Oh my gosh, for the love of chicken wings ANWSER YOUR FLIPPIN PHONE!!!!! Tried to get lunch from here & no one could bother to pick up the phone. One of the worst Wingstop stores. They like to advertise that they have halal wings but apparently they are "always out" I called the around 4pm to ask if they had any considering the fact that it is Ramadan. The lady told me i couldn't place an order ahead of time and to call back 30 mins before I needed it. She reassured me that they had plenty and wouldn't run out. I live very far about a 40 min drive. So as I was mins away I called to place my order. The second girl who answered the phone claimed to be a manager. As I proceeded to ask for halal wings she was quick to shut me down and rudely said "we don't have any" I tried to explain to her that I had called two hours before and was told that you guys had plenty in stock. She then once again told me "yeah well you should have pushed for her to take your order if you called two hours ago don't blame me. There's nothing I can do somebody by the name of Omar came and picked up all of our wings " I then responded with " if you're a manager, there's no need to be rude. You can at least apologize that you can't manage the place properly." at that point I didn't want to speak with her and I just wanted to speak to the store manager or to the owner because of the way that she was speaking to me and treating me I kept asking for her name she wouldn't tell me, as she started to get more aggressive with me I started to record the call the moment that she heard me recording the call on my iPhone, She hung up. I tried to call multiple times repeatedly because I didn't appreciate the fact that I was not only lied to, but the fact that a manager or whoever she thought she was, wouldn't even give me a name to report. To be honest with you when you have people that are imbeciles working for you. I highly doubt that the wings they are selling are even Halal. For anyone looking for wings go to the one in Long Beach. Thank you to WingStop LH for an effortless order pickup on Super Bowl Sunday! I placed my order in advance online for pickup at 4:15. I arrived at around 4:20 to find quite the crowd waiting outside of the building. I figured this would happen considering it was the super bowl and I was bracing myself to wait a while before receiving my order... HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised to find out my order was ready (ON TIME!!) and I was in & out in a minute! Perhaps the others waiting placed an order in person or arrived early... but I was super impressed with WingStop being on top of their orders, at least for mine. I could only imagine how crazy this day must be for them and all the staff managed to stay nice while working hard on game day. Also, my order was still hot when I got home and everything in my order was correct :) The guests outside were spaced out, everyone was required to wear masks and there were markers on the floor to promote 6ft distancing. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my experience today. I was really dreading coming here on Super bowl Sunday but pick up couldn't have gone any smoother. Thanks again to the team here! read more

Local Wingstop that serves Halal wings! There is a surcharge for the halal wings but it's nice to have a chain restaurant that caters to this dietary need. I always get the original hot flavor for the bone in wings with a side of celery/carrot sticks and their delicious ranch (seriously why is the ranch so gooooood?!). Sometimes there's a wait to place phone orders (weekends, evenings) but most times the food is ready for pick-up when we're there. I've occasionally had to wait a few minutes upon arrival. read more

Do not come here!! My family and I had a horrible experience. We ordered halal tenders and when got home we were missing 12 tenders. We drove back 35 minutes and they gave us a very hard time and said that we are lying. The superviser calls the manager who is "his mom" and she said that we were lying. We told them that we ordered halal tenders and they forgot 12 original hot. They kept saying that we need to bring the food that we got in order to get the refund. They were being very dishonest and rude for just 12 tenders. Then they told us that the tenders are NOT halal. Then well they made us our 12 tenders finally.
