Atmosphere - Best place to park is behind the build.  This leads you naturally into the back door and into line to place your order.  The lighting is horrible, makes reading the menu board is difficult.  The menu board has a glossy surface and with the spot lights on the boards create sun burst.  So you are constantly moving around just to read sections of the menu.  The back room is a place I would love to have a mug of coffee and my bagel and just chill.  Instead beacuse of COVID we took our food to go and ate in the car. Food Drink- I went my standard, a large Mocha.  Temperature was a bit cooler than I would have liked, I could have jugged the drink immediately.  I want the heat level where I can only take a small sip without burning my mouth but still feeling the heat.  Flavor was on point, chocolate was not in your face tasting like a hot chocolate. Snack - A bagel of course, and I love cinnamon bagels.  We ordered two Cinna-Bagel with honey almond cream cheese, one for me and one for my wife.  I could have ate two of them.  So tasty, the cinnamon was at the right level Service - Our cashier was just there.  When they called my name I expected our drinks and bagels to be ready at the same time.  When I talked up, he was holding the bagels in a bag, and I asked about the drinks.  I felt like I asked horrible question as I did not see another employee walking them over to us. I started with a walk down the street but the intentions was to walk to get a coffee and bagel until I reached Broadway Bean & Bagel. I noticed they had a drive-thru in the front and to have inside access you had to go through the back. I got inside and everything looked nice and comfortable, I looked at the menu and spoke with the associate and asked what was the most popular dish, she gave me choices and I chose the Denver Eggel, by the way, customer service is great. My Denver Eggel consisted of Everything bagel, eggs, cheddar cheese, red onion, green peppers and ham and seasoning. The coffee was served in a big mug so I got up a few times to get refills, this was a Mexican cinnamon type of drip coffee which was pleasant. This a nice experience to sit and relax or if on the go they have the drive-thru. read more

One of the only bagel places (arguably THE only?) in Minot. Convenient location, but parking lot is small and the drive thru often wraps around through the lot and congests things. The quality of the bagels is simply OK- never had a bad one but definitely leaves room to improve. Their sandwiches are also okay- i often get the breakfast ones and find the portion of egg way too much and also have to ask for the bagel to be double toasted because it's barely warmed, otherwise. Coffee is also simply okay. In their iced drinks they use crushed ice which waters it down quicker and also gets sucked up easier. My biggest gripe with this place is the service. It seems they have high turnover and are always training in new people so expect to wait a while. I've also have a mistake in my order about 25% of visits. read more

All-- I found this place when it was a heap of rotting wood and a partially broken bagel sign back in 2013 when my boyfriend was doing an internship in Minot. I wanted a good bagel but not from your everyday chain like Starbucks. Since Yelp was not a thing up here back then i Googled for bagels and stumbled into this joint. BIG FAN! I had to go back before my flight that weekend and bring the bf jus tto prove how good it was. Low and behold 2 years later my bf moved back to Minot and told me, "Hey, I think that bagel place remodeled or something." My response, "IT'S STILL THERE?!" The bagels are great -- always fresh and warm with your choice of cream cheese. The service is great and the coffee is scrumptious. Also, the ambience is so cool. The owners remodeled so that there is your usual table and chair seating in the front but a more chill and laid back library feel in the back. Now that i am in town more I will be a regular...and I can't wait. read more

Extremely nice place. Ran by a bunch of respectable kids. I had a sriracha bagel and a cup of tortilla soup (both recommended by them). I was not disappointed. I was a little bummed on the currency board (what I thought was a wall, was a same photo). It's what brought me here. First time visit all the way from Colorado. Recommended from a couple high school classmates. Friendly knowledgeable staff, variety of drip coffee, sausage eggel on a toasted Asiago bagel was delicious. Loved the ambient atmosphere, and the view outside was fantastic. I especially love the little things, like free cinnamon, nutmeg and mocha to top off your coffee. I will recommend and be back again over the state fair. read more

Only giving three stars because of the wait time and my order was wrong both times I visited. This little joint has great bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches, and soup. However both times I went thru their drive through and waited well over ten minutes for two bagels each time and my orders were both incorrect. The food was marvelous I ordered a pizza bagel and my wife order a Eggel with bacon. The pizza bagel had the right amount of sauce on it. The cheese was melted to perfect the best part is to try it on the Asiago bagel magnificent. The eggel was wonderful as well. The employees provide great expectations. When you walk in they treat you with the upmost respect. The whole store was clean and smelled just like bagels as soon as you walk in. I'm not from minot and I really recommend this spot read more

This place ROCKS! I thought their coffee was pretty good. I had their soy latte and I approved. I like that they roast their own beans. I also had the smoked salmon sandwich (lox) and thought it was pretty solid. You can walk around the place and see some local arts being displayed as well. It's totally hipster/ hippie coffee/ bagel shop. It totally reminds me of coffee shops back home in California. And for that, they get a five star! read more

Incredible coffee and food was found here: the breakfast sandwiches on bagels were great as were the two different cream cheeses we tried. The coffee roast was perfect and didn't have that burned, bitter Starbucks taste. Got the kt bagel since the majority of the reviews say its great and I gotta say I wasn't disappointed. But what I am most happy with is the feel of the place, service was nice as with most places in minot, and the vanilla chai latte! Way better tasting than a certain major "star" competitor. Came here to study on my laptop. Only two outlets that I know of and luckily both were open. Anyway, so far so good. read more

With a delicious menu of fresh bagels and cream cheeses, soups, sandwiches and salads, BBB is a welcome break from standard franchise food. The staff is courteous and helpful and the two separate dining areas are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Prices are reasonable with specialty sandwiches averaging $6.00, salads averaging $7.00 and homemade soups from $3.00 to $5.00. Good bagel! 4 Stars bc I don't think I can pay $10 ($12 after tip) for a small bagel with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capers and cream cheese. Some of the best bagels I've had in my life have cost 1/4 of that and I essentially paid $7 for a few veggies. Worth a stop in for a bagel lover that's having a craving, not a place where one can be a regular though (at least with the prices). read more

I'm not sure what the big deal is about this place or why everyone raves about it...it's a bagel and coffee shop. They have a high turn over rate for baristas which leads me to believe it's not a good place to work. They serve your normal bagel sandwich selection and don't have anything extraordinary but I did like the lox and cream cheese bagel. I decided to stop here for lunch and ordered "the original" without red onion and dressing. The bagel was perfect...just the right amount of chewiness. The sandwich was delicious and tasted very fresh. The bagel chips on the side were tasty, but I would have preferred fruit or salad on the side. Before we left I ordered a blended rocky road mocha (not on the menu) that the cashier recommended. It was dessert in a cup! Bagels must come in frozen and just reheated. They don't taste anything like a fresh bagel should. They are chewy and waxy. Nothing like a bagel should be. Smoked salmon not properly cared for fishy smelling and very mushy. Cream cheese very dense and seemed old tasting.. Coffe was eee. read more

Great food however last few times the workers have been bitchy. We ordered and the whole time it felt like we were burdening them (umm that's your job) anyway we went with it just wanted to give the barista benefit of the doubt but we heard several rude remarks about how they were closing in 30 mins (that's half an hour!!! In a big city that would mean nothing...) I think the girls get lazy and want to close early but not my fault that the hours are the hours they are if they don't like their job and can't be nice they may want to consider another job...okay done rant but overall food is good just turned off by the service.
