I was in the area, and needed to purchase a gift card from Wingstop. I Googled Wingstop and this was the closest location. I have been in this area often, but never past the Starbucks and Subway on E La Habra Blvd. This Wingstop location is located near the corner of E La Habra Blvd and S Harbor Blvd. The entrance to the restaurant faces E La Habra Blvd, because a few of us didn't realize that and walked to the side door since I parked on the side with Arthur's Coffee Shop, thinking that the restaurant was closed. As I looked in the window, I saw a few customers enjoying their meal, so I walked around the building to the front of the restaurant. It would have been helpful if the side door has a sign noting that the entrance is to the left. While I was being helped at the register, I saw another customer (or would have been) customer also try the side door but since it was locked, she walked to the right instead further into the parking lot. I was greeted as I walked into the restaurant. I only needed to purchase a gift card for a gift, and the employee looked for one right away. The employee must have been a recent transfer from another location since he knew what the process was, but he just didn't know where they (gift cards and envelopes) were and he had to ask his supervisor. They did not end up having any envelopes, just the gift card. Other than that, checkout was smooth and there was plenty of parking. read more

They are new. Food and service is getting better. I love the new location but the first few times I ordered there was something wrong with my order. But the last 2 times was good. I'm giving them a chance! read more

My family usually decides to dine at Buffalo Wild Wings when we crave wings. This time we thought we'd give wing stop a shot since we wanted to eat at home. I placed an order through the app for pick up for later in the day. When I arrived to the store at my pick up time, they said they were finishing up the order, which was fine. As I waited, I requested a water cup, and the cashier said they don't give water cups. That's the first time in any take out history, I've been told water cups aren't an option! Then I proceeded to wait 10 mins for my order. Service was attentive as there were many customers waiting, but seemed overwhelmed and unable to be friendly. We hoped that since Wingstop was pretty pricey that the flavor would be better compared to BWW. The wings were not that great, very minimal rub for lemon pepper and sauce for the original hot. This was our first and last time ordering from Wingstop. read more

I went recently and had a really bad experience. We ordered inside and took our food to go. The fries weren't salted at all, and our wings were very undercooked. When I tried to fill up our sodas, I had to keep dumping them out because most of the options were completely flat. Then, as we were leaving, I saw a dead rat right outside the door, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, my order name was "Abel," but the cashier spelled it as "Eavio" and didn't try to repeat it back or ask how it was spelled. Not the biggest issue compared to everything else, but it still bothered us because it could've been easily avoided. Finally, when we tried to get a refund since we couldn't eat any of our food, one of the managers told us to contact our bank. But our bank told us we needed to get the refund directly from Wingstop. Now we're stuck going back and forth and still waiting to get our money back. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, unsanitary, and unprofessional. read more

I went back today after receiving a phone call on Thursday morning while I was at work. They remade my entire order even though I told the manager on the phone it wasn't necessary as only the wings were incorrect. Initially the fries were piping hot and no issues with the drink. I got home home and the wings were correct this time tasty flavorful Louisiana Rub, piping hot fries and excellent tasting lemonade . I had to fix my rating to 5 as they fixed their error. Thank you! I really appreciate your team taking care of me when my days are long and exhausting. My teen is fed and I can relax. This Soccer mom Thanks you for the quick response and follow through. read more

I love their garlic Parmesan wings. They're crispy and delicious. I also love the online ordering..What I don't love is the line outside during Super Bowl and fighting all the DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers but that's not Wingstops fault. Other than that I love it. read more

Service was disappointing. The cashier seemed unfamiliar with the deals offered so I had to pull it up on the app and had a hard time figuring out payment transaction so it was a difficult process. I've been to multiple Wingstop locations around the area and this specific location has been the most lackluster. Ambience is decent, it's just a bit crammed and the music is inaudible. The fries are unseasoned and lack any flavor. read more

Came here for a meal after a long day of work. They say they close at 1 AM, and I even called ahead to put my order in at 12:33 AM but nobody answered the phone. I ended up arriving at 12:42 and was met by somebody walking up to lock the door over 15 minutes before closing as they saw me walking up. The door was locked and the lights are out before closing time. I've worked at multiple food establishments and this is never okay to do. read more

Amazing service so friendly and welcoming and that's something you don't see much of these days in service

They never answer their phone.. for those of us who eat halal only, we are instructed to call beforehand to see if they have chicken tenders in stock. It's interesting because when you call it just never gets answered. We ended up showing up to the place for the halal tenders and sure enough they were sold out. They had halal wings which was cool, but most people drive from far distances just for the tenders. They need to do better. read more

Wingstop - Good cleaning - Chicken Wings Near Me - La Habra, California

Had a interview at 9:45 when they open. Workers and manager were setting up didn't open the door, I waited till 10 and I saw people come to to the front and look at me and still didn't open the door to let me in or even open the shop. I saw the manager straight up look at me and still not open the door. I waited till 10:10 and they still didn't even open the store. Horrible management. read more

I was next in line at the cash register waiting to pick up my order. Another man walked in and waited off to the side. A worker came out from the kitchen to help out but instead of helping me, the next person in line, he bypasses me and helps the male, who also failed to acknowledge that I was next. I made eye contact with the worker and acknowledged that I was next and he ignored me. The cashier ended up giving me my order. Neither worker apologized. read more

Worst experience ever don't recommend this location, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. They were catering to other customers and they made me wait half an hour for a simple order. If I didn't inquire about my order I would've probably been waiting an hour. Worst customer service and staff ever. I won't come to this location ever again. The ambiance felt off too. read more

