Prior to the pandemic, this was a great location with great management. Since the pandemic it sucks. Like other reviewers, I have gone through the drive through & when I got to the window they wanted to give me the wrong order. Today I came to try the new French Toast sticks. I ordered on the app in the dining room. I was the only customer. After at least 10 minutes, I asked what the deal was. They gave me my food, offering no excuse or apology. The French Toast Sticks looked & tasted burnt. If you want Wendy's, I recommend trying another location, although I think the entire chain has gone downhill. read more

Always a good experience when the general manager Steph is there. Very friendly, and an all round nice person. She is constantly working and cleaning the store. Steph is always going above and beyond to make the store a success. Without her I don't think the store would exist. No carbonation in their soft drink machine with no prior notice. Sandwiches were cold because they placed them in Doordash bags (we were dining in). We returned them and were told we would have to wait 5 minutes for replacements because they were short staffed. The replacement burgers were just as cold. Staff were confused throughout. read more

I went for Veterans Day to get my free combo breakfast meal at the Wendy's on Peters Rd litiz pa the one in the plaza with the target and moes, and the employees in the back were saying how mad they were that they had to serve veterans free food since on a normal day they don't get that many customers coming in. They kept discussing how upset they were that all the veterans just came to get free food. First of all the promotion is there to say thank you to us veterans for serving our country. We risked our lives and for them to give that kind of service and getting angry at us for using your own promo is crazy. read more

I'm not sure how this place is still open. Service is so slow. Drive through is the slowest I've ever seen at any restaurant.

we ordered a basic order for 4 of us and there was only two other people in the restaurant. it took over 15 minutes to get our fast food and it was luke warm when we got it. to add insult to injury, we were missing 2 ordered of nuggets. when I went to the counter to let them know the manager was holding a baby behind the counter and ignoring the line of 2 other people. it took another 10 minutes until I was acknowledged which time she did get me the missing items. when we were done eating I wanted a bag to take leftovers with us and stood for another 5 minutes as the manager was standing at a table with the person who had the baby while 4 other team members walked by me but apparently was not able to ask what I wanted. I resorted to staring with an annoyed look at the manager until she finally came over to the counter and got me a bag. there was a restaurant of irritated looking people who I'm guessing had a similar experience by the time we left. very disappointed by the fast food service that took almost an hour start to finish. we will not be back. on top of all they, the floor was sticky and the place stunk. read more

This Wendy's is terrible! I walked in and it smelled like something had died! Some porta potty's smell better then this place. I was looking at the workers, their hands were so dirty and disgusting. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited. I need to learn my lesson - each time something is horrible. Today was the worst though. Tried the new mushroom cheddar bacon burger. The fries were soggy - very under cooked. There were two burger patties, half of one was raw in the middle, half of the other was raw. Literally turned my stomach to see the red in the patty. They have cages of baby flies in the back and then raise them and sick them on the customers in the lobby. Tables are wobbly and chairs are sticky. Shirt stuck to chair. In fact I can't get up. If I want to leave I'm gonna have to take the chair with me. Frosty's are good doe. read more
