Just do drive through if it's not bad they'll make you wait long times for no reason inside. (They get timed to make the orders in drive through so they'll actually take care of you fast in the drive through.) Great food just need more staff or a better system for the staff. Tommy's does not take 20 minutes to make especially for a pickup order.

It was one of the earlier locations that opened up first in my area in SoCal, so this place was popping and it still is, considering that you can never go wrong with their chicken fingers. Moist on the inside, usually sizeable, but I've had a mix where some of the fingers fit in the palm of my hand, and nicely crispy batter on the outside. Because of it's location off of Beach Blvd, very busy road, the parking situation can get really chaotic here. As with many other Cane's located in not so big plazas, the drive thru line up can go easily out of the lot and makes it harder for cars to actually get inside and park. Usually they have staff outside to take orders to facilitate this, but again, mixed bag. Inside the times I've gone it's been quite busy too, but it was also around the time when they first opened and around dinner time, but I've gone here later at night and it was still pretty lively as well. It's a decent location, but if I was in this area, I think I'd try to mix it up and get something different if I had the chance to.

I had a very frustrating experience with this location…read more I accidentally placed my order at this store (1230 W Imperial Hwy, La Habra) instead of the Brea location since both are on Imperial Highway. It was an honest mistake made through the app, and unfortunately there is no cancellation option available. When I realized the error, I called the store multiple times (over 5 times) before someone finally answered. I politely explained that I placed the order at the wrong location and asked if it could be canceled since I was on my way to work and La Habra is in the opposite direction for me. The employee simply said, "It's ready, come get it," and when I tried to explain again, he hung up on me mid-sentence. Mistakes happen. I understand that. But the lack of basic customer service and the disrespect of hanging up on a customer is unacceptable. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I politely explained that regardless, the drinks came with the meal and asked if she could honor it, Instead, she refused, argued with me for around and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager, and made me pay separately for the drinks along with an additional transaction fee. To make matters worse, once we got home, we realized we were also missing tortillas and salsa from our order. Due to the uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, we did not even feel comfortable going back again. This entire interaction could have been resolved very simply with basic customer service and kindness. Very disappointing experience.