A simple question at this Wingstop can take more than 15 mins to be answered as the staff never likes to answer the phone. So frustrating but appreciate that they offer Halal options! Is it possible to order more Halal wings as it seems like you guys sell out pretty quick. Look forward to updating my review in the near future! read more

Stop by Wingstop to pick up some dinner. We ordered online on DoorDash so when we arrive it was ready to for pick up. We got a $23 meal of an assortment of chicken thighs and fries. We got a lemon pepper, Parmesan garlic, and mango habanero. The wings were all right the only one that was in super dry was the mango habanero. The other two were a little too dry for me but they were decently crispy so that was OK. The fries are pretty good though even without dipping them in ranch it had an after ranchy taste so that was good. Overall very filling food for four people who eat a lot. read more

Wingstop - a view of a wingtop restaurant from a car window - Chicken Wings Near Me - La Habra, California

This is the closest Wingstop to me and I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I do love Wingstop, mostly. But, EVERY TIME I order on the app, they forget something. ALWAYS. And the worst part is THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.... So you have to drive the place and fix the problem. There's always something wrong with the food. It's either too cold, missing dips, missing orders. I don't even care to eat Wingstop anymore because this place literally SUCKS. I have never had these problems at any other Wingstop, just this location. read more

We called ahead to try different flavored wings. We heard this particular wingstop offers halal wings. We tried a week earlier but they ran out as we were on our way. We tried four types of bone in wings. I have listed them in the order of my preference of how they tasted from good to bad. 1. Atomic - this was both mine and my husband's favorite. My sister did not care much for it. It was a good blend of flavor and spice but I have to say, this is the first time that my face was burning from the spice. 2. Lemon pepper - if you are looking for something not spicy this was a good flavor. Since we ordered ahead our wings were not as hot as I wanted but this still had taste. 3. Original hot - this was just okay. Next time we would be fine skipping this one. 4. Garlic parmesan - this one was a big disappointment. I couldn't really taste anything. It was like eating a chicken piece with no flavor. The fries were a disgrace. Soggy with little to no flavor. What a joke! read more

Alrighty, I go over the river and through the woods to this Wingstop because they provide the best service. The store is always clean and welcoming. And the food is always fresh and made to order. They are always accurate in my order as well. Keep up the great work. I wish I had some names to shout out, but I don't, but you guys always got the orders going and always generous with the veggie sticks and fries and dipping sauces. Unfortunately our whole meal was a disappointment. All the wings were oily. No wing actually tasted of flavors. Just oily. Fries were soggy.

Went yesterday the workers seemed a little sad, I asked for a ranch got charged over $2 for it and both the ranches I had were extremely watery. I've never had watery ranch from Wingstop considering their ranch is my all time favorite and it was horrible..very disappointing read more

Was helped by Karen and she automatically charged me for the large meal without asking me. When I asked her about giving me my money back she gave me attitude and did not give me back my full amount and had to ask again. When I asked for her name she gave me another name until I talked to the manager and saw her real name on the receipt. I hope the owner of this franchise sees the video so he can see what kind of employee he has working there. Let me start off by saying that I'm not one to write negative reviews, but I have to share my story. The La Habra Wingstop store is open until 1 A.M. according to their store details on Apple Maps and the door of the store. For the past 4 years, I always orders carry out and delivery from this store because their chicken is well seasoned. My experience from tonight by this store makes me not want to eat wingstop again. I got off my shift from a long day at work and ordered carry out at this Wingstop store. I placed my order at 11:54 P.M. on Friday, April 25, 2025. I showed up at the store location at 12:10 A.M. on Saturday, April 26, 2025 to pickup my carry out order. I walk up to the wingstop store and go to open the door that says "pull"... and the door is locked. There were two workers behind the counter that I could visibly see and they stared at me and were trying to tell me something. One of the workers slightly opened the door to ask what the name is for the carry out order, and I tell them my name. The worker hands me the bag through the small gap in the door and that's it. Honestly there's a couple reasons why I'm upset, first is that the store is supposed to be open until 1 A.M. and they were 50 minutes until closing when I showed up to pick up my order. Okay the workers are obviously trying to go home early, I get it. But locking the door out on customers is insane to me. It made me feel shame and very unwelcome. Second, is that I have gone to this location multiple times after my shifts at work and the door is always open. Lastly, the cherry on top is that I get home to eat my Wingstop order and they forgot to add the extra ranch I paid $1.99 for. I have ordered extra ranch at this store this past year for either carry out or delivery and half the times OF THIS YEAR they forget the extra ranch. I can't even easily check if my order is correct at the store because the bags are sealed. I have complained through Wingstop's customer service before when they forgot the large ranch I paid $5.99 for, and nothing came of it. It's like my money is being wasted on when I pay $1.99 for extra regular ranch or $5.99 for a large ranch. I'm very unhappy with my experience at this Wingstop location and I honestly feel very mistreated. Something better be done about this. read more

They have 2 for $3 wings for $5.50. False advertising or just straight up scamming. Put a different location in and got 2 for $3 just like the website says. Weird and sketchy. Service is always slow too. read more

The Service was pretty good, straight & forward! And the food was amazing. I asked the lady that was taking the order in the front if she can make the wings dripping wet and they came exactly as I asked. I've been to other wing stops and asked for the same thing and I've received them as dry as my elbows without applying lotion. I'm coming back to this location for sure! Sunday March 2, 2025 at 8:20 is when I placed my order. Got to give the cooks & cashier their respect! read more
