This particular McDonald's just seems pricier compared to others in my opinion. The drive through is hit or miss for speed. The fries were terribly overcooked or had sat too long. The place itself is nice inside but the food makes my stomach hurt. read more

I always use the app to get BOGO sandwiches. They have always been good and the staff has always been friendly. It's unfortunate that their menu has increased in price so much in the last few years but that is understandable given current inflation issues. read more

Today, I was very impressed with this McDonald's. We arrived at the drive through at 10:27am with an over tired toddler in the back seat about to have a meltdown if she didn't get the French fries she was promised. Upon arrival, we realized they don't serve fries till 10:30am. I asked the manager if they would make a one time exception to this rule and make a batch a few minutes early. They were happy to accommodate and pleasant to work with. We got our fries just a few minutes later and have a very happy toddler and momma because of it. Thank you McDonalds employees for choosing to be accommodating and going out of your way to make a customer happy. It mad the difference in our day! read more

This restaurant closes at midnight. As a Door Dasher I arrived at 11:15 to pick up an order. The lights were on both inside and out and there were at least two other cars in line. I waited 15 minutes at the first speaker and got no response. I then drove around the store to the other speaker and waited another five minutes and still received no response. The other two cars gave up and left. I tried calling the store via the app and got no answer. DoorDash corporate also called and got no answer. Over the next 45 minutes at least five additiomail customers arrived and left; one also was there to pick up a paid order. We could see a woman mopping inside, but she didn't respond to our knocks. I finally made eye contact with her and asked "what's the story?" and she said "we're closed." However, we had already been there half an hour and it was still only 11:45 and all the lights were on inside and out. I understand if there is a staffing or mechanical issue, but the solution is to post a sign, politely answer the intercom, or turn out the lights, not ignore your customers! Take your business to one of the many other restaurants in the area! read more

Poorly managed establishment. Only 1 Manager on duty during lunchtime, after Church crowd. Establishment was definitely overwhelmed and understaffed. During 15 minute wait, noticed discarded small boxes and misc items on floor under machines behind counter. No one coming out to clean tables or sweep floor. The new self order kiosks are a waste of time especially if you pay cash because you need to get in line a second time to pay. Also no ice in the soda machines and that was only the dine-in. The drive-thru easily had 10 cars lined up. 2 different prices for 2 apple pies. I know this is minor but when you add up the over-charge each year. This location is easily my least favorite. During our most recent visit, I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The manager had his back turned to us cleaning out the ice cream machine, despite looking back to see the line forming behind us. Didn't bother to help or at the very least reassure us that we would be helped soon. Overall poor service from the management down. It doesn't help that when we do finally get our food, it's either burned or wrong. Do not ever recommend this location. read more

I go through the drive through and order 2 Oreo McFlurries and the guy tells me, "Oh, we actually can't make ice cream right now." I'm honestly trying to figure out why can't you make ice cream because as far as I'm concerned, you should have this option available long as you are open for business. Also, if that's going to be a "rule" or "standard" have it posted so customers know and will know to go elsewhere instead of wasting my time. read more

Went inside and just stood there in line as long as outside. It's not because they are busy they are just so freaking slow. If they hired a new manager they should fire them. Visited this store on Monday, February 18 around 12:30pm. There was no one in line and one couple waiting for food. I had a conversation with the cashier about kids and such. She then stated that her child would be 8 if she hadn't lost it.... I was so taken back. I didn't know what to say and felt horribly uncomfortable for her. I had to even ask if she was ok for me to order. I placed my order and waited patiently for what seemed like a long time considering there was no one there. A woman from the dining room came to the counter and stated she was missing a drink, to which the manager without even looking at her pointed to an unmarked self serve drink dispenser and said you get it yourself. Obviously she was not told this and neither was I. Perhaps giving the patron the cup would be helpful. Or even telling them would be more helpful. I watched the girl make my shamrock shakes and they seemed light in color. By the third one it was white. She asked the manager to change the bag and when the cashier attempted to make three new ones the manager said the first two were fine. I tried to get ketchup but as you can see from the pictures I couldn't even stomach touching either dispenser. The trash was overflowing, the tables were dirty and the drink area was a mess. When I finally received my food the cashier said here's your stuff, sorry the milkshakes are light, I hope they're still ok....needless to say I asked for new milkshakes and she did get them for me. I realize it is fast food but there should be pride in what you are doing. read more

This particular McDonald's location is horrible. They always seem to get our order wrong and the employees don't seem to really care much. The only thing I really like about McDonald's is their fries and they somehow seem to even mess those up too. Even the staff is good. 2 stars for the new design (actually 0 stars for the design But staff deserves more unfortunately the new design drags them all down). It's horrible. No privacy. Ate a fine meal here last night. I ordered a double cheeseburger, large fries, and a large drink. As i picked up my burger, i could smell the aroma of fine cheddar cheese, fresh ground beef, and the steaming bun. As i took a bite, all the flavors made my taste buds dance. i couldn't resist from ejaculating all over my hand shortly after biting the burger. Next, i grabbed a fry. Wow! The combination of the freshly fried potato and sea salt melted in my mouth. Very good! Lastly, i put my moist lips on the straw erecting out of the large drink i selected, coke. The coke was A1 and really washed down the burger and fries i ate shortly previous to drinking the coke. I really recommend this mc donalds to anybody. read more

Went thru the drive-thru at 8:25pm last night. Shorted us one sandwich and one french fry, didn't realize it until we got home and opened the bag. We paid for them on the receipt, just didn't get them in the bag. No big deal, my wife drove back to the store with the receipt. We waited patiently in a long drive thru line, both times, and we were very polite. The man at the drive thru window got a bit surly, disappeared for a long while, and then returned with our missing sandwich and fry. He tossed in an icy stare and few hostile mutterings that we couldn't decipher, for free. I should have checked the bags the first time, while I was still at the window, but I wanted to get home because we had waited in line for almost 30 minutes already. I'm sure the man was stressed out because of the long drive thru line, but I don't think that makes it okay for him to take it out on us.
