Would highly recommend- you go somewhere else. Drove up to the drive-thru to order. The employee sounded like someone just killed his puppy. I hope that's not what really happened. Poor puppy. We ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 Boston crème donuts. Dude said they didn't have those donuts. We asked for apple fritters. He said they didn't have those. We asked for Munchkins. Just ordered food and a dozen donuts with door dash. The food was ok. But the donuts are absolutely stale, not a little but VERY stale! But what's the worst? What's totally unacceptable? This Dunkin Donuts is awful. The management sucks. I've never experienced such a lack of proper customer service. It's not necessarily the employees but it's management. Think about it if management isn't setting a good example then of course the employees will not act accordingly. It's the same Assistant Manager- EVERY single time I go she's rude. I've called corporate & that wasn't very successful either. Anyone & everyone I speak to will know to do not go to this location. It's a disappointing franchised location. This particular Dunkin is horrible. Ordered a medium matcha latte. They charged me for an iced which is more. Brought out an iced. I apologized and said I didn't order for an iced but that I ordered for a matcha latte which is hot. (When you order coffee they don't always defer to iced coffee...) They told me to pull up and wait for the drink to be brought out. No intention of charging me appropriately and refunding the iced. While waiting I realized that iced drinks cost more than hot. Went into the store and asked to be charged for the appropriate drink. She brings out the hot matcha latte finally. After driving off I realize its filled an inch from the top. It is clear that many businesses are struggling right now. With their lobby closed due to COVID I feel this location has adapted well. We have opted for curb side ordering a number of times. Most times we are greeted by this one very pleasant young man who clearly works hard and enjoys his job. I have seen him handle some difficult customers (mostly Karen's) respectfully and gracefully. Such a different Dunkin Donuts... asked for a dozen donuts, and typically you get to choose which donuts you want. Not here. They have "express dozens" and they're already picked and boxed. None of the donuts were what I wanted. Being Christmas Time, I was going to bring a dozen into my office for my coworkers and have them all be the Christmas decorated donuts. But you don't get to choose, and the drive thru attendant rudely stopped me and said I cannot choose what donuts I want. 2 weeks ago I ordered on my online mobile app a caramel ice coffee & black pepper bacon croissant & they had no bacon & no caramel swirl when I pulled up so I asked to cancel my order since as you can see in the pic I have the same order every time. They said they couldn't cancel my order & gave me a receipt written on it an IOU. This morning they DID NOT honor the IOU beside the sandwich after the lady manager consulted another man. Dunkin Donuts is an East Coast institution and a good alternative from fast food breakfasts. I'm not a coffee drinker, so no comment on that part, but I do like their breakfast sandwiches and donuts. This location is new and has a drive-thru window along with a somewhat spacious interior. Service is fast and somewhat attentive, though it was not clear where I was supposed to wait for my take out order. They had an annoying radio morning show blaring on the speakers, so you might want to just hit the drive-thru window. Access from Lincoln Highway can be a challenge due to heavy traffic and no light, but there is a "back" entrance from the road to East Towne Mall. read more

This was probably the worst Dunkin' I've ever entered. I went inside to order an iced beverage. There were currently two guests inside at a table. The one worker, who I assume was on front counter was in a deep conversation with an off-the-clock employee and her friend. (Maybe they both work there?). Anyways, I finally was assisted with my order after awkwardly intruding on a long-winded conversation with people not even ordering anything. I get my drink. I sit down at the window seat, the table-top was sticky and I didn't even feel comfortable putting my book down on it because I thought it would get ruined. As I began to read, something hit my head. It was a fly. I shrugged it off, most businesses, no matter how hard they try, can have issues with those sort of things. The thing that got me, though, was the chunks of Heath Bar mixed in with my Blueberry drink. Yes, that's right. The same machine is used for both beverages, and it wasn't cleaned (the worker even admitted the mistake). I asked for a refund. To my surprise, not one worker (out of 3 visible employees) could figure out how to give me a simple $3.00 refund. They quickly rush outside to find the woman WHO IS OFF-THE-CLOCK to help them do a refund. The woman steps behind the counter and rings up a refund. This was risking her job! She worked without getting paid, and put her employer at risk as well. Yikes. To top it off, I barely received any sort of "sorry" or "I can't believe this happened" whatsoever. I'm not a hard person to deal with, but if this is how you run your business then you need a new job. Also, I'm all for young people working. That's great. But, maybe have someone smart enough to do a refund on shift. Or, at least train your employees on it. Where even was the manager? It was like 3 young kids working. So many things wrong in this place. I wish I couldn't even give it a 1-star. read more

A few months back I came here on two separate occasions. Both times they were out of all the doughnuts and breakfast sandwich's. I left and said I never would be back. Ok. Well I just came back today I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very nice and attentive. She greeted me promptly, thank you, Paula. And I continued with my order. I was going to get sausage but unfortunately they only had turkey, I was going to get my daughter a sprinkled doughnut, unfortunately they were out of sprinkles too. I basically got my whole order with a few modifications. However i was a little disappointed with how they put the doughnuts in the bag. It looked like it was thrown casually in. First I am a fan of Dunkin Donuts in general. Never had a bad cup of coffee nationwide. However, this location and in particular one very rude counter employee do not even know how to honor a reward coupon on the DD Perks app on a phone. I can't be the first person to walk in here with a free reward on the app. She not only was zero help and rude as I gave up and just paid for my coffee, but she shot death glares at my girlfriend who did absolutely nothing to her. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to. I stop on my way to DE and each time there is an issue. 1. Asked for iced coffee with mocha and sugar. Told they were out of mocha. Whoever orders for this store really goofed. 2. Asked for iced coffee and got a lid with a wide open top. When I asked for a regular lid, I was told they were out. How does a store that mostly sells drinks run out of lids. 3. Asked for iced coffee with mocha and sugar. Got iced coffee with mocha and cream even though they repeated my order to me on the drive through, they got it wrong. Then the employees started to argue with each other about it 4. Same as #3 and they got it wrong again. The employees started blaming each other again. Every time I have gone through this drive through they get it wrong. This DD is real close to my house and we usually don't have a problem. I just tried to get my kids a surprise treat for after school and was severely disappointed and ticked off. First, I tried to go through the drive-thru. The employee came on after a few seconds and asked to take my order. I asked for a half dozen donuts. He then tells me something I couldn't even understand because he spoke so fast. Then says the drive-thru is closed and I have to come in to pick out donuts. So then as I'm starting to drive around, he says they don't have much. All we wanted was original glazed, nothing fancy. So then, second, I park, get my 3 yo out of his carseat, walk in and see that they actually only have two kinds of donuts available, a whole bunch of glazed chocolate and blueberry munchkins and that's it. Neither one of the workers even acknowledged me as I stood at the counter. I told my son that they didn't have any donuts, picked him up as he started to fuss, and walked out. It was only 3:40 in the afternoon! The name of the flippin' place is DUNKIN DONUTS and yet you only have a few for people to choose from?! They may want to learn to bake enough or bake more after lunch. I just don't understand how a place KNOWN for selling donuts and coffee, can have hardly ANY donuts! That would be like going to Arby's and them telling you they are out of roast beef!(which I have had that experience too) I would be more understanding if it was nighttime-closer to closing time. And I've never heard of the drive-thru being closed and also not being allowed to order 1/2 dozen donuts at the drive-thru. I know I've done it before and at that same location!
