Guy in curly hair couldn't understand my clear order. He had an irritated attitude with me despite me trying to be as polite as possible. Even if he was a rookie or something, his co-worker beside him should've done something instead of letting my order get completely mixed up. I ordered fries, a drink, and wings; ended up only getting fries and a drink?? also, fries ended up being a smaller size. Due to me being in a rush, i couldn't wait for a refund in order to reorder after YOUR workers mistake so i just had to buy a sandwich even though that is not what i came for. Everything was just an absolute mess. read more

Highly recommend this wingstop location! Way faster than the one I usually go to in Fullerton. The chicken was fresh, fat and juicy! And the service was very fast! Definitely will be back! read more

First time trying Wing Stop. Ordered through the Yelp app. And that's my bad. Every time I order through the app it gets screwed up. Doesn't matter where... it's a crappy app. Food is never ready when it's claimed to be and this time was no different. Unorganized AF, watched no less than 4 people cutting in line ahead of me and others. Management step up, it's your job to communicate. Finally got help, told them my order number etc. said it would be 10 more minutes. First thought-WTF it wasn't even started yet? Seriously? Continued to wait outside since social distancing means nothing to some people. Went back in after 10 minutes and continued to wait antler 10. Honestly it took 45 minutes to make my order. Fail. Only redeeming quality here is that I really liked our wings, so two stars. Thinking delivery next time because I dread going back there. Yup that bad... read more

I strike again at another Wingstop. I know what to expect from myself and this one-stop fried chicken shop. I wasn't disappointed in myself for ordering a 30 piece crew pack with a friend, a meal fit for a family of 4-5, not 2 amigos. I wasn't disappointed that I was eating at 11:15 pm at night and staying until midnight when the shop closed. I especially wasn't disappointed that my mouth experienced hot, oily, and juicy wings smothered in ranch & bleu cheese & honey mustard washed down by a Kona Longboard lager. I was redeemed by the only healthy thing in this crew pack -- crisp, watery carrot and celery sticks, only to be smothered in ranch and possibly bleu cheese as well. As usual, I got my lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. We were allowed to get a 3rd flavor so mango habanero was chosen. Lemon pepper and garlic parmesan can do no wrong. Mango habanero however was just okay. The sauce wasn't that spicy and it made the wings feel slimy or watery. Regardless of the mango habanero, the frying of wings is consistent across Wingstop to Wingstop. I'm literally making pit-stops at this point to refuel my body in the late evenings. Clearly, I'm sober and capable of making great decisions for my body, whenever I dine in. -------------------------------------------------- QUICK TIPS: -------------------------------------------------- # Garlic parmesan & lemon pepper all the way. I don't care for any of the other flavors because these two are perfect like peanut butter & jelly. # Consider getting combo or family packs when you're extremely hungry or an absolute monster of fried foods. Look at me, I'm fine. I ordered a 30-piece crew pack for me and a friend...there may be a day when I won't be able to write yelp reviews. read more

My husband and I frequently use their app for to-go orders. It's always been super easy and convenient, and they *usually* get the orders right. We've received the wrong flavors on a few occasions, but it's never been a huge deal because we love them all, anyway. Service has been great, otherwise. We typically get boneless wings, but the classic are great too. Either way, they're adequately sauced and tossed. Our favorite flavors are Original Hot and Mango Habanero, with lots of ranch of the side. The fries are always great and perfect for sharing. Don't forget the extra seasoning! Dinner for 2 usually comes in just under $25, which is a bit pricey, but we always have food left over. *fingers crossed for some new flavors soon!* read more

By Far the worst Tasting Wing Stop EVER!!! Not to mention the wait was over 30 minutes for a 15 wing combo When there was absolutely nobody waiting for their food inside the restaurant. It's so obvious they worry more for they're phone or online orders. The Fries were all crumbs and there were many fries stuck together like a ball. The wings had Zero Flavor and where so dry. I'm here again not just for the tasty wings but the customer service is top notch. Adam treats the customer with respect and very professional. I was ordering tonight when a pick up driver came in and but in saying he was here for a pick up. Adam says Sir I will help you when I'm done with this customer. I was shocked with this great customer service. Like I said, I came back because of my first visit and this visit was great making the customer feel like #1. I appreciate the great food and customer service and will be back again soon usually at least once a week. read more

My experiences here are always awesome because of the positive upbeat workers, even if I'm just doing a pick up order nowadays. I always get tips from the cashiers on what specials they have, which I love because times are tough so if I can save a few dollars I'm all for it!! I want to give a shout out to one cashier named Christian and his excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!! I'll definitely be back soon!!!! read more

