Salad and bacon and egg quiche

Positives: biggest tea selection I have ever seen! All employees were very nice and attentive. Parking lot right out front so you don't have to park on the street. Reservations are accepted. You can reserve space for a small party in the tea room. You can have as many pots of tea as you would like for high tea. Salad and quiche was my favorite part of the high tea. Negatives: very small in both the tea room and the store. Menu prices are high. I had to pay $10 more per person for "Valentines Tea" and there was nothing different or special than their normal days. Tea got cold very fast. I wasn't overly impressed with the scones and desserts - There wasn't much flavor and everything seemed too dry. Overall: cute place to go with friends and family to celebrate an occasion. Not my favorite tea room in the area but I wouldn't say not to try it out! I really love their selection of loose tea to purchase.

A absolutely huge selection of tea.

I did not expect to find a tea room in Lititz that would be stocked with a selection of over four hundred loose leaf teas. The selection is overwhelming, you can spend hours sniffing the samples they provide for each tea. They have an extensive selection of items to prepare and drink your teas, pots ,cups, strainers and dishes. Some preserves and curds are also available. The teas I purchased were excellent. Attached to the tea store is a relaxing beautiful tea room with a high tea service. I would like to try it next time I am in the area.

Beautifully decorated, tea was amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpful with alternative food options for my 2 year old granddaughter. All the food was delicious.

Had 3 great experiences here, but today (06/13/22) the server, Alice, ruined our Wedding Anniversary. My wife loves this place so a month prior to our wedding anniversary, I booked high tea to make our afternoon special. When we arrived for our reservation both entrances were locked and no one answered the phone number on the window. Once Alice let us inside, she sat us in a cluster of people. My wife requested seating near the window for a more intimate atmosphere as there were two parties of children beside us. This seemed to upset Alice, but we remained patient without mentioning how this is a special day for us. Our tea pots empty after the last party of children leaves, during our salad and quiche course, before our high tea course, and Alice is no where to be found so my wife takes the opportunity to use the restroom. During this time, Alice comes to my table with our high tea course not noticing our empty cups and teapots and makes a statement to which we both took great offense. She asked if she should wait to explain the course to "my friend." I corrected her and told her that not only is she my wife but it's our wedding anniversary that she's been ruining. We notice a distinct difference in how she treats the rest of the reservations compared to our table and for the rest of our meal she avoided us until it was time for the check. What an awful woman to work in a service based trade such as this one. I do not recommend any establishment that allows their employees to treat their patrons in such a poor manner. What could have been such a wonderful afternoon was spoiled by this horrible passive aggressive server. Never returning.

My Mother-in-law, two sister-in-laws, my two daughters and I went here before my daughters go back to school. We had such a nice time. The teas were good! The scones, Devonshire cream and lemon curd were all so good as well! The adults had a salad with feta cheese, watermelon and a poppy seed dressing. The girls had fresh fruit salad which they enjoyed! We then had sandwiches and crepe brûlée and cheesecake! I definitely cannot wait to go back again!

Such a cute place for a special occasion. We did a lunch time tea and it was both delicious and adorable. The scones were amazing - we had raspberry and pumpkin. Poppyseed salad was great and I couldn't get enough of the sandwiches. Of course the portions are small, but it's completely appropriate for tea. They even let you try different types of tea at no extra charge. I'm already trying to think of the next occasion to use as an excuse to go back!

Was very disappointed with the portion size. We left there as hungry as when we went in.

I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant in my life. Do not patronize this establishment!

I get the tuna melt every single time, and listen... their tuna is unreal. Perfectly seasoned, not too mayo-heavy, toasted just right it's basically my emotional support lunch at this point. I also never skip the seasonal drink special. Today's was the apple chai-der and it was so cozy and delicious. Their drink specials always feel like you're sipping the current season through a mug. Zig's also has an entire cooler/freezer wall packed with soups, applesauce, and grab-and-go meals. My all-time favorite soup is the Tomato Pepper Jack absolutely phenomenal. If you see it, grab two. Trust me. The bakery case? Dangerous. Cupcakes, pies, whoopie pies, parfaits... it's basically dessert heaven behind glass. And then there's my holy grail: the Buffalo Cauliflower. It's a rare find, and when I spot it I buy it in full apocalypse-prep quantities. No regrets. Between the rustic vibe, great coffee, incredible baked goods, and comfort-food lunches, Zig's is one of those places you keep coming back to because it just feels good and tastes even better. Highly recommend!

My husband ate almost the entire shepherds pie by himself...he was hungry and it's good. I just finished eating a chocolate mint cupcake that was so tasty. I was there at 4pm so I have found they are less busy at that time of day when I want to buy things to take home. If I lived closer to Zig's I would probably be there more often, but as it is, I am still thankful it's only a 30 minute drive from my home.
