a plate of food and a cup of tea
    Yia-Ming L.

The tea was good and we had many options to choose from! The food was underwhelming. Nothing special and the scones were super dry. Our waiters were super sweet and helpful but it was hard to find one when we needed help since we were seated away from the group.

High tea selection for two. Tomato bisque soup, savory bites and desserts!

We celebrated a birthday on Saturday with high tea and sandwiches for the members in our group. Everything was amazing! The tomato bisque soup was delicious! Savory bites and desserts were great and chicken salad was also delicious. Decor was cute - only downside was the men's restroom was near our table and the patrons would leave the door open when the left the restroom .

Delicious selections for high tea! The desserts were especially scrumptious. I only wish we could have more than one type of tea, but if you're in a group, it's easy enough to try other flavors. The place is rustic and has character! Definitely recommend!

I went today with a friend. I made a reservation and it was our first time there and I have to say. I wasn't Disney at all the flavors or the teas ( I tried multiple ones) were so good the staff very nice and we had quesadillas and fries for lunch and it was so good. The freshness of the food was the best. I will definitely return!

Amazing Tea Selection. Didn't have the food but the tea was real good. Would come again.

The food was amazing and the tea was good too. I will go back! Parking is tricky since it is all street parking and only on one side.

We had a nice time. The tea and food was good but portions were somewhat small for the price. Service was fine.

A very quaint cute place. Food was delicious! Not on the main track but well worth the effort to get there.

I would like to have ordered the High Tea, but trying to be careful calorie-wise, ordered the smaller Garden Tea.

The line can get long but it moves quicky. They offer a pretty basic menu of food options and standard coffee shop offerings. I picked up a bag of their keystone blend. It was fantastic. The bag didn't really open well. But I ended up just putting it into a plastic baggie. I did love that they offered me a free drip coffee with the purchase of the coffee beans. The bags are pricey at $20 a bag. But it truly is a good brew.

I recently decided to turn in my CDL and head back into the office, which allows me more time to get my workouts in and perfect my look. Normally, when I pick up something new, I do a lot of research; I dive all in. I'm glad I "dived into" coffee. When you're a truck driver, you usually hit truck stops where the coffee isn't great. However, being diverse and cultured, I started trying coffee in Latin communities. I noticed they used special machines, which sparked my interest. I eventually started visiting specialty coffee shops. Most of the places I get food from don't open until 10:00 AM, but coffee shops are open much earlier. That's how I found Passenger Coffee here in Lancaster. I knew it was going to be a great spot the moment I walked in; it was clean, inviting, and smelled amazing. A friendly employee greeted me with a smile, and their pastry display looked great. I told her I was new to coffee--only about two months in--but that I was enjoying trying different kinds. I explained how I normally take my coffee and mentioned that the last time I had one, it had foam on top. She gave me a small coffee to try, as well as one with foam (a latte or cappuccino). I think that's all I want to drink from now on! I used to make fun of people who said, "Don't talk to me until I've had my first cup," but now I finally understand why. I highly recommend this place for the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the location. The pricing is affordable, too. I hope my review helps!

I was shocked since they have a full store of tea varieties within a 3 minute walk. It just didn't make much sense to me. I like to have a good tea selection to choose from. I do like that they kept our pots filled with free refills. The food was ok. Their signature sweet is a crème brûlée. That was the star of the show in my opinion. Everything else seemed rather average this visit. I've had better experiences in the past and will go back based on past experiences.

I planned my visit in advance making the necessary required reservation. Although making the reservation was no easy task. I ended up making several phone calls and leaving several messages along with an online inquiry before someone contacted me to schedule the reservation. I was not real pleased with the process but my reservation was confirmed. Note: There is both a tea shop and the tearoom. Both are located in downtown Lititz. These are not the same buildings. Each has its own unique phone number(s). The interior decoration of the tearoom is quaint with plenty of seating for small or large groups. I liked the cozy feel of the rooms. Tables were pre-set with mix and match teacups, a tea timer, and tea condiments. The settings were cute and appropriate for a tearoom. I was disappointed in the tea selections. All tea varieties were represented but there were only one or two options for each type of tea. I would have expected more of a selection on the menu considering the amount of tea varieties in the tea shop. During my visit, they ran out of at least one of the black teas. The servers could have mentioned this before taking tea orders and forcing the customers to make a quick second tea choice. The choices were already limited. I don't think you should be running out of tea. And if you do run out, can you please inform the customer. Maybe have an alternate option available. I selected a green tea from the menu along with the Afternoon High Tea. The tea was served with the tea bag in the pot forcing me to time the steep of the tea. This was not really a problem since I am a tea drinker but to be honest, I didn't like that I needed to time my own tea. Tea can easily be over or under steeped especially if you are trying a new tea and do not know the proper steep time. I would have preferred if the tea had been steeped in advance before it was served to me eliminating the possibility of an improper brew and bitter tea. The food was okay. The raspberry scone was delicious. I would have liked if it had been served with more condiments instead of only the lemon curd. I was disappointed with the tea sandwiches. There was only really one sandwich served. The rest were open faced sandwiches which consisted of a round of bread with some type of topping. The desserts were all delicious. I especially liked the creme brulee and the cake. The food was good but not exceptional. Overall I was disappointed with my visit and will probably not be visiting again anytime soon.

Our server was friendly and efficient, and the pace of the service flowed well throughout our meal. The restaurant is clean and cozy and the seating area can accommodate different sizes of dining groups. I ordered the Elvis Crepe from the Sweet Crepes section of the menu and a side of Hash Browns with Southwest sauce. They were both delicious and filling, and it was a good combination of sweet and savory. My partner got a Savory Crepe, which he also enjoyed. The only disappointing part of our meal was the iced lattes. We both ordered different flavors - one Nutella latte and one with strawberry syrup. We couldn't taste any of the flavoring in them at all. Had our server not told us which was which, we would never have been able to tell. They just tasted like plain lattes with no added flavor. Especially disappointing considering you pay extra for the flavored syrups. Overall, a great choice for delicious food and friendly service, but maybe grab your latte later from one of the other many coffee shops in the area.
