This location got a recent revamp, looks more modern and up to date. Was that necessary? Lol I'm not sure but it does look nice. I only went through the drive thru today, but that is remodeled as well and seems to flow better. Service here is usually pretty good and consistent.

I was starving and had a few hours before going to eat with my bf so I needed a snack. I was already in the plaza and decided to walk in and order something healthy to carry me until dinner. I ordered my go to which are the grilled chicken nuggets with no sauces. The staff were all really nice, I sat in a little 1 person table and waited. My order came really quick and nicely presented. I felt like the quality for the price was good and I enjoyed it. This place looks better since the renovation, it is a family friendly location, clean and welcoming.

The service like at all chick-fil-a is great. But when it comes to order accuracy they have continuously gotten worse. It's unfortunate that you need to check every individual item for accuracy when shopping here now, I'm not sure what has changed over the years but their quality control seems to be nonexistent now.

I had just seen a movie at Regal La Habra and wanted a bite to eat. I was hoping to stop by Rubio's to take advantage of a deal, but was met with some window decal showing The Kebab Shop. I got confused until I remembered the unfortunate closures of many Rubio's locations in SoCal, and the decal implied that The Kebab Shop was taking over that spot soon. Then, I noticed a Chick-fil-A further west! Though not doing too well this year, the Anaheim Ducks had just scored 5 goals in a recent home game, which meant a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich if you opened the app later that evening. Before I came in, I witnessed an employee leaving his shift, but also having a bit of an argument with a co-worker. Not a good way to start, but Kai at the front counter made me forget about that. He was pretty cool and even caught on to what I was trying to say when I told him I didn't want the Chick-fil-A sauce, but rather, something similar. It's something I usually do on my first visit to any Chick-fil-A location to get a feel for service, and Kai knew I wanted the Honey Roasted BBQ even before I could finish describing it. Impressive I must say! In addition to the free Chick-fil-A sandwich courtesy of the Anaheim Ducks, I also asked for a water cup, all to go. Unlike the other Chick-fil-A locations, Kai didn't get me my water cup. Instead, it was handed to me alongside my takeout bag. Kind of unprecedented to do it that way; I almost thought I would have had to ask for my water cup! The wait was a little longer than usual. It was about 4 PM, which I thought wouldn't have been too busy since it's kind of early for dinner, but definitely too late for lunch. However, there were a handful of customers inside, either dining in or waiting for their orders. The interior did look pretty nice with one or two motion-sensor trash cans as well as a cute little red truck holding a couple of stuffed cows. That truck was sitting on a counter that also housed some mustard, mayo, napkins, salt, and pepper. However, if you want some of the sauces that traditionally come in rectangular tubs, you'd have to ask at the register. I still had to wait over 5 minutes for my complimentary chicken sandwich and water cup. I walked back to my car to enjoy my sandwich, which was parked in front of Regal Cinemas, so it was a pretty long walk. The sandwich was nice and crispy, just like how a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich should be. Went even better with that Honey Roasted BBQ sauce! The water cup was a little taller than what I'm used to, but didn't have an insulated sleeve. I wanted to save it for the next day, and I didn't get home until about an hour and a half later. All the ice had melted by the time I got home. This Chick-fil-A is located at La Habra Marketplace on the north side of Imperial between Beach and Idaho. Unlike the other locations, this one has only one drive thru lane, so parking in the adjacent lot may be a little tricky. Parking elsewhere at La Habra Marketplace isn't since it's a pretty large shopping center. Overall, it was a satisfying trip to Chick-fil-A for a mid-afternoon post-movie snack. It's the only Chick-fil-A in the City of La Habra, and the next closest is 3 miles away in Whittier. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise to see it that busy even at an odd (or even, in this case lol) hour between lunch and dinner, but they are about as competent as the other locations I've been to so far. Good solid 4 stars!

