I was charge $20 bucks for a double, bowl of chile and lemonade. Incredible!!!!!!! That's why 1.7 rating. Also my lemonade was warm not even the ice could cool it down. Wendy's - The size of this $10 double burger. - Burgers Near Me - La Habra, California

I've been trying to give this location a chance over and over again to get things better. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. I received little to no freaking fries and all my fries were thrown in there like nothing. On the bottom of my bag. I opened my chicken sandwich and lettuce in n out of the damn sandwich. They had me waiting over 20min for my messed up food. Freaking horrible service. This is the closet Wendy's to me. But after over and over I do not recommend coming here. HORRIBLE read more

I used to work here, they literally never use gloves I found it so nasty. You could see the fries and nuggets touching their hands. Do not eat here. read more

I've been here a couple times and then I stop and then I go back hoping it changes but it doesn't. The food always taste so bland and it's so expensive to eat there. The customer service is horrible and at the end of my order today he tried to sell me a cookie by offering it in a very sneaky way I do not like that. Of course I ate the food because I was hungry and I was on the go, they also added so much ice to my soda. I finished it in four gulps . I am not going back ever again. read more

Literally waited for 30-40 minutes for a DoorDash order inside and the employees all don't know what they are supposed to do. By asking questions between themselves then actually getting the job done. The food takes forever and there are other patrons also trying to get food and waiting forever for their food as well. Some patrons got mad about how long the wait was and it's frustrating with this establishment. read more

Wow , Wendy's food quality went down the drain . Customer service at this location is horrible.

I went through the drive-through because I have a very bad knee issue and it wasn't very busy and some of the Wendy's locations. Don't have anything against DoorDash drivers from picking up an order using drive tru. Even though this is a pick up order, I usually go inside, but I have a bad tear in my knee and I have to work so drive-through's have been convenient and 99% of the restaurants understand and have no issue the one percent being this Wendy's location, there was a female manager That had darker brown hair was maybe in about her 30s. She had a very thick accent and screamed at me! She told me how am I going to do my job if I have to deliver it to the person and questioning me making it seem like I am lying about my knee. Somebody in her position should never have the audacity to yell and scream at somebody through the drive-through when they have a knee issue. I'm going to find out her name and report her to corporate. read more

It's fast food so I only give it a four star. This place has the best salad of any fast food restaurant in the United States. It has real blue cheese. It doesn't use iceberg lettuce. I'm married to a rabbit and she loves the salad. The first fries they gave me with my burger order were older fries that were barely warm. I went back to them to redo the fries and they did it without question and the fries were great. It's nice to see that high-quality Customer Service here. read more

This review is about the service only. I ordered a large chili and a small burger and paid extra for 2 sour creams, and also requested 2 chili packets and crackers, all through their App so they had my requests all in writing. When I was handed the bag in the drive-thru, I checked for the sour creams, chili packets and crackers and there were NONE so I notified the server. He said they were in there because he put them in there him self. I told him I just looked and also checked underneath the food and there was nothing there. He begrudgingly handed me the missing items. read more

If I can get this place, no stars I would this location used to be one of my favorite Wendy's in La Habra but it's super sad how this establishment went down downhill. The staff here are super rude Doesn't have any customer service skills at all. They don't know how to greet the customers and once they take your order at the register, they just have a horrible attitude. The food here is an average they need to learn how to be more respectful because it makes you feel super uncomfortable to come here when the workers are just giving you bad. Looks or you have a bad attitude. read more

This Wendy's location seriously needs better management. Every visit, the customer service is terrible -- employees have bad attitudes and act like helping customers is a burden. To make it worse, they don't include sauce with combos and charge 50 cents per packet, which is ridiculous. I love Wendy's, but this location gives the brand a bad name. Save yourself the frustration and go to another one nearby. read more

Restroom area which includes one toilet in each, one in which is strictly employees restrooms but is not labeled that way. You would think with being fully staffed on a Sunday with customers in dining area already served and no one going through drive thru at the time, they could've just let my daughter use the other restroom. My fiancé was awaiting us so we could go through the drive thru but due to the poor and very rude service due to bathroom situation we took our services elsewhere... seriously had 6 employees all talking behind the counter ignoring us the majority of the time talking about what they did over the weekend, getting over paid to look busy while doing nothing. Luckily I'm not a ruthless person that has more common sense than to subject my daughter to just peeing herself in a public place like that but just saying wouldn't that have been fun to clean up rather than you guys being gatekeepers of the restrooms and how sanitary for your business, can't still believe this was an issue at a Wendy's where restrooms for your customers and are half the appeal of the fast food dining experience.. you go here for convenience, hence the reasons why you see these establishments at truck stops and rest areas.. not only did you lose a huge order that day. Also a customer for life with a family who is constantly on the go and rely on these types of services to keep us going. read more

