Usually I try and be a little tolerant of places that have lots of customers. Today was the final of many straws, I ordered online, the app gave me a delivery time, and I went in deliberately 15 minutes later to pick it up knowing there's always a delay. The staff literally went through everybody waiting in line and got them all their sandwiches, there was nobody in line when I was informed that they were starting working on my order. They delivered multiple boxes with different options the sandwiches were perfect, food tasted delicious and their service was courteous with a timely delivery service. My box lunch included a chicken and cheese sandwich, a large slide of pickle, a mini cold salad and a cookie. It was a perfect surprise. Jersey Mike's Subway catering service was great with high quality breads and high quality meats as well. I highly recommend this location has a great ambiance and are great for catering for large groups with multiple options of breads and meats. read more

Well it's a sandwich shop don't really know what people are expecting from a chain sandwich shop. Two and half stars seems a little harsh I think. I've been to this location a number of times. We usually order on line and then wait a bit before picking it up. It's usually still a bit of a wait even if we order on line when picking it up. However this time they were a head of the game and we got it a bit quicker. Sandwiches weren't cold, but you could tell by the cheese that they were sitting for a bit (you can't win them all) forgot to check in the times I've been here. However, I posted a picture of the receipt with the address though. The sandwiches have always been good I think. Sandwiches are the closest thing to a mom and pop sandwich shop even though it's a chain. Ingredients seem fresh and nice. One of the best chain sandwich shops you can go to now days. Sandwiches are always put together nice and not sloppy. Prices are a bit high, that's everywhere I think though. The staff has always been pretty down to earth. Shop always looks clean and has customers coming and going. There's not many healthier choices for food in the area so it's got that going for it I believe. They added hot sandwiches now which I believe should help them out. I got the big kahuna chicken steak for the first time and it was really good. The employees at this location SUCK and need serious re-training. came in for the first time at any Jersey mikes and the girl takes our order, fine. We wait incredibly long for our one gigantic veggie sub. While she's in the middle of making it she starts talking to what appeared to be a long time loyal customer and just stops making our sandwich and goes over to the customer to accept a gift she brought her like wth? A different employee takes over making our sandwich but doesn't even know it's ours and is asking a different customer what topping they want on OUR sandwich. And on top of that I asked for the Rosemary Parmesan bread which somehow only the bottom half of the sandwich had that bread. The top bread was just their regular white bread. I love the sandwiches, but they took almost 30 minutes to get my sandwich but the interested part when they give me my sandwich a young lady give me with no charge a cup that I can get myself a soda because she mentioned that that he took too long. Had rewards for a regular sandwich and happened to be in the area, so ordered 2x #17 Mike's Famous Philly. #17 Mike's Famous Philly (Rosemary Parmesan Bread) Grilled onions, peppers & white American cheese. "This famous Philly cheesesteak is the real deal. It's grilled fresh to order with tender steak, peppers, onions, and white American cheese." I was greeted right away as I stepped into the store and they took my order as soon as I walked up to the counter. Usually we will order #17 with white bread, but with her recommendation, I decided to try it with Rosemary Parmesan Bread. She rang me up first and then proceeded to make my order. The tender steak was sliced thinly and all were perfectly grilled. There were some areas of the steak that were inedible though - I expected a bit more with quality, being that the sandwich was $11.65 for a regular sandwich. There were workers constantly restocking lids, drinks, and etc. but the tables and the floors (under the tables and chairs) were a bit dirty with crumbs, lettuce, etc. Overall, customer service was good and efficient. Just wished for a bit more in my sandwich, and better quality steak. Unless there's another deal, I do not tend to eat at Jersey Mike's often due to the price vs. portion ratio. There were plenty of parking spots in front of the store, and the plaza is very convenient to get in and out of. read more

