Had to do a late night taco run about an hour ago. Jorge at the drive thru gave awesome customer service! He repeated my order and you can actually hear him, well spoken, unlike some spots you can't understand them..when I got to the window he was smiling and just really had me drive off thinking.."Wow! That was excellent customer service..!" And that is super rare of a thought to have after ordering drive thru.. He definitely should be working at a 5 star restaurant but I wouldn't mind having him stay at Del taco so when we come back we hope to see him again!:) Food was good! And correct! read more

Came here to get a quick bite to eat before heading out to work. There was only two cars in front of me and it took 30 minutes. I only ordered a burrito and a tostada and it took this long. Absolutely ridiculous. And the workers did not even apologize for the long wait. They probably didn't even know and just acted like nothing happened. I don't ever make bad reviews, but this is just horrendous. Should not take that long to make a burrito. Workers moving as slow as molasses. read more

I usually enjoy this spot when I go there but today I got some bad fries that were cold and hard, for almost $5. I was not happy.

This place totally got my order wrong. Im very disappointed. I always go to this del taco. Even as a child. The whole order really!!

Regional managers or Del taco needs to raise their standards. Chicken had a a bone in it. Burritos and tacos are small and empty. No standards. read more

My two star rating is based on the food. The customer service was great. The food was good and hot, but I got the new Del Dorado epic burrito. The ad said layers and layers and layers. (3 times) of flavor. There was one layer it was beans. All I tasted was beans. It was the worst food item I've ever gotten at Del Taco and I eat here fairly regularly. Don't waste the money on anything Del Dorado. I'm guessing that food out I'm probably will not be there very long. I should've gotten my usual grilled chicken burrito, but even that most of the time is so over salty it's almost inedible. Otherwise, the location was clean and like I said the service was really good. read more

This place is a joke. They made me a burritos that was smaller than a taco for over $5 that fits in the palm of my hand. They have done this many times including missing food. I am tired of wasting my money, there are other places to go but more important cook at home. To add insult the taco barely had meat, lettuce and cheese. They should be embarrassed especially on the burrito. You would have to eat about 3 or 4 of them to get full. Sticking to In and Out. Don't Easter your time and money at this place. read more

Del Taco - This place is a joke. A del beef burrito which supposed to be half a pound smaller than a taco. Stay away!!!!!!! - Fast Food Near Me - La Habra, California

Stopped by for a late dinner. I was looking for a macho burrito as I remember it back in the day. I haven't been to a Del Taco in decades. This one here on Beach Boulevard is clean and roomy for indoor dining. They changed the name of the macho burrito to a epic burrito and it taste the same as I remember it. I also love the fries here and those were good as well. The service was courteous and friendly, as I always say these kids that work fast food are really hard workers. There's plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance. read more

The food is good and I come here when I crave quick Mexican, but however, I always ask for extra cheese and of course they always charge me but they always never ever give me extra cheese. I don't know if it's a scam at this location because I've gone to others and they will give me the extra cheese. It's just this one, but this is the closest one to my house so unless I wanna drive further cause I keep asking and asking and they say yes they gave and they never do anyways the service is always OK and the food is always good. That's why it's a three, but if you're asking me about The quality, I would give it a one because at least this is at least 10 times that I asked for extra cheese and I get none anyways just my opinion and thoughts. read more

Female staff in the evening Extremely rude. Hispanic woman with crooked eyes pissed at the world so takes it out on me. No greetings, taking my order and getting it wrong 3x. Just an excellent experience all around. Quick service and excellent food. Every worker was just so nice and accommodating. From the people taking the order to the people cooking. Very easy and laid back ambiance as well. Just good stuff all around. read more

The food here was great! Fast quick and efficient service, but when it gets busy, it gets busy, so expect a bit of a wait. Busy means slower delivery!! They can't control that! Other than that, it is always a pleasure to go to this Del taco. All of the employees are very respectful and talk to customers with kindness and professionalism. Though I have seen some customers butt heads with employees since the employees have to respect policies, they can't make exceptions such as multiple coupons that I've seen people get mad at THEM about. Emphasis on THEM since it is not their rule/policy. Anyways, food is always hot, fresh, and leaves me full every single time! The ambiance of this restaurant is clean, and you know you're eating somewhere that'll keep it that way. Thank you to all employees at this Del Taco! read more

This del taco sucks. The guy working on 3-24-25 around 4ish here tried to make a big deal for me using 2 different coupons. He could have done it del taco would have not gone broke. But he wanted act like I asked him for money or a ride to lax. I told him that the del taco in la mirda doesn't care or mind doing it. I told him I will leave a yelp review about your bad policy and he got mad at me and had the nerve to ask me why I had to leave a review. I told him I want to make sure other people know the policy. He got mad I don't care he's rude. Customers are always right but not at this del taco read more

if you were craving del taco don't come to this location.....first of all the customer service was poor the guy taking my order was very rude, I had simply asked for a meal I had saw on the app and he told me they didn't have that meal anymore but they did....Food not only cold but stale fries soggy and not cooked all the way you'd have better luck going anywhere else this location honestly sucks, you'd have better luck getting food at 7-11 read more

