Would be very nice to know before ordering drinks. Tuesday special is 40% off wings which we confirmed with server but of course we could not order grilled wings because the grill was broken so 2 people at our table decided on smoked wings. Nothing was said while ordering but we find out when the bill arrives that smoked wings are not included in the 40% off special! Very frustrating situation. We thought we were being very gracious in not walking out after finding out the grill was broken. In hindsight, that's exactly what we should have done. Obviously our issues were all due to server not doing her job but ultimately the restaurant is responsible for the employees they hire.

She was friendly and patient. Our food came out quickly and correct and hot. My only complaint, they don't serve hot tea. It was 58 degrees I was freezing and needed something to warm me up. The passion fruit jalapeño margarita did the job. Right before we were leaving the manager came over and shot the shit with us for awhile. He was really cool and funny. Found out he's a Missourian like me so he gets an extra thumbs up from me.

All of these things we had to ask for. It was dead slow with under 10 tables being served in the family section. Spicy wings with no drink refills is fun. She took our order, brought our food and that was it. When she dropped the check off she didn't say a word and just dropped it on the table. We expected a "thanks for coming in guys". First time in years we left a $0 tip. She was the worst server we have had in awhile at any establishment. Next, this place is the chipotle of wings. Smaller and smaller portion sizes every time we come. Menu prices keep going up, portions go down. $11 for 6 bones wings that my children don't get full on because they are so small? $17 if you get a side. Absolutely bonkers. This is exactly why we stopped coming here and started going to wing and rings years ago. At least you get large wings for the price. Lesson learned. Maybe we will try again in 5 more years

The prices right away seemed a little steep, but I decided to go for it anyways... it seemed like a nice establishment, and possibly a chain, that was brought on base. The meal came out pretty quickly and I excitedly took my first bite... and then retreated. The bread used for the philly cheesesteak was so dense, I could barely bite through the bread, nevertheless negotiate a bite through the steak and cheese on the inside. I decided to just eat the contents of the sandwich with a fork and knife. There was little evidence of the bread being toasted, which I think would have made the bread more supple for this type of sandwich. It was almost like the bread was only mostly baked, if that makes any sense. Anyways, thankfully the fries were edible and I ordered the mozzarella sticks. But $20 bucks for a sandwich and appetizer? it seems a bit expensive. I hope to try other things on the menu to see if my mind can be changed about this place.