Apparently my order and five other pickup orders with two walk-ins all happened at the same time. Two person crew, politely went about filling the orders. .Ten minutes in third crew member showed up and the orders and pickups were quickly prepared and presented for pickup. We came around 11am on a Sunday to grab a sandwich for lunch. I was excited to try out the rosemary parm bread but when we entered, there was not a friendly atmosphere. The staff member basically just asked "what do you want." No initial greeting, no offering of help in case we had any questions. After I said my number, she got to work without clarifying what bread or size I wanted. That was pretty much the vibe for the rest of our time as we waited. I understand we all have bad days at work. However, I pretty much felt like a huge inconvenience to her and was hesitant to even share none of the fountain drinks tasted good. I was ready to head out of there and just go home. Our sandwiches tasted good regardless and maybe I'll give it another chance in the future. Jersey Mike's should consider doing a retraining or look for staff who are genuinely kind and patient. You stand in line. They ask you what you would like. You tell them number or the type of sandwich with the type of bread. After taking the order they ask you again. What's the point of asking the customer for the order in the beginning of the line if you are going to ask again for the order in the middle of the line. Shows that workers are not prepared , not professional, and blatantly just doing the motions. I recommend highly for the managers or supervisors to train and retrain the employees. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! UNHYGIENIC, RACIST, ISLAMAPHOBIC! I went in yesterday, entered the store around 4:15pm there was already a line of people of about 5 people ahead of me, no big deal or so I thought. No one greats or acknowledges ANYONE in line, a woman walks out and yells not worth this. Again nothing from a single word staff member for an HOUR WAIT. I noticed the Korean woman slicing the food, kept tapping her nose with her sleeve of her hand and wasn't cleaning the station unless the guest asked her and I've never seen anything like that. It should've been my sign to leave, but I was picking up food for my elderly father. I am pregnant and carrying my toddler, talking to my son in my native tongue and even talk to the other people in English while waiting. No one complained. When the Korean women finally starts to acknowledge people in line and take their orders, she keeps stopping people mid order to Micromanage the only guy making a sandwiches. The THREE people in front of me , this woman greeted with a smile when she finally allowed them to order and cleaned/ changed her gloves per their requests. No attitude whatsoever from here. When it was my turn, this same Korean woman didn't acknowledge me with a greeting like the previous guests. Her WHOLE demeanor changed. I thought she might be just tired because they were slammed. I asked kindly "Can you please change your gloves and wipe the machine? As I don't want cross contamination with any pork products" she walks away without saying anything and goes to talk to the woman at grill for another 5 min. When I she finally comes back to the counter. I ask her AGAIN to change her gloves and clean up the work station. This woman looks at me and says I don't need to do this bc we have a line out the door and I told her you didn't have a problem doing it from the people in front of me. She responded saying they weren't someone like you. I then proceeded to get upset and ask who is someone like me? My son starts to get fussy and I am trying to calm in Arabic and the woman behind the counter get VISIBLY ANGRIER She accuses me of cursing at her to at this point I didn't and says I am refusing your services. I asked why?! She said you're kind not welcome here, I said you're being islamaphobic and racist bc you didn't have any of this attitude for the three people( they were all white) ahead of me that asked you to do the same thing. She then threatened to ban from the store and asked for my name and number to. "BAN" me. Then greeted the white man behind me with a smile and asked "what can I get you sir?" I was stunned, up until that point I was calm. I asked you kidding me?! She SCREAMED GET OUT. NOONE LIKE YOU COMES IN HERE. SO I YELLED BACK SOME OBSCENITIES AND LEFT. Not sure why the bad reviews. I had good customer service after order catering boxes for an event. Ordered on a Wednesday 5 catering boxes for Friday AM at 10 AM. Showed up at 10 and my big order was ready to go. Can't really ask for more than that. Sandwiches were great and received all the condiments including oil/vinegar and more than enough napkins. I am not really into subs but boy did I switch my tune after visiting Jersey Mike's. My husband is a big fan of these subs so he finally converted me. We were out and about on the holiday and decided to stop here for a quick lunch. When we arrived, the lunch rush was dying down. We didn't have to wait too long. I decided to get the mini #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite with ham, cappacuolo, and provolone. It turned out to be the most delicious sub that I've had. Hubby usually orders the regular #13 The Original Italian which he says is really good. What sets this place apart from the competition is that the deli meats are sliced fresh upon ordering. The bread is soft which is a plus. They have a limited selection of toppings but who needs all the frills in a good sub. The staff are all friendly and provide fast service. Worst part there were only 7 people ahead of me, they just prioritize door dash orders and they have the audacity to just continuously make online orders while the people in line stare at them for ONE WHOLE HOUR.
