were sooo soggy. Papa John's is always good to my taste buds and this one was speedy on the delivery. Since we got a good price on the pizza we were able to give the delivery man a tip.