The wait time here is ridiculous! I got here before opening and waited so I was first in-line because I'm in a time crunch. I ordered and am still waiting as I type this. 25 minutes and counting. I can't believe how horrible the service is, the person inside keeps saying 10 more minutes. read more

The customer service here is good. The wings and fries come out fresh and hot every time. My only thing is that the lemon pepper seasoning is not consistent. One thing I like about Wingstop is that it's cheaper than BBW and more locations so it's convenient to get to; but after today I realized that I'd rather make my own wings at home then waste money at some of the wing joints in operation today. Food: Nothing special at all. They serve about 12 of the standard wing sauces you'd find anywhere (garlic parm, hot, bbq, atomic) ; besides the fact they have chicken tenders everything is pretty normal. One thing I don't like about this place is they charge you for dressings (ranch, blue cheese) .89 cents for a tiny cup of ranch when I can walk to the dollar store 12 ft away and buy a whole bottle for .99 cents? how ridiculous. Service: This was my biggest problem of all. I ordered my food online around 12:45 and the estimated time for pick up was 1:15pm. When I get to the restaurant at 1:30 and my food wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. 15 to 20 minutes is about how long it takes if I would've ordered the food when I got here. Whilst I was waiting for my food a mother with her small son and a older man were waiting uncomfortably at the front counter to get their drinks refilled. It took about 8 minutes for them to serviced. I knew the staff saw the people waiting but everyone was to busy cooking to stop what they were doing to get them drinks. Cleanliness: I'm sure you could guess from my previous statement that if the staff was too busy cooking to give people drinks, then their was obviously no time to clean. 2 tables filled with trash untouched for who knows how long. I can't fathom the idea of people enjoying wings to the extent of being nickeled and dimed for ranch dressing and waiting for half an hour at a table piled with trash. All I know is that if I ever come back I'm ordering over the phone and I'll show up even later than pick up time in hopes that I won't have to wait as long. read more

@wingstop, if I could give this place no stars, I would. I have been a long term customer and have loved your food but I had a horrible experience. I bought 150 wings on Saturday for an event I was hosting. Several things went horribly wrong with the orders. First off, my order was messed up and I was missing 20 garlic parmesan wings. Second, the wing boxes weren't labeled so people that were at the event could not tell what is what flavor. Last but not least, people that were at the event, including myself got food poisoning! My boyfriend and I tried to be courteous with the manager Cynthia, but she didn't really seem to care and they weren't willing to accommodate me in any way or assure me no one else would get sick. Obviously the wings were not fully cook!!! Thanks a lot #Wingstop379 for making sure me and my friends were sick on Super Bowl day/Birthday! Since the manager and nobody else here were willing to accommodate a customer's need. We will have to take this up with corporate. For those of you who are planning to make a big order for any future events, make sure your wings are fully cook, label, and the right amount. read more

This location picks and chooses when they'll actually stay open to their posted hours. On many occasions I've gone to this location only for them to be closed an hour before their posted time. Tonight I tried to go 30 min before closing only to the told they're already cleaning so they aren't taking any orders. If that is the case they should post last orders at what time. Maybe lock the door because you're "closed". Regardless I've only ever run into this at the La Habra location. I won't be back and I'll gladly drive farther to another location who actually stays open the hours they post. Definitely not worth the trouble to go here. read more

As far as getting your wings on, the saving grace for this place is its late hours. The wing stop in Vegas was much better. I got the lemon pepper and teriyaki traditional and my wife got the original hot boneless: The lemon pepper was sooooo salty and the teriyaki was not fully basted. The fries were good as were the boneless wings which made the other wings such a disappointment. You're put on hold a long time when you try to order ahead. One time, I actually arrived at the parking lot by the time they picked up. Tsk, tsk... The website is just plain awful as all I wanted to do was check out the order sizes, eg, 10 piece, 20 pieces, etc. Every link was to place an order. LAME! I finally just called and asked for a 30 piece not knowing if they had that. They did. But I had to be placed on that long hold to find out... Sheesh! read more

I am surprised that it has taken me this long to review Wingstop when I have been here a bunch of times over the last couple of years. This Wingstop is located in East La Habra on the corner of Harbor Blvd and La Habra Blvd. Parking is abundant in this shopping center and even more parking is available behind the Wingstop if needed. I have tried many flavors throughout the years but my all time favorites are Lemon Pepper, Korean BBQ and Smoke 9. Smoke 9 is the newish flavor that was released I believe this year or the end of last year. I cannot put my finger on what exactly is in the Smoke 9 flavoring, but it is delish. Depending on how hungry I am, it will depend on how many wings I get. Usually it is a number between 5 and 8. I usually just order a combo meals and split with Miss Feast Mode. The combos come with 5, 10 or 15 wings, fries, dipping sauce and a drink. The dipping sauces available are ranch, honey mustard and one more flavoring that I cannot remember off the top of my head. I usually stick with ranch as it makes all flavors of wings taste great. The fries are hit and miss. They can be super delicious, or super hard and salty. When they are done right though... it makes the whole meal taste great. Service is usually pretty good as well, though they do tend to get pretty busy throughout the entire week. Give it a shot, you can always compare it to B-dubs, but they are different. read more