Honestly this place is the worst Del Taco I've ever been to, I don't know why it's so difficult for them to follow simple instructions. Chicken quesadilla with light chicken, but instead they put an enormous amount of chicken. It's not a quesadilla it's tortilla with chicken barely any cheese. Small fries and a drink and I'm still here wondering how do you mess up a three item order. She didn't give me a receipt so I can report the store, I used to be a grill cook and cashier at del taco and it blows my mind how they cannot make a simple chicken quesadilla. read more

11/09/2021. 4:10pm. Walked in to order food. They need to hire more employees or close the location. One person working in back. One younger male working the front. I noticed the male working the drive-thru orders. He proceeded to handle money, then walked over to the food and handle/spread the cheese, lettuce onto the food that was being served. That caught my attention, and the worst part is he wasn't wearing any gloves nor did he stop to wash his hands. I left and went to the other one on imperial hwy and La Mirada. This location was busy, had 5-6 employees and were on top of things. read more

I'm only giving this place 5 stars because the food always tastes decent. I've been coming here often lately and have had wrong orders a few times. I ordered two quesadilla tacos with chicken but for some reason got one chicken and one asada. I also tried placing an online order ahead of time for 6 hours later. They made it 3 hours after I placed the order claiming that they make any online order as soon as they see it. OK, so if I placed an order for RIGHT NOW then you would make it 3 hours later? I don't believe it. They remade it because I asked nicely but were telling me to order immediately "for next time." But there isn't going to be a "next time" because I'm just going to tough it out in the long drive-thru line forever. Once again, the food is actually good because they're so busy that it's always fresh. They have the best fast food burritos, especially the Epic burritos. read more

I cant leave a review for things outside their control (I.e. commiefornia's economy, prices, etc) but their customer service and freshness was great. Del taco as a company is horrible but at the storefront, there are hard working and loving individuals trying their best to survive. read more

Used to come here primarily for the mini milk shakes, and then would typically order a few other items. They no longer provide a large straw for Shakes apparently (what they told me). As one cannot drink their shake with their normal straws, not having the big straws makes this Del Taco a waste of time, if you are interested in a shake that is. Otherwise the rest of the food is what you'd expect from a del taco. But a management team that opts to not provide adequate straws for milk shakes, is probably cutting corners in other places too. Will not return. read more

So this place doesn't open until 7 AM, they sit right next-door to Carl's Jr. who also doesn't open until 7 AM. So this place sits on the corner of Lambert and Beach Boulevard. A very busy highway, this business would do much better if it opened earlier. I mean really, do you guys ever wonder why McDonald's and Jack-in-the-Box kicks your ass? Maybe you should pull your head out and open up earlier and make more money for the company. oh also, when I did go up to the drive-through when they were open, it took them five minutes and there was nobody in front of me. I hate writing bad reviews but damn what the hell happened to customer service? Went to drive thru earlier and the drive thru guy had an attitude. No customer service ability what so ever. I can deal with that but when I saw him spit something out on a napkin and didn't bother washing his hand before handling our order that pissed me off. After he gave me my order he didn't even say thank you or anything. As he was waking away I tried calling him to come back but just ignored me. I wanted to tell him to wash his hands. I don't know if it's lack of training, or he just don't want to be there, either way they need to do something about that guy. Never going back to this place again. Customer service sucks and food sucked. Fries were old, lettuce looked old in the tacos. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE read more

I normally love coming to this Del Taco, always a good experience and food is on point but I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I just had. I originally ordered a crispy chicken taco, which I didn't mean to get, the worker told me what I actually wanted was a CRUNCHY chicken taco, which is what I meant to get, I still left with the exact same order. So I go back in, saying I still have a soft taco and that I wanted the crunchy one... So they give me two crunchy BEEF ones... So I went through the drive through again instead of going in.. I was super nice thought the whole thing btw... Even coming back a third time I was like "I'm so sorry to be annoying, but I just want a crunchy chicken taco and you guys gave me beef..." So the white lady working at the window was so rude to me.. She never once apologized for making me come back a third time when I'm pretty sure I had made it clear what I wanted the first time I came back... And she just goes "THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD ORDER IT..." and i'm like you guys literally gave me beef & I never ordered anything with beef?? She just shrugged at me... Like wow!! I was so nice even coming back a third time and you're gonna be rude to me? Sorry you can't do your job right... The other worker I interacted with was super kind though. read more
