With Room has been in my top three coffee shops in Minot since they first opened. Their unique seasonal drinks and especially some full time menu drinks are top notch. The owner creates with care and the staff knows how to treat a customer. Lavender cold brew and white chocolate cinnamon coffee drinks are my favorites forever. They are known for eclectic flavors and make some of their own! Even after moving and the rigamroll of small business changes- You will always be greeted. You will always like your drink. You will rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes. I'm always up for a good plant lady vibe too. read more

Incredible interior design choices for this shop, it's one of the few places I'd stick around to enjoy my coffee. They don't serve espresso, but the coffee is still good and unique to them! I appreciate them for their fun and creative drinks. read more

Every now and then you come across a local spot that has it all. This is that place. Energetic, friendly and knowledgeable staff, that are not at all pretentious. With Room Coffee boasts an interesting drink menu, a "great things come in small packages" food menu, creative photography for marketing and, from left field, a large selection of healthy plants waiting for homes. Whether you are a first time coffee drinker or a regular patron, you'll feel welcome & comfortable. If you are overwhelmed, staff are happy to make suggestions based on your likes/dislikes. It's like a little slice of West Coast in NoDak! read more

With Room Coffee - Savory Scones - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Minot, North Dakota

I was here for a weekend, and chose this shop by chance, as there were no Dunkin coffee shops around. Toasted marshmallow cold brew - this is what dreams are made of... I came here all 3 days I was in Minot to get this. Absolutely delicious! The marshmallows on top are actually 'toasted' (think s'mores) and the drink is not overly sweet. Just.. ugh, I wish I could package it up and take it with me everywhere I went! Bacon bagel sandwich - interesting, as they add cream cheese to the bagel of your choice (2 options) with real bacon and real egg. Definitely a solid breakfast started. I did try the bacon breakfast bowl (bacon, eggs, avocado, salsa, & cheese), but I did not feel like it was really worth the money, but it was still yummy, just a bit small. Loved the vibe in here - not too big, but just felt like you could be at peace all day. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My sister worked there previously and it was a terrible work environment. The coffee is overpriced for what you're getting and often tastes watered down. read more

This is the best coffee in Minot, and I've tried them all! The coffee is great, the service is to notch and the avocado bagel is delicious. The shop has a great vibe and friendly hard working staff. I highly recommend this shop. My iced honey latte with almond milk was perfection read more

The plants are all dead or dying. There's a specific employee who has the worst customer service-- discouraging ordering in person and acts annoyed if you have the audacity to drink your coffee inside. The coffee is mediocre, at best. If you're understaffed, just say so. I'm more than happy to wait patiently for a handcrafted coffee, but when Im met with "did you order online?" and "it's going to be a while," with an eye roll, I'll just go elsewhere. read more

Made our morning coming west on the hi-line. Great women behind the counter and EXCELLENT pour over coffee. Smooth, rich - not burnt. Not scalding. Just right, Goldilocks coffee. read more

This is a cute and unique little place in Minot ND. I was visiting a friend and they wanted me to try this place so I did! I really liked the look of their menu, there were lots of unique options. I got a sweet Almond ice cream and it was very sweet (as expected) and had good flavor. I was disappointed in the toast, as it was regular store bought whole wheat thin slices instead of thick homemade (my bad for not checking) but they're still good. Just pricey. I gave this place four stars instead of three because the staff was so neat! They were all having fun with each other and really friendly and kind. I liked the decor and the fun Astrology Coffee sign as well. read more

This place is THE coffee highlight of Minot. Plenty of unique iced & hot coffee, tea & Red Bull infusion options. If you need something to go along with your coffee they also carry a huge option of pastries as well as savory breakfast options. I've ordered delivery from their website a lot. It's very easy to customize your drink & all of the drink/food options have descriptions. The staff always gives me updates on my order. I've been called before because something I ordered was out & I was recommended a few other options. I ended up getting something else at no extra charge. If you're a coffee lover do yourself a favor & try this place before any others. I do find some drink options are a little sweet, but the staff is kind enough to customize your drink (half sweet, more cream, no toppings, etc.). read more

Very cozy and super personable staff. I recently moved to Minot, ND and came into With Room Coffee on a friend's recommendation. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. My first week's mornings were spent here while I searched for ny new place. The staff is highly attentive and definitley makes you feel special. Not to mention their coffee yet! I have seen many coffee shops hide the taste of their awful coffee behind syrups and whipped cream, but With Room Coffee's beans are very good. I plan on snagging a bag for myself when I get all things moved in. All their service, from taking your order, tk how they brew their coffee, is done with so much love you can't help but taste it. read more

Got a lavender cold brew this beautiful morning. I love it! A pretty drink for a pretty day! I need to learn how to make this at home! Super cute and hip place. Need to come back and buy some succulents to take home! read more