I dig it because it's consistent and it's tasty. It's not the best food in the world, but it's certainly not the worst. I remember watching a football game then Troy Aikman came on promoting some place called Wingstop, "The Wing Experts", and being a "Wing Lover", I wanted to check this place out. Plus I heard Troy Aikman is a credible person, just like how there is no chin underneath Chuck Norris' beard, there only lies another fist. I been to Wingstop a few times already but to this location only three or four times, it's still relatively new and it's near the cross street of La Habra and Harbor. -Interior It must be a Wingstop rule to decorate the interior with old airplane parts and pictures of planes because they actually do have plane parts suspended from the ceiling and various pictures of planes and pilots that looked it came from the WWII era. Putting the aesthetics aside, it's a simple restaurant layout: counter with a fridge full of beer behind it, about 10 tables designed for parties of four, and two TV's on the opposite sides of the restaurant, it's a small area so you can see whats playing. -Service Literally service with a smile, the workers were polite and friendly. The strange thing is that for my order, the customer behind me, and someone who called in, told each of us that the wait time would be 14 minutes which is oddly specific, normally a restaurant would say 15 just for the sake of estimating. I didn't time how long it took, I'd say it was average for the time it takes to prep and cook the wings and fries. No complaints on the service here! They're also open to midnight at this location. -Food I believe I have tried most (if not, all) the flavors Wingstop has to offer. However the only flavor that stuck in my mind is the Atomic just because of the lovely experience I had with it. As an innocent wing lover, I ordered the Atomic because I wanted some spice and zing with my wings, big no-no. That day I ordered five of those suckers and I barely finished one, and had to ask for two refills of my drink, I gave the rest to my friend who also ordered five. HE ATE ALL OF THEM, I don't know how but he did, and he needed to use the restroom about 20 minutes later. Today I got the Hickory Smoked BBQ and Lemon Pepper. The Lemon Pepper was nice and literally it is what it said it would be, a peppered wing with lemon flavor here and there. With the BBQ wings they didn't hold back! They dumped the BBQ sauce on it, rolled it around, and dumped some more, finger lickin' good! So I revisited Wingstop after a good break from it but I came crawling back to it's deliciousness. If you want some good wings I would suggest buying Wingstop wings, the best thing about this location is that it's right next door to a Starbucks so you can try to fight off the food coma with some caffeine. If you so dare you can try the Atomic wings but don't say I didn't warn you. The Colonel got nothing on this place! read more

Ordered to go for Superbowl 2015. Prepaid over the phone so I did not have to wait in line for my order. First time I had Wingstop, I did not like the wings, but these were actually really good. 50 Wings - $35.99, they default the wing count to get even amounts each but I switched up my 4 flavors, 10, 10, 10, and 20. Garlic Parmesan - Was like any normal garlic Parmesan you can get at most wing places. BBQ - Really sweet BBQ sauce. Atomic - Spicy, but not mouth burning. I wish it was hotter. Hot Wings - Good heat and tangy sauce. The wings itself were huge! Definitely bigger then Wing Street wings I have had. read more

We've visited this place quite a few times and always got wings with bones. Everything was great taste wise. They charge appx. 30 cents extra per wings for the halal version of the wings, which is a bit pricey, but no choice since no one else has halal wings in the area. And the owner has the right to charge whatever they want as long as it's disclosed ahead of time. But today's visit is extremely dissatisfying. We went to dine in today and saw the special on the wall, 25 piece BONELESS wings for $15.99. Including halal charge ($6.23) and tax, the order total was $24.05. When the order came out, it was all literally CHICKEN NUGGETS. I went back to the counter to politely confirm why are we served with chicken nuggets instead of boneless chicken wings? The answer was somewhat like "this is the boneless version of halal chicken wings". ARE THEY SERIOUS? NUGGETS ARE NOT CHICKEN WINGS. $24.05 for 25 piece chicken nuggets? Please disclose this fact before you take the order. I repeatedly asked if all of their boneless (regardless of halal or not) wings are nuggets and the answer was sort of "yes". I asked if I could get a refund. The cashier told me "what do you want me to do? You've already paid for this." I guess the answer was a long version of simple "NO". I felt I was scammed today.
