I was in the area, and needed to purchase a gift card from Wingstop. I Googled Wingstop and this was the closest location. I have been in this area often, but never past the Starbucks and Subway on E La Habra Blvd. This Wingstop location is located near the corner of E La Habra Blvd and S Harbor Blvd. The entrance to the restaurant faces E La Habra Blvd, because a few of us didn't realize that and walked to the side door since I parked on the side with Arthur's Coffee Shop, thinking that the restaurant was closed. As I looked in the window, I saw a few customers enjoying their meal, so I walked around the building to the front of the restaurant. It would have been helpful if the side door has a sign noting that the entrance is to the left. While I was being helped at the register, I saw another customer (or would have been) customer also try the side door but since it was locked, she walked to the right instead further into the parking lot. I was greeted as I walked into the restaurant. I only needed to purchase a gift card for a gift, and the employee looked for one right away. The employee must have been a recent transfer from another location since he knew what the process was, but he just didn't know where they (gift cards and envelopes) were and he had to ask his supervisor. I placed an order through the app for pick up for later in the day. When I arrived to the store at my pick up time, they said they were finishing up the order, which was fine. As I waited, I requested a water cup, and the cashier said they don't give water cups. That's the first time in any take out history, I've been told water cups aren't an option! Then I proceeded to wait 10 mins for my order. Service was attentive as there were many customers waiting, but seemed overwhelmed and unable to be friendly. We hoped that since Wingstop was pretty pricey that the flavor would be better compared to BWW. The wings were not that great, very minimal rub for lemon pepper and sauce for the original hot. I went back today after receiving a phone call on Thursday morning while I was at work. They remade my entire order even though I told the manager on the phone it wasn't necessary as only the wings were incorrect. Initially the fries were piping hot and no issues with the drink. I got home home and the wings were correct this time tasty flavorful Louisiana Rub, piping hot fries and excellent tasting lemonade . I had to fix my rating to 5 as they fixed their error. Thank you! Came here for a meal after a long day of work. They say they close at 1 AM, and I even called ahead to put my order in at 12:33 AM but nobody answered the phone. I ended up arriving at 12:42 and was met by somebody walking up to lock the door over 15 minutes before closing as they saw me walking up. They never answer their phone.. for those of us who eat halal only, we are instructed to call beforehand to see if they have chicken tenders in stock. It's interesting because when you call it just never gets answered. We ended up showing up to the place for the halal tenders and sure enough they were sold out. Stop by Wingstop to pick up some dinner. We ordered online on DoorDash so when we arrive it was ready to for pick up. We got a $23 meal of an assortment of chicken thighs and fries. We got a lemon pepper, Parmesan garlic, and mango habanero. The wings were all right the only one that was in super dry was the mango habanero. The other two were a little too dry for me but they were decently crispy so that was OK. The fries are pretty good though even without dipping them in ranch it had an after ranchy taste so that was good. Overall very filling food for four people who eat a lot. read more

We tried four types of bone in wings. I have listed them in the order of my preference of how they tasted from good to bad. 1. Atomic - this was both mine and my husband's favorite. My sister did not care much for it. It was a good blend of flavor and spice but I have to say, this is the first time that my face was burning from the spice. 2. Lemon pepper - if you are looking for something not spicy this was a good flavor. Since we ordered ahead our wings were not as hot as I wanted but this still had taste. 3. Was helped by Karen and she automatically charged me for the large meal without asking me. When I asked her about giving me my money back she gave me attitude and did not give me back my full amount and had to ask again. When I asked for her name she gave me another name until I talked to the manager and saw her real name on the receipt. I hope the owner of this franchise sees the video so he can see what kind of employee he has working there. Let me start off by saying that I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I have to share my story. The La Habra Wingstop store is open until 1 A.M. according to their store details on Apple Maps and the door of the store. For the past 4 years, I always orders carry out and delivery from this store because their chicken is well seasoned. My experience from tonight by this store makes me not want to eat wingstop again. I got off my shift from a long day at work and ordered carry out at this Wingstop store. I placed my order at 11:54 P.M. on Friday, April 25, 2025. I showed up at the store location at 12:10 A.M. on Saturday, April 26, 2025 to pickup my carry out order. I walk up to the wingstop store and go to open the door that says "pull"... and the door is locked. There were two workers behind the counter that I could visibly see and they stared at me and were trying to tell me something. One of the workers slightly opened the door to ask what the name is for the carry out order, and I tell them my name. The worker hands me the bag through the small gap in the door and that's it. Honestly there's a couple reasons why I'm upset, first is that the store is supposed to be open until 1 A.M. and they were 50 minutes until closing when I showed up to pick up my order. Okay the workers are obviously trying to go home early, I get it. But locking the door out on customers is insane to me. It made me feel shame and very unwelcome. Second, is that I have gone to this location multiple times after my shifts at work and the door is always open. Lastly, the cherry on top is that I get home to eat my Wingstop order and they forgot to add the extra ranch I paid $1.99 for. I have ordered extra ranch at this store this past year for either carry out or delivery and half the times OF THIS YEAR they forget the extra ranch. I can't even easily check if my order is correct at the store because the bags are sealed. I have complained through Wingstop's customer service before when they forgot the large ranch I paid $5.99 for, and nothing came of it. It's like my money is being wasted on when I pay $1.99 for extra regular ranch or $5.99 for a large ranch. I'm very unhappy with my experience at this Wingstop location and I honestly feel very mistreated. Something better be done about this. read more

The Service was pretty good, straight & forward! And the food was amazing. I asked the lady that was taking the order in the front if she can make the wings dripping wet and they came exactly as I asked.
