Our family ordered $30 worth of delivery from this location last night before 6pm. Delivery tracker gave an estimated delivery time of approximately 625pm. Our food was not delivered until 7pm! All of our food items were cold! Not warm, not lukewarm, but cold. We do not even live very far from their store. Staff was having a bad day. My order was sitting on a rack 18 inches off of the floor for 10 minutes. Lady cutting and boxing pizza was clueless. Customers backed up. Pizza was scored, but not cut. Don't waste your time, I'm sure there are much more professional, better quality pizza places around here. We ordered boneless wings and when my boyfriend opened his, the sweet chili, I asked him if he ordered plain because that's how they certainly looked. So I opened mine and also very minimal sauce. We called to try and resolve the issue and Patrick, the manager answered. First off let me start by saying as someone who was an acting GM at a dominos in her younger years, if one of my managers had spoken to a customer the way this man spoke to me and my boyfriend, he would have been written up or out the door. Now I called first. I said "hey, we just ordered wings from you and they don't have any sauce on them" Patrick asked the usual questions, and then goes one second comes back on and goes "oh I know for sure they have sauce on them, we did two scoops of the garlic parm and three of the chili" so I responded with I took pictures and I can send them to you and he responded with "I'm not interested in that, I'll put a credit on the account thank you" and hung up on me. So now I'm mad. I tried to call again and the phone was answered and put on hold. So I hung up, and let my so handle the situation. He calls and the man starts ARGUING with him about the amount of sauce on the wings even though he hasn't even seen them. My boyfriend starts getting mad and the man goes I'm here to help so please stop talking that way and we both were just like no you're not helping at all. He offered no constructive solution other than a credit, so we were stuck with sauceless wings and probably won't order from them anymore. Dominos or papa John's would have handled this much better. I love this store they may not have everything in stock when you want it but they always make up for it and ask if you want anything else or to have a substitute. There pizza is so amazing and it is definitely what makes them amazing along with good customer service. Now all the people that work there really care about their job and it shows quite a lot. I definitely do get pizza there a couple times a month of course to limit myself. I think there best is the personal pan pizza as I live along no spouse yet so it's always amazing to eat a personal pan so I don't have to share and I can feel my loneliness while eating my own cute pizza. Went into the new S. Broadway location to get a carry out. After ordering and paying, we get outside and there is a sign that states any pizza for $10 carry out. Asked why I was charged so much more than $10 each if there is a deal going on and they said you have to ask for it. Since when? Three months ago Pizza Hut had the $6.99 carry out deal and the employees didn't make me request it. Either something is on sale or it's not. read more
