There was one customer in line before me but took over 5 minutes to get their order. Ari rang me up and did a great job other than messing up my drink order. I requested a unsweet tea and he confirmed unsweet and I said yes. The worst experience was the pick up window. The guy (never got his name but a young black man) spoke not a word to me nor did he even crack a smile. He handed me my drink it was a slightly under filled small sweet tea. I checked the receipt and Ari rang me up for a regular (sweet) tea. One minute later the guy hands me my bag of food but in the weirdest way. Food is good, but go inside, don't go through the drive through as the service is slow. Cheap food.

I really shouldn't have stopped by I had another hour and more to drive and I was hungry. Not making good choices. But here we are. I prepared my order on the app from nearby and selected the option to pick up from the drive through. But when I got to the drive through, there was a huge line of cars. Nope, not going to wait. So I went inside. Here's a tip: Don't do that. I completely confused the bejeebers out of the guy at the register. He literally froze for a full five seconds trying to work out how to fulfill my order. In the end, he got it right and probably spent the rest of his shift discombobulated. I ordered a single without ketchup. When I received it half of it was lukewarm, and the other half seem to have never been warmed. I believe they need to train the kitchen better in how to make a burger appeal to the customer. I am not planning to come back. read more

Let's get this over with, I took the drive through, so the service was alright, nothing special. And my Wendy's was alright looking. Sleek red like usual, no bad ambiance. Now I ordered the Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger, and the nacho cheese, tortilla chip shards, and jalapeño cheddar bun seemed quite appetizing. Though, the bun looked kind of "diseased." Upon retrieving my order I was met with what the ads detailed but slightly deflated, looked incredibly similar despite the deflated appearance. The taste was not what I expected either, with the first few bites being a little bland, not getting the taste until the chip shards were introduced. Though the shards where in the back of the sandwich. Anyways, the jalapeño cheddar bun made no difference besides making the diseased zombie-like appearance more apparent (still ate it like a starved hyena though). But overall the sandwich was alright, tasting a lot like others, a big catfish. Typical Wendy's. read more

I ordered the saucy nugs and a burger. They were both ice cold. The employee who I asked for new HOT food was rude A F to me.

The workers here are about as competent as chickens with their heads cut off. Usually I love Wendy's workers, but minus the black lady who seemed to be the manager, the rest were horrible at their job. I'd recommend management hire people who are capable of taking orders in a timely manner and not dilly-dallying. It took 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged as I stood at the front of the line. It took us 30 minutes to get our food. After waiting all that time they forgot two people in our groups whole order. We had to stand at the counter until they gave us our food. We had a bigger group of 8 people so it is understandable that mistakes can happen but we were the only people in the whole restaurant. They said they forgot to input our order twice. The mebane Wendy's is ridiculous! I work for DoorDash part time and 99% of the time the lobby is closed and when you go through the drive window to pick up an order they make you go inside! Today I got yelled at and cussed by their employees and one of them spit in my face!( I should have called the police myself but wanted to be civil) I started recording in the drive thru after that because they were still being sarcastic and yelling when I asked for the GM they laughed and told me to find the info myself, When I went inside and was still recording they kept my order hostage and wouldn't give it to me until they took a picture of the receipt to contact DoorDash and complain about me. I asked several times for the order as I had a specific time frame as to when I was supposed to deliver it. I was also told they would call the police on me when I asked for the corporate phone number... that's one restaurant that won't be getting my business or orders ever again! read more

I hadn't had Wendy's in awhile but I stopped at Wendys in Mebane NC I believe it was at the Mebane Oaks road. The food was delicious! Hot and fresh. I had a Jr. deluxe and added bacon! Thank he pickles were fresh! The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh! It was as the best meal of my day :) it was about 2:15 when I went through the drive thru. I was soooo if it had known it was going to be so good! I would have gotten two burgers and a large fry I will dream about this meal tonight! Hats off it o the staff! Just sat in the drive-thru line for 20+ min, get to the speaker/microphone and am told that their POS system is down and they cannot take cards, can only accept exact change. Get off your ass and go outside to tell people waiting in line so they're not sitting there wasting their time. Thanks for needlessly prolonging my road trip. You suck. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Cheryl, one of the managers at this Wendy's is the rudest woman I have ever met. Her piss poor attitude towards customer service makes the whole chain look bad. Instead of fixing my botched order, she told me that she'd been working for 12 hours and was tired. She made excuses for the rudeness of the cashiers and refused to give me any information about the customer service line and was reluctant to give me the name of her manager, telling me instead that SHE was the store manager until I specifically asked if she had a boss. She tried to belittle an unhappy customer in a restaurant full of people which ISO unacceptable. I will never again visit this restaurant...ever. Customer service means a lot, she needs more training in this area. The baked potatoes are always dry and small, and the employees act like condiments are made of gold giving attitude if you ask for more. I have had numerous bad experiences at this location. Food is never hot, and the order is incorrect almost every time. The staff seems more interested in laughing and cutting up than customer service. I enjoy Wendy's menu.