This morning I ordered 2 CFA Biscuits meals (#1 on the menu) with added cheese and egg. I got home to La Mirada and noticed that both meals were missing the chicken filets. I called the store and spoke with the manager. Her solution was for me to drive the 4 miles back to her location for my correct meals. I let her know this was unacceptable and she said the next time I order from her location she will make sure the order is correct. How can she ensure a correct order another time and not today? She said that it was not stealing, me ordering and paying for extra items and not receiving my correct order. I asked if she could reimburse my cost for the meals, I had all the order information. She said this was not policy and repeated again her solution. I would doublecheck your meals from this location. It does not seem that they value their customers or want to right their wrongs.

i have a pregnant wife at home that just wanted her kale salad and chicken strips. Didn't receive the chicken strips had to go back and got some soggy chicken strips that were sitting on the heat lamp. Additionally, the 2 ladies working the drive through were talking badly about another customer loudly and were doing snarky remarks. are we serious? just get to work and pack my food bro can't even pack a 3 item order

I am excited with the salad cobb ordered but I thought you guys need to know.. probably the packaging plastic that was included in the salad I ordered. Just be careful please. Thanks

Went through the drive thru to end up with no sauces we ordered, no napkins, no straws and the sandwiches were poorly assembled. Food was dry.

My mom usually made the classic ham and cheese or turkey and cheese, so sandwiches never felt like something I got overly excited about. Then I tried the Turkado, and honestly... I get it now. That sandwich was packed with flavor and had the perfect balance of turkey, lettuce, and that signature sauce. I don't know what exactly is in that sauce, but do they share the recipe? Because there's something about it that makes the sandwich special. It ties everything together perfectly. I also tried the Baja Chicken, and this one honestly proved me wrong. I've never been the biggest fan of chicken sandwiches on that type of bread, but Board & Brew made me question that entire opinion because this sandwich was magnificent. Flavorful, satisfying, and way better than I expected. Now I'm sitting here realizing I probably need to work my way through the rest of the menu because there are still several sandwiches I haven't tried. Board & Brew might have officially turned me into a sandwich guy, and I honestly didn't see that coming.

The host immediately greeted us with a warm smile, explained that it was a full-service restaurant, and made us feel welcome right away. We were seated almost immediately, which was a great start to our visit. The food definitely lived up to the service. I ordered the chicken plate since I don't eat mammals, and it was flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the large beef rib. At first, he was surprised because the meat was served off the bone instead of on it, but after the first bite, that didn't matter anymore. The flavor was rich, the meat was incredibly tender, and it quickly became one of the highlights of the meal. One thing you shouldn't skip is trying the different BBQ sauces. They offer three varieties, and each brings something different to the table. My personal favorite was the original it complemented everything perfectly. If you're looking for delicious BBQ with genuinely welcoming service, this spot is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place different. The BBQ itself, per usual, was fairly dry. And then came the fresh-baked cookies... way better than Crumbl. I said what I said. I also really liked seeing the note from the owners, Steve and Tammy. They explain that they smoke their meats for 16 hours, make their sides, sauces and desserts from scratch, and don't use preservatives, additives, fillers or nitrites. Steve even puts his own number there and asks customers to reach out with suggestions. Whether everything comes out perfect or not, you have to respect owners willing to put their name and number right there and actually ask for feedback. And shoutout to the bartender! I forgot his name, but he usually works the late afternoon/night shift. That dude is awesome. Friendly, attentive and makes you want to hang around for another beer. Then there's Connie. She's apparently a regular. If you see her, you have two options: avoid eye contact... or clear your schedule. If you love conversation, you just found your new best friend. Overall: awesome atmosphere, bomb sides, ridiculous cookies, great bartender, and owners who clearly care about what they're building. Just get that BBQ a little juicier and we're in business!

There are some things I'd like to mention that have already been said in other reviews, if you just scroll down. The portion sizes are ridiculous compared to other Cava locations I've been to. It's almost like a joke to even serve the sorry a** bowls that they do. Make no mistake--this is not the workers' fault. I feel like a lot of the heat gets placed on the workers, but they're only doing what is required of them. It's the managers, the boss, and the team that comes by to train the workers to serve a specific amount of each ingredient. This is a slap in the face. You're playing with people who work hard for their money, giving them ridiculous portions at full price, all to pocket more money. I know there's someone from the business side of Cava on here who responds to these reviews telling us to submit further critiques on their website, but what good is that doing if you still haven't listened to the concerns of your customers and changed the portion sizes? It angers me because I see what this business is doing, and they're doing it right in front of our faces while the workers take the heat, all for extra profit. I'm not f***ing with it. I'm passionate about this review because this feels like straight-up robbery of people's money, and this location does not care.