This place has a lot of hype. Walking in - it is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. I enjoyed being in the shop, but the staff were pretentious and not great at guiding someone through the menu. In fact, they made me feel like I was troubling them. All they serve is French press coffee and add cream of choice and flavors that make it seem boutique. Minot doesn't seem to have local coffee shops that can make a decent cup of coffee. I make a better French press at home. read more

What a cute little addition to Minot!!! Such a cool concept and def something I've never seen before They do cocktail style coffee drinks with cold brew and French press coffee. They also carry fresh baked pastries and even have some vegan options for the scones! (Huge plus) They also make some amazing kombucha. Def worth it and perfect for grabbing a drink before exploring downtown!! read more

This place reminds me of one of my favorite cafe in Portland. Food and drinks was excellent. Service was great. Ambiance was amazing! My new favorite spot here in Minot!!! read more

Great tasting coffee! They also sell little treats/pastries and, surprisingly, plants. The place is "cozy" so there is not a lot of seating room but they do delivery. Only 4 stars because the coffee is expensive. I spent $4.50 on a large plain coffee and when it came time to tip, there wasn't a percent option (20% is generally a great tip, but that would be $0.90), instead they use dollars, so my large coffee was $6.50. read more

With Room Coffee - Next to Pourhouse - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Minot, North Dakota

Love the selection of drinks, made fresh to order. Because of that, service is a bit slower than, say, Starbucks- because they're making stuff by hand! It is also a bit pricier, but worth it for the quality. They offer delivery which is a convenient and unique perk- and worth it if you're ordering for a group or coworkers. I will say their app is a bit messy, and often I'll call and order ahead and either get put on hold and forgotten or they simply never answer. I often have to go in and order and wait. They have a rewards program which is pretty good if you're a frequent patron. read more

Stopped here for a coffee on a long road trip through North Dakota. I had the lavender cold brew, it was a little too strong for me, but otherwise really good. I haven't seen a coffee shop that infuses everything before, cool concept. My boyfriend had the Elvis which we both liked. I have no idea if I'll ever be in Minot again, but if I am, I'd stop here again and try the other flavors. Inside was very cool too with all the plants! read more

First, the owner. Becca is so nice. Personable, friendly. On my first visit she took so much extra time explaining her process, ingredients, everything. All her flavors (except Nutella) are made in house. Not ordered from a factory and I can appreciate that. Her prices are competitive with other local & corporate coffee shops & as a small business owner, profitable so her business stands a chance to survive in the community. My favorite iced drinks are the ButterBeer, Scotcheroo, white mocha with cherry. My kids love the lemonades with cranberry, orange, rose..whatever is being offered for the season. The BLT's are massive!! And delicious. I can't speak on deliveries as I only pick up. But this is my favorite local coffee shop. read more

With Room Coffee - Happy plant place - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Minot, North Dakota

Had great French Press Coffee. Service is warm and prompt. Did not get to try the pastries but they had an interesting assortment.

Best coffee in Minot! With Room is delicious specially cold brew coffee. They have house made almond milk and in house crafted teas. Their baked goods are made in their own kitchen as well. My personal favorites are the lavender vanilla cold brew w/almond milk and the Matcha scone . Additionally, With Room has a wonderful selection of house plants. There air plants and cute little terrariums (?), succulents, cacti, and house plants that just need a sunny window. Now that your coffee and plant addictions are covered in one convenient place what more do you need? The staff is friendly, personable and loves coffee and their craft. Even going in groggy the positivity they have gives you a head start to a positive day! I also love that it is independently, and woman owned. One of the things that makes me especially happy to be a customer here is I'm supporting my local community and investing in it! Minot can feel difficult at times. But With Room is by far one of the best features here. [attached pics are of the scone mentioned above and the NEW for fall: Dirty Lavender Spice, which was too delicious to have to wait to take a picture lol] read more

With Room Coffee is truly a local treasure. Their aesthetic is instagram perfection. The second I walk through the door I always breathe deep and appreciate the smell of roasted coffee and freshly potted houseplants. Instant zen. Their hand crafted drinks are delicious - my favorite is the Butterbeer cold brew (1/2 sweet). Their snacks are awesome - my favs are the egg bites and my daughter loves their fruity pebble bars. Their houseplant selection is always fresh and new and and their merchandise is always on trend. Their staff is kind and accommodating, the coffee delivery service is prompt, and any errors or forgotten items are quickly retrieved with kind apologies all around. Just go. It's awesome. read more

Love the lavender vanillas at this place. Great service. They've put all the seating outside due to corona and they DO deliver. Also had the 5 o'clock sandwich. Your average turkey sandwich, but good. Maybe they will expand their amazing flavor blends of their coffee into some special sauces/aiolis for their sandwiches. Will frequent often. They do have your typical rewards program as well read more
