I was treated very poorly by the staff, I came to the drive thru at 9:15 (they are supposed to close at 10) no one answered the intercom. When I pulled up to the window, one of the workers there came up to the window, made full 2 second homiesexual (no homo) eye contact, maybe she got lost in my beautiful brown eyes because it seems as if she forgot costumer service! She proceeded to put her headset up and walk away, 3 other employees came by the window and one even got themselves their own drink while ignoring me... this place needs new staff or I will not be supporting this location at all. read more

We had been craving some KFC for sometime and had just traveled from Wisconsin for the holidays. We placed our order after a wait in the drive thru. Then after paying were told they had no white meat left it would be half an hour. So we changed to chicken tenders which were delicious. But after a twenty minute drive home we find there are no sauces that were to come with our chicken tender meal. And after further search of the bags we also did not get the 4 biscuits that were to be part of our order. To say the least we were disappointed and it will be a long time before we go back!! I've been here in '09, for a bit of vacation away from most popular places. After driving around south of Minot, I found this A&W/KFC along the way; and since it was close to dinner time, I went inside and order some food. Please was fairly clean, though I seem worse. Place had the normal amount of seating and was unremarkable. I ordered my food with the one cashier girl there. Wasn't the most friendly of folks but she had a nice smile. I order a burger and a chicken sandwich with fries and drink. As I waited I got my two cups filled with A&W root beer - not really like the old formula, but it satisfied my sweet tooth. Got my food from the girl cashier, though I wondered if I was going to be poisoned due to one cook there who made my sandwiches - she looked like she was going crazy. But still here, so I guess she didn't put rat poison in my burger. Sandwiches and fries tasted okay, nothing special, unlike the A&W restaurant I went to in Colorado somewheres, of which my college buddy said "this root beer is using the original recipe". Oh well. Food ain't no Fatburger or In-N-Out, but was decent, especially since its one of those 2-in-1 restaurants. Place is okay, but nothing special. Go here only if you have to. I am sure there are better places to eat in Minot. read more

Ok it's been about 20 years since I last walked into a KFC, but a co-worker talked me into dinner there. I got a 3 piece big box (2 breast's, 1 wing - white meat) with a soda, a very small mashed potatoes, and a very small cole slaw for about $10. In a word- the chicken was tasteless. I hear all this talk about 11 herbs and spices- well they must have forgotten ALL of them on my chicken! The wing was actually the size of a quarter with breading on it. The breasts were decent size- but again, tasteless. I now know why I stick to a different chicken chain for my chicken. Would not recommend. read more

had a 8 piece bucket with mashed potato and gravy and corn with biscuits. put gravy on the potatoes and chicken and and couldn't eat it was so salty that I tried the chicken and potatoes with out the gravy and was still to salty i threw the whole thing out. what a bad experience. the corn tasted if had been heated over and over. . read more

Ordered a Grubhub delivery. Sorely disappointed. The original recipe chicken was missing at least nine of the Colonel's secret herbs and spices and it is the first time I've ever had dried out and hard to swallow KFC chicken. I suppose people can be proud of firsts, but this is one I would be mortified by. read more

This one sucked! Cheese wasn't melted I my cheeseburger. Soda was filled full with ice. Only a little soda. Way to salty and cold fries. AND had to hear people in the kitchen giving disparaging remarks about the grill person. I used to be a fan but now I don't think I can return after that traumatizing event. I'd give zero stars if I could.the pricing on the drive thru menu is incorrect, it is more expensive than what is shown, and the food I have received is always cold. I had tried to get in touch with a GM on a few occasions. It's a wonder this place isn't closed down to be honest. :( read more

Have been here a couple times and am usually not impressed. Food is mediocre with chicken strips looking like they came from the smaller chickens in the state. Service is awful with food taking 30 minutes without a lunch rush. Seemed to always be short staffed with 3 people cooking and no one running the cash register. Staff is hit or miss in terms of friendliness. Also pretty consistent on the fact that it won't be the food you actually ordered. If it wasn't a kfc and A&W I'd never come here. read more

Will NEVER eat here again ~ husband and kids burgers were ice cold, chicken bites and fries ice cold and chicken bites dried out ~ only warm thing was the dang gravy I ordered!! Threw 2 burgers away!!! Yuk! If I could give it a 0 star I would!!!! Go Elsewhere!!! read more
