Been awhile since we have came here, nothing has changed. First our server Alyssa, she was pretty bad. No drink refills, no silverware or napkins, no check. All of these things we had to ask for. It was dead slow with under 10 tables being served in the family section. Spicy wings with no drink refills is fun. She took our order, brought our food and that was it. When she dropped the check off she didn't say a word and just dropped it on the table. We expected a "thanks for coming in guys". First time in years we left a $0 tip. She was the worst server we have had in awhile at any establishment. Next, this place is the chipotle of wings. Smaller and smaller portion sizes every time we come. Menu prices keep going up, portions go down. $11 for 6 bones wings that my children don't get full on because they are so small? $17 if you get a side. Absolutely bonkers. This is exactly why we stopped coming here and started going to wing and rings years ago. At least you get large wings for the price. Lesson learned. This was a very disappointing visit to a business we have enjoyed throughout the country. The concept is the same, but the wings were so small, WAY overcooked, and took much too long to deliver. Bartender was great. Patron asked server if there were any specials or seasonal drinks. Server said no. Patron asked again and server explained some of the specials. Patron asked server if there were any seasonal drinks. Server told patron that they had last call in 5 minutes. Server told patron that patron could read the drink menu. Patron said patron will go look at the taps in the bar. Server stated that the table would not be able to get additional adult beverages as there were multiple beverages in front of a patron. Patron said, no problem, I will finish this and get another. Server roller her eyes and walked away. Patron went to the bar with a finished drink and ordered another. Table was asked if they needed to go boxes. 2 said yes. 1 said no. 3 minutes later server asked patron if patron was sure that patron did not need a to go box. Patron verified that patron did not need a to go box. Table was asked how the bill would be split. Patron who ordered the beer at the bar said patron would take the check. Server said , "of course." Patron gave a card. Server returned and stated that the building was closed and she could not leave until the check was signed. Patron felt as if server was rushing them out the door while another table was finishing their meal in peace. Patron tipped bartender $20 and did not tip the server due to her rude behavior with the eye roll and pushiness. Patron was advised that all BWW locations have a 1 drink at a time maximum policy. This place absolutely sucks. Service is terrible. They haven't accepted online orders for months. For the food I mean wings are wings and this place would be fine if you like a plain non seasoned piece of chicken. Be warned I don't know if they are out of sauce all the time or what but in the last 6 times here even after specifically asking for extra sauce they come out dry as a bone. Don't get me started on the dry rubs. You might as well just go buy a bottle of the seasoning at the counter because whatever crap they send from the kitchen won't have any on it. Let me start by saying I'm a HUGH fan of Bdubs. But this has to be the worst I've ever encountered, and I've eaten Bdubs in an airport. This was a really great experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. Of course our server didn't have on a name tag but she introduced herself as Sonja. She was friendly and patient. Our food came out quickly and correct and hot. My only complaint, they don't serve hot tea. It was 58 degrees I was freezing and needed something to warm me up. The passion fruit jalapeño margarita did the job. Right before we were leaving the manager came over and shot the shit with us for awhile. He was really cool and funny. Visited this location from TX with my family. After waiting at the front entrance for a hostess for about 5 minutes, we were greeted by Jasmine. She asked if we would like a booth or table, my response was booth. She then tells us that she could not sit us in a booth, due to a rotation. Even though there were 5 clean booths available at the time. Then after settling for a table in the middle of the restaurant we noticed the same hostess seating 4 different customers in a booth. We order 2 orders of 10 wings, a side of fries and a side of tots. We get the wings in decent time but no fries or tots or silverware to eat with. Ask about the sides and for silverware just to watch the waiter run beer orders to 3 different tables before I ask again for silverware. Finally I bite into my wings and they're cold, lukewarm at best. I get down to my last 2 wings and ask about the fries and tots again and follow up with to just cancel the fries and tots. When it was time to pay, the canceled orders that I never received were on my bill and had to wait awhile to get the fixed bill to pay. We sat for over an hour after being told there would be a 20 minute wait. The wait staff forgot about us in a restaurant with no tables left to server. 3 wait staff bussed every table in the restaurant around us without asking if we needed help. I'd give zero if the app allowed it. The service at the BWs in our home town is poor, this takes it to a new level! We just wanted to have a slightly overpriced mediocre meal and watch women's hockey. To the point where the last time we ordered Nashville hot wings and they gave us Asian Zing but they labeled the box Nashville hot. Where as the food isn't bad they can NOT get Togo orders correct if you are ordering a Togo from them make sure you are getting what you ordered. read more

I have been here a number of times (more than 10) and it seems like the service gets worse every time I visit. My visit prior to this one (about a year ago), my boneless wings were undercooked and still partially raw. The management didn't seem to care.Today (May 12, 2019) I called in my order 5-10 mimutes before arrival; my order wasn't being entered until I sat down in the to go area (after, first using the restroom). Here I sit 25 minutes AFTER my order was entered and a total of 40 minutes after placing my call. If you want to go from here, order an hour ahead of time. If you are dining in, prepare to wait an unreasonable amount of time for your food. Tonight, this location is not very busy; maybe 10-15 tables if you include the patio. I believe this restaurant is in serious need of a managent overhaul or maybe the owners need to sell to someone who cares about customer service. UPDATE: when I finally got my food, 40 minutes later and after asking a girl to refund my order because of the rediculous wait time, my order was suddenly ready. After digging in, missing 2 sauces on the side, one order was not how it was designated on the ticket and ALL the food was cold! I like Bdubs but this location has lost my business and after looking through nearly 100 Google and yelp! reviews, this has been an ongoing problem since 2015! Not happy! I came here on February 2, 2019 for a late dinner and ordered a to go of medium boneless traditional sauce for my son who was away playing at basketball game.
