Patron said patron will go look at the taps in the bar. Server stated that the table would not be able to get additional adult beverages as there were multiple beverages in front of a patron. Patron said, no problem, I will finish this and get another. Server roller her eyes and walked away. Patron went to the bar with a finished drink and ordered another. Table was asked if they needed to go boxes. 2 said yes. 1 said no. 3 minutes later server asked patron if patron was sure that patron did not need a to go box. Patron verified that patron did not need a to go box. Table was asked how the bill would be split. Patron who ordered the beer at the bar said patron would take the check. Server said , "of course." Patron gave a card. Server returned and stated that the building was closed and she could not leave until the check was signed. Patron felt as if server was rushing them out the door while another table was finishing their meal in peace. Patron tipped bartender $20 and did not tip the server due to her rude behavior with the eye roll and pushiness. Patron was advised that all BWW locations have a 1 drink at a time maximum policy. This was a really great experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. Of course our server didn't have on a name tag but she introduced herself as Sonja. She asked if we would like a booth or table, my response was booth. She then tells us that she could not sit us in a booth, due to a rotation. We sat for over an hour after being told there would be a 20 minute wait. The wait staff forgot about us in a restaurant with no tables left to server. 3 wait staff bussed every table in the restaurant around us without asking if we needed help. I have been here a number of times (more than 10) and it seems like the service gets worse every time I visit. My visit prior to this one (about a year ago), my boneless wings were undercooked and still partially raw. Here I sit 25 minutes AFTER my order was entered and a total of 40 minutes after placing my call. If you want to go from here, order an hour ahead of time. If you are dining in, prepare to wait an unreasonable amount of time for your food. Tonight, this location is not very busy; maybe 10-15 tables if you include the patio. I believe this restaurant is in serious need of a managent overhaul or maybe the owners need to sell to someone who cares about customer service. UPDATE: when I finally got my food, 40 minutes later and after asking a girl to refund my order because of the rediculous wait time, my order was suddenly ready. After digging in, missing 2 sauces on the side, one order was not how it was designated on the ticket and ALL the food was cold!
