One time, my son ordered a higher priced menu item, but received a tortilla with something?? thinly spread on the inside and nothing else, so before unfolding the flat tortilla, it didn't appear to have anything in it. Mexican fast food ingredients are fairly inexpensive, so I don't understand the need for skimping on filling in the burritos, tacos, etc. at the South Broadway location. One of the employees Cynthia Ham/Coady would not stop staring at me and my friends (which we are emo/alternative) and so I said something to her about it from a distance (mind you we were in the middle of putting our order in) and we wait a good 25-35 mins and we get our food and my friends food was fine but my crunch wrap supreme was floppy everything was falling out.Definitely get different workers who dont constantly stare at people for the way they dress, express themselves, etc.The table we sat at was not cleaned at all, I didn't know that the customers also have to do the employees jobs either. Your orders are wrong or missing stuff half the time, if you don't use the app, expect an hour plus wait in the drive through and even if you do use the app it's sometimes an hour wait. The food portions are sometimes completely off. Not very good go elsewhere read more

If someone asks why the wait, the response is that they only have 3 employees and 'if you know someone who wants a job'....that points (potentially) to bad management, not having any employees, and it's not the responsibility of the patrons to find employees. But then there's the food. TB was never exactly fine dining, but the food hasn't been served hot any time I've gotten it. It's kind of like waiting for Saturday Night Live to be funny again. One Saturday you realize you shouldn't tune in. My memory of going to TB with my dad in Texas and getting hot tasty fast garbage food is a 1980s memory. I eat at various Taco Bells across the country because the food is quick and inexpensive. When I drove up to the site I noticed a long line at the drive/up, so I went in. The sidewalk to the door parking lot door was filthy. Perhaps I should go back? Not wanting to sit in line, I ordered. They didn't have lemonade, they had strawberry lemonade-ugh. Thought I would try the new veggie burrito, but they were out of black beans. Back to my usual order with no drink. I was offered a free drink since there was a $200 order in Front of me. I was not fazed when I noticed how hard the kitchen staff was working. I decided to add a root beer to my order and wait. Another woman came in was told about the order and a possible wait time. The woman flew into a rage at the cashier with a child nearby. The cashier was cool, calm, and apologetic. The woman left. I walked up apologize for the rude behavior that Debbie had to endure. I told her I too had worked in fast food and realized she was not responsible for a large order which she said they couldn't turn down despite the hour of the day. Debbie was near tears when I told her that she was getting a great yelp review for professional demeanor. And amazingly my order was ready! Food is good. I tried this on a Feb 2, 2022 for the first time in over 2 years. It took over 13 minutes for each person in the drive through. So Each person had to wait for over 13 minutes for the person in front of them to order. You couldn't get out of line because you were boxed in. Don't go on your lunch hour.
