Butter & Bean is a spacious café located conveniently next to one of the main bus entrances at the outlet mall. I was warmly greeted upon entry and the menus were located at the front of the line. There were many options to choose from, with many containing house-made syrups. I had the butter latte which had brown butter, non alcoholic spiced rum, and cinnamon. It was quite tasty. They also had many food options for both breakfast and lunch. All in all, I would definitely return when I'm shopping at the outlets. read more

The service was impeccable. We were right on top of things explained everything I was asking about having never been to the store before so I knew nothing about what they serve. Something light like a bagel in the cold brew iced coffee with vanilla whole milk well honey. Also is very quiet. I know quite few customers. It wasn't really noisy which was nice. Tables were well spaced apart. We however, decided to sit outside and have a treat for now Cause it was a beautiful breeze today. Definitely nice store. read more

It smells so good when you first walk in. After deciding what to eat and ordering, the cashier, Olivia, was so sweet and helpful. I ordered the Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl, which was absolutely DELICIOUS, I love savory food and the goat cheese added a more savory, bitter taste which I lovedddd. First time visiting today to try something new. I ordered an iced latte and the apple toastie sandwich. I was very disappointed in the apple toastie there were a few apples with a large amount of cheese and bread. I was hoping for just a little more apples to be able to taste them as a whole on the sandwich aspect. But for $10 a sandwich it wasn't worth it, esp with no side as chips or a pickle were not given. Of course if you're a coffee lover their latte was perfect. Just was not a fan of the food. read more

Ordered this salad...well, just say it was not good. I could barely see the chicken, I had 1 1/2 tomatoes, and the chicken was sparse. And it was not even a whole egg. They place your drink and food on the counter and barely look you in the eyes to say thank you. Customer service to the end of the sale is what matters. And just say... I saw more of the bottom of the container than what I saw salad. read more

So I was on my way to do my outlet shopping and thought I'd stop at Starbucks and grab a coffee. Well I missed the entrance and I'm glad I did. I went to a store next to Butter and Bean and thought I'd stop in to try their Gingerbread Chai Latte.....probably one of the greatest lattes I've ever had! The staff was very sweet and the inside was great. Highly recommend! read more

Super friendly. We were greeted upon entering and showed a menu. Tried the butter latte (delicious!) which was perfectly prepared. Chocolate croissant was divine. Pistachio macaron was oh so lovely, as was the dark chocolate lavender one. Great little coffee shop with welcoming staff. Had the opportunity to stop in and try out and all I can say is wow!!! I was greeted immediately upon walking in. The staff was super attentive, and also well versed on their menu and products that they sell. I ordered a coffee which was delicious and also tried one of their brownies which was very decadent. The inside is nicely decorated with Christmas decor, and smells festive for the holidays. Next time I'm in the area I'll have to try some of their sandwiches or salads because all their items on the menu looked very interesting. AMAZING PLACE!!! MORE AMAZING PEOPLE!!! I am a tour operator and had a group at Tanger Outlet Lancaster. Long and the short... I had a client in need of seat, and an outlet for his portable O2 in a standing room only Butter & Bean. So, one of the staff hears my plea for help and Jessie, the owner comes out. She makes arrangements for not only a seat near an outlet but grabs an extension cord to allow for some movement. The patrons in the entire cafe made way for Jessie and my client. I ask if we can just chill for an hour or so, till he gets charged up and she wouldn't hear of it. "Stay as long as you need to", she said. So, I bought my client a coffee and a sandwich, which was amazing, bought some coffees for those that made space for him, and invited the entire bus group to join us and support Butter and Bean. And we sure did. The food and coffee were great, but the spirit, the vibe and the whole experience I needed to share. Oh, did I mention it was Black Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 1230p!!! Who does that??? Well, Butter and Bean does! So, get great coffee and really good eats, and support a business that we will proudly support in every way. read more

Stopped in on a Sunday morning for coffee and breakfast. My daughter and I had bagels with cream cheese and I had a pumpkin spice latte - it was great! My husband had a breakfast sandwich with bacon jam that was DELICIOUS. He also liked his cold brew coffee. Service was friendly and prompt and the decor was inviting. Went today for the first time and it was amazing! I got there caramel frappe and i usually dont like sweet drinks but they manage to make there coffees not too sweet. The store has a really relaxed atmosphere and vibe. The workers are incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Yhe women who helped me was kind and suggested coffees i might like.
