We were seated and order drinks and given menus, when we…read morewere ready to order we were informed that the grill was broken so could not order anything that requires grilling. Would be very nice to know before ordering drinks. Tuesday special is 40% off wings which we confirmed with server but of course we could not order grilled wings because the grill was broken so 2 people at our table decided on smoked wings. Nothing was said while ordering but we find out when the bill arrives that smoked wings are not included in the 40% off special! Very frustrating situation. We thought we were being very gracious in not walking out after finding out the grill was broken. In hindsight, that's exactly what we should have done. Obviously our issues were all due to server not doing her job but ultimately the restaurant is responsible for the employees they hire.

There were only 2 of us there in the whole place. Should have been a fast in, fast out kind of thing. Don't come here on your lunch break or when you have limited time. I would definitely recommend The Depot and feel free to bring the whole family - they're great with large groups !

The menu is a bit basic especially for the potential of the space. I think they are missing the mark. Very basic tables and counter. Pull taps and crain games in the wings. This place could be someplace special if they upgraded the quality a bit. It's very loud especially with kids, sound bounces around a lot. My cheese steak was ok, not bad but pretty simple. Nothing to make me want to return.

Expectations were low, but somehow still weren't met. This was our second time here, and after a…read morepoor experience the first time and it was not any better. 1) ambiance - weird contrasting paint colors, absolutely no decor, brilliant white lights in the main dining room. 80s ish music playing in the dining room? Very small waiting area so who knows how this place will deal with frigid temps. The "host" sent us randomly upstairs for a table where the waitresses were confused and had us stand in the middle of the dining area until another couple paid and then we immediately took their table. Felt super weird. Lastly, for a sit-down Italian restaurant, I'd expect nicer cups, bread bowls, etc. everything is plastic and cheap looking, especially considering the prices of the food here. 2) food - food is fine. I'd dare say Olive Garden is slightly better though. We got manicotti which was drowning in cheese to the point that it was 3/4 of the dish. My husband got veal parm, and while the sauce was good, his pasta was cool to the touch. Our child's "kids pizza" was dry and crunchy but she's 1 and ate it anyways. Salads come with the entrees, but the salad is iceberg lettuce with a single slice of tomato and a single red onion. Very underwhelming. I asked for olive oil as my dressing and instead received vegetable oil... 3) service - minimal interaction with the wait staff. At one point he asked how everything was and we hadn't received any food yet? A second server appeared 25 min after we placed our order and asked if we needed drink refills, which we didn't, but when i mentioned our app hadn't come out she looked surprised and walked away and we never saw her again. When our app did finally come out, it arrived WITH our entrees and the crostini was quite burnt. No apology or explanation for the delay or badly presented food. Important to note we arrived at 5 pm, ordered immediately and didn't receive any food until 550.
