Doesn't matter where... it's a crappy app. Food is never ready when it's claimed to be and this time was no different. Unorganized AF, watched no less than 4 people cutting in line ahead of me and others. Management step up, it's your job to communicate. I strike again at another Wingstop. I know what to expect from myself and this one-stop fried chicken shop. I wasn't disappointed in myself for ordering a 30 piece crew pack with a friend, a meal fit for a family of 4-5, not 2 amigos. I wasn't disappointed that I was eating at 11:15 pm at night and staying until midnight when the shop closed. I especially wasn't disappointed that my mouth experienced hot, oily, and juicy wings smothered in ranch & bleu cheese & honey mustard washed down by a Kona Longboard lager. I was redeemed by the only healthy thing in this crew pack -- crisp, watery carrot and celery sticks, only to be smothered in ranch and possibly bleu cheese as well. As usual, I got my lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. We were allowed to get a 3rd flavor so mango habanero was chosen. Lemon pepper and garlic parmesan can do no wrong. Mango habanero however was just okay. The sauce wasn't that spicy and it made the wings feel slimy or watery. Regardless of the mango habanero, the frying of wings is consistent across Wingstop to Wingstop. I'm literally making pit-stops at this point to refuel my body in the late evenings. My husband and I frequently use their app for to-go orders. It's always been super easy and convenient, and they *usually* get the orders right. We've received the wrong flavors on a few occasions, but it's never been a huge deal because we love them all, anyway. Service has been great, otherwise. We typically get boneless wings, but the classic are great too. Either way, they're adequately sauced and tossed. Our favorite flavors are Original Hot and Mango Habanero, with lots of ranch of the side. The fries are always great and perfect for sharing. Don't forget the extra seasoning! This location picks and chooses when they'll actually stay open to their posted hours. On many occasions I've gone to this location only for them to be closed an hour before their posted time. Tonight I tried to go 30 min before closing only to the told they're already cleaning so they aren't taking any orders. If that is the case they should post last orders at what time. Maybe lock the door because you're "closed". Regardless I've only ever run into this at the La Habra location. The customer service here is good. The wings and fries come out fresh and hot every time. My only thing is that the lemon pepper seasoning is not consistent. I've been to this location three times and twice the lemon pepper was scant on my wings but another time it was well seasoned. Will definitely keep coming back when craving wings. read more

They're judicious with their sauces and the atmosphere is always friendly even while they're getting swamped on a Friday night! I am surprised that it has taken me this long to review Wingstop when I have been here a bunch of times over the last couple of years. This Wingstop is located in East La Habra on the corner of Harbor Blvd and La Habra Blvd. Parking is abundant in this shopping center and even more parking is available behind the Wingstop if needed. I have tried many flavors throughout the years but my all time favorites are Lemon Pepper, Korean BBQ and Smoke 9. Smoke 9 is the newish flavor that was released I believe this year or the end of last year. I cannot put my finger on what exactly is in the Smoke 9 flavoring, but it is delish. Depending on how hungry I am, it will depend on how many wings I get. Usually it is a number between 5 and 8. I usually just order a combo meals and split with Miss Feast Mode. The combos come with 5, 10 or 15 wings, fries, dipping sauce and a drink. The dipping sauces available are ranch, honey mustard and one more flavoring that I cannot remember off the top of my head. I usually stick with ranch as it makes all flavors of wings taste great. The fries are hit and miss. They can be super delicious, or super hard and salty. When they are done right though... it makes the whole meal taste great. Service is usually pretty good as well, though they do tend to get pretty busy throughout the entire week. Give it a shot, you can always compare it to B-dubs, but they are different. read more

One thing I like about Wingstop is that it's cheaper than BBW and more locations so it's convenient to get to; but after today I realized that I'd rather make my own wings at home then waste money at some of the wing joints in operation today. Food: Nothing special at all. They serve about 12 of the standard wing sauces you'd find anywhere (garlic parm, hot, bbq, atomic) ; besides the fact they have chicken tenders everything is pretty normal. One thing I don't like about this place is they charge you for dressings (ranch, blue cheese) .89 cents for a tiny cup of ranch when I can walk to the dollar store 12 ft away and buy a whole bottle for .99 cents? how ridiculous. Service: This was my biggest problem of all. I ordered my food online around 12:45 and the estimated time for pick up was 1:15pm. When I get to the restaurant at 1:30 and my food wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. 15 to 20 minutes is about how long it takes if I would've ordered the food when I got here. Whilst I was waiting for my food a mother with her small son and a older man were waiting uncomfortably at the front counter to get their drinks refilled. It took about 8 minutes for them to serviced. I knew the staff saw the people waiting but everyone was to busy cooking to stop what they were doing to get them drinks. Cleanliness: I'm sure you could guess from my previous statement that if the staff was too busy cooking to give people drinks, then their was obviously no time to clean. 2 tables filled with trash untouched for who knows how long. I can't fathom the idea of people enjoying wings to the extent of being nickeled and dimed for ranch dressing and waiting for half an hour at a table piled with trash. All I know is that if I ever come back I'm ordering over the phone and I'll show up even later than pick up time in hopes that I won't have to wait as long. read more

I bought 150 wings on Saturday for an event I was hosting. Several things went horribly wrong with the orders. First off, my order was messed up and I was missing 20 garlic parmesan wings. Second, the wing boxes weren't labeled so people that were at the event could not tell what is what flavor. Last but not least, people that were at the event, including myself got food poisoning! My boyfriend and I tried to be courteous with the manager Cynthia, but she didn't really seem to care and they weren't willing to accommodate me in any way or assure me no one else would get sick. Obviously the wings were not fully cook!!! Thanks a lot #Wingstop379 for making sure me and my friends were sick on Super Bowl day/Birthday! Since the manager and nobody else here were willing to accommodate a customer's need. We will have to take this up with corporate. We've visited this place quite a few times and always got wings with bones. Everything was great taste wise. They charge appx. 30 cents extra per wings for the halal version of the wings, which is a bit pricey, but no choice since no one else has halal wings in the area. And the owner has the right to charge whatever they want as long as it's disclosed ahead of time. But today's visit is extremely dissatisfying. We went to dine in today and saw the special on the wall, 25 piece BONELESS wings for $15.99. Including halal charge ($6.23) and tax, the order total was $24.05. When the order came out, it was all literally CHICKEN NUGGETS. I went back to the counter to politely confirm why are we served with chicken nuggets instead of boneless chicken wings? The answer was somewhat like "this is the boneless version of halal chicken wings". ARE THEY SERIOUS? NUGGETS ARE NOT CHICKEN WINGS. $24.05 for 25 piece chicken nuggets? Please disclose this fact before you take the order. I repeatedly asked if all of their boneless (regardless of halal or not) wings are nuggets and the answer was sort of "yes". I asked if I could get a refund. The cashier told me "what do you want me to do? You've already paid for this." I guess the answer was a long version of simple "NO". I felt I was scammed today. As far as getting your wings on, the saving grace for this place is its late hours. The wing stop in Vegas was much better. I got the lemon pepper and teriyaki traditional and my wife got the original hot boneless: The lemon pepper was sooooo salty and the teriyaki was not fully basted. The fries were good as were the boneless wings which made the other wings such a disappointment. You're put on hold a long time when you try to order ahead. One time, I actually arrived at the parking lot by the time they picked up. Tsk, tsk... The website is just plain awful as all I wanted to do was check out the order sizes, eg, 10 piece, 20 pieces, etc. Every link was to place an order. LAME!
