Coffee is as expected. The service is good. I returned here several times and it was consistent.

I have been working at a location near this Starbucks for the last 2 years, and to say the least, I'm never disappointed. I have gotten the same drink every Thursday and it seems to taste better each day. The service from this facility is phenomenal. Every morning I am greeted by the most amazing worker I've met. I enjoyed my experience here - went through the drive through and ordered a red eye and an impossible breakfast sandwich. Drive through was very friendly and it was nice to find alternative meat options that taste just as good as the real thing! The breakfast sandwich was delightful and the coffee was what you'd expect from Starbucks. Service was quick, friendly and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to roll through again! read more

So even though my hot caramel macchiato was missing the caramel, i still had a great experience. I went through the drive thru and they were quick to get my order. I didn't wait in line for more than 5 minutes before I was greeted by the friendly barista. The barista was SO nice. I would definitely come back. read more

Nate on Friday morning and Saturday I think is great. He makes me want to actually have a great morning. Give that dude a raise. Also there's a girl that talks so fast that I can't understand what she says but it's so ridiculous that it's funny. I'm sure that annoys some Karens. This Starbucks is hit or miss. I think the most confounding element of this starbucks is the drive-thru pauses.the line is moving along, people are getting coffee, and then suddenly, it just stops for 5 minutes. I always think "oh man, guy upfront got a big order..." but then, they only hand him one drink?! What the? And it resumes at the pace again. What happened??? And this isn't just one or two trips, this is my last 15 trips. What gives? The coffee is always different when I get it here. Sometimes its overloaded with sugar, sometimes everything is stuck to the bottom, and sometimes its perfect??? The inconsistency is perplexing... read more

Worst Starbucks I will no longer go after my experience today I usually get the Java chip frap and today the taste was off and on top off that there was something else in my drink that Was chewy???? I literally had to pull over to spit out my drink and couldn't keep myself from gagging . So much for a 7 dollar drink , I will never get Starbucks again after this . I feel traumatized. This issue with this Starbucks is that they are not consistent with the drinks that they make. One day, for example, the Smoked Butter Smoked Latte will be one way and the next day it will be a completely another way and not even comparable. I feel that if I order a menu item, no matter where in the country I am, it should be prepared the same at all Starbucks. And please do not get this particular location overwhelmed because they do not know what to do besides freak out. read more

Went to this Starbucks and ordered through the drive through. I waited in line for 15 minutes before I went into the store to find out what was taking so long. The employee handed me my iced beverage order (when I ordered a hot beverage). When I told the employee I was waiting in line with no movement for 15 minutes he proceeded to blame it on the fact that it was September 11. Will never be going to this Starbucks again. read more

The barista got our order wrong when she repeated it back to us and then tried to change our order when it was not what we ordered we asked for extra sweetener and she said that we should put sugar in it they are two different things and you make coffee? then when we corrected her she called her manager and told him we were being rude and the got on the microphone and told us we were being rude and had to leave. This Starbucks is really disappointing. Their stock is often low and they're always out of something. The drinks here are usually less full than any other location. If I'm spending $5 on an iced tea, I want it to be full without excess ice! My whole cup should not be filled with ice...that isn't Starbucks standard and it's not what the store should be doing. The wait is pretty long, regardless of drive thru or cafe. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru yesterday. I've attempted to circumvent the line by going inside, but the wait is just as long. There definitely needs to be a management change or some type of staff restructuring. read more

ZERO STARS. AfTer waiting 20 minutes and spending nearly $13.00 ; when I asked for another straw the "barista" said she already gave me three. Had to beg to get another straw. Forget napkins. They never come with the drinks. Also one of my drinks was incorrect as they made an error, yet she made me feel like it was my fault. Extremely nasty. Just as terrible as the McDonald's next door. Hella slow service and they don't follow directions. We ordered a Caramel Frappe with extra caramel on the top and bottom and only got it on the top. They had to remake it, slowing the long line behind us even more. We also ordered a croissant heated and cut in half and it came out whole. Ordered a strawberry refresher to take my mind off of my stressful work and what I got was so disappointing. The refresher was so watered down and had no flavor at whatsoever. If I wanted a water I could've went to the bathroom and drank out of the sink. read more

Painfully slow drive thru... Avoid! 10 minutes for a plain coffee with only one car ahead of me?!?

Possibly the worst starbucks I've been to. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and not only did they forget my order, I had to ask them to remind them. I don't even know how that was possible when the place didn't have more than 10 customers. Is drive thru THAT busy? Also the wifi here SUCKS it was so slow and things loaded like a turtle. I got a refill after I finished my latte and decided to get a green tea instead for the road cause I was leaving. I don't know how they could screw it up. They gave me the wrong tea, it was a mint tea. Seriously? You literally just put in the tea bag and pour hot water. How could anyone screw that up? Bravo to this place. I think the only reason it hasn't shut down yet because there aren't any other starbucks near by or other drive in coffee places since everyone seems to live in their cars here.. read more

Very slow service with an okay drinks after. There was a lot of people who came in after us and got there drinks before we did. Frappe are not icy more watery then usual. Iced teas are too sweet then usual. Overall pretty small inside. read more

one of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks. It was NOT busy and the barista was still a d*@%. I ordered a macchiato and he read off my order as a Mocha something...so I waited, looking confused bc I didn't think it was mine and he just rested his back against the counter and looked at me like I was a fool and didn't ask me if he could help with why I looked like a deer in the headlights. So finally I had to flag someone else (not the barista) down and he told me it was a macchiato. I took it, walked out and took sip bc I didn't want to be there any longer and it was definitely not my drink. I've worked in the industry before and sometimes you have a right to ignore people if it's crazy busy or if the customer is being difficult. It was not at all busy and asking for what I paid and ordered for is not being a difficult customer- not only that but to not address a customer who is clearly confused about the drink you just put out is a no-no. Terrible customer service and I didn't even get what I paid for an overpriced coffee. read more

The other reviews on here about this Starbucks that go back several years are correct. Nothing has changed here. THis has to be the slowest Starbucks in the country. Ten plus minutes wait in the drive through, with only 2 cars ahead of me. Then I get to the window and my ice coffee isn't even made yet. read more

Love my Starbucks Barista's here!! Every morning they are so friendly and they all know what I get. It's so nice that they know me by name and by the drinks I order. They aren't just employees making drinks...they really know their customers and pay attention to them. It's great service...great drinks and great food! I generally like Starbucks and would have given this store 3 stars UNTIL I needed to use the restroom. This was my first experience with a unisex restroom and will be my last. There was a male who left the room before me. The seat was up, there was wet dribble on the floor and if I could have waited to find another restaurant I would have. But instead I used the restroom and left the store without making a purchase. Never again. read more

I go to many Starbucks locations, not always for coffee, but for iced tea. I have great experiences with most. This one though, my cup is almost filled to the top with ice and the tea comes short of a full cup. The tea is very light in color and very diluted with water. Sometimes I go out of my way to go into the Target just behind this Starbucks because they have a mini Starbucks in there. It's highly inconvenient, but the tea is better. Mostly I just go somewhere else to get ice tea that's not overly diluted. read more