I should've listened to my gut feeling and Yelp. It's Easter Sunday and my son wanted a burger. I go to the Wendy's drive through and ordered a "plain burger Jr meal with nothing on it just bread, no cheese, ketchup, mustard, or veggies"- exactly what I said. I get home and my son shows me a wrapper with 2 pieces of bread. No meat, just bread!! Normally I wouldn't drive back and just never go back to a bad place ever, but the food was for my son. So I drove back, I expected a "manager" to respond better instead of saying "that's what I heard you ordered so that's what we gave you". I explained to him what a plain burger was and not just a plain piece a bread. I really feel like he thought it was funny, which it was but for a manger of an establishment that is failing? This place seems like it is always empty and I now see why. I will never go back to this place. Bad food, and really bad service. read more

Wendy's is a loser -- so is the management. Not only did these people get a huge pay raise, but they are now cheating their customers. I went to this location mid-day on 5/12/24. Went inside to make sure they got my order right. Paid $20.00 for a Dave's double. Medium fries and drink. I also bought a large frosty. All ordered "to-go". Well... first issue they don't give you a receipt with the order. I got home and opened everything and found a Dave's single. I wasn't happy because I was hungry and knew I got screwed. I decided to eat and deal with the overpriced meal later. So I went back 4 hours later and asked the counterperson to price out the meal I ordered earlier. It came up to $20.00. Here's where the trouble started. I showed him a photo of the Dave's single I took out of the bag. I told him I wanted a credit for the difference of a Dave's single and Dave's double -- no more, no less. He gets the manager. The manager tells me I need to bring the food back to get a refund -- it's their store policy. Aside from trying to regurgitate that burger on the counter -- it just wasn't possible. So as my blood pressure rose, so did my temper. I told the manager, what's the deal? You're overcharging customers and shorting them also? "That's our policy... " read more

Some good points, Service was good, food was good and came out almost scary fast. I've always believed Wendy's like many other burger places have much better food than McDonald's. However this location needs to spiff its place up a bit. The trash cans were over flowing, the eating area looks really out of date and looks in need of maintenance. They had a line of staples keeping the seems of the wallpaper from curling back. Areas that had caulking that looked like five year olds did the job. The bathroom was an absolute mess and made you feel dirty even after washing your hands. I remember when this Wendy's was pretty posh looking and had it together. Sorry for the negative review but with the prices of food at fast food places being what they are, they should be able to keep a place in decent shape. It makes you question what the kitchen looks like. read more

I was here Thursday night and got the WORST food poisoning from this place. I'd give it a 0 if I could.

Shame on you guys. You take a fast food platform for what was ranked fifth in the country and you serve me absolute crap? Your management... let me correct myself, the idiot in charge, needs to clean this place in a big way. Our French fries? Ice cold. How the hell can you cook a fat freakin Wendy's fry (with heat equal to the half life of a nuclear reactor), and serve them cold?! This takes talent, and I'm not talking good talent, this is the the kind of talent where your thumb is in your colon while your cooking type talent. OK onto the Burgers. WTH is wrong with you guys? Of the two Dave's doubles we ordered "extra onions" on had almost no onions at all. So to counteract this stupidity I bring "my own" sliced onion for the burgers. One of the burgers had actually been placed top down on the grill to be reheated which I will include a picture of. Unbelievable! Needless to say, both of our burgers were damn near ice cold. What makes these drive-through restaurants think they can hand off bullshit through the drive-through window hoping that you drive down the road and are too busy to return their pig slop? Anyhow, being completely dissatisfied with everything, I proceeded to walk in to return the food for a refund. Notice the keyword here "refund". Don't serve me crap and expect me to replace it after you've demonstrated complete ineptitude. So grudgingly this manager, who I'm going to call "Sherlock Holmes", looks at my burger and sees the purple onions that I had brought from home. Here comes the brain dead comment of the decade... He has the gall and audacity to accuse me that that what I brought him was "not" his food. I just started laughing and said, you're right dude, I keep Wendy's wrappers, Wendy's french fry cups and Wendy's soft drink glasses on hand with someone else's food in the car at all times. Lololol!! After his dirty look, and a few sour words to his cook he reluctantly refunded my money. I will not be back. Wendy's one of the top 10 burger joints? Not even close. Just this one singular establishment knocked you guys down to like 198th. Check out that burger, what a joke. read more

This Wendy's is okay. Just like any other franchise. The quality has not changed at all. I have not encountered a problem just yet. I use to go to Wendy's a lot before with my family, but there was other places better. They use to have a better dollar menu and value menu too. It is the company itself needs to change. The way it is being run. I have no problem with. I normally get the biggie value menu because it is cheap and quick on the go. It normally comes with chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink. Absolutely so disorganized! I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes because the drive through cashier had put his focus more on taking orders and had to call his manager and other employees to help me with my order. On top of that is swearing behind his manager which is very rude and uncalled for. I understand fast food restaurants are stressful environments but I've never seen one so lost and had so many unhappy customers come out of the drive thru yelled how bad this Wendy's is.
