Juan Pollo is such a quick and reliable spot and their food is consistently good every visit. Parking is easy since they have a small lot. I ordered my food to go but saw that they have plenty of seating inside and the interior was pretty clean. I came in with the intention of ordering the Mini Pak Combo with drinks and was charged for the combo without drinks. I have read a few reviews that seemed to have a similar experience as I did. I recommend making sure the drinks are included before paying so there aren't any mixups. Other than that, the food came out unbelievably quick and everything I asked for was included (1 chicken, 3 medium sides, Salsa, and tortillas). I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this Juan Pollo location. My husband purchased the Mini Special Combo that was advertised on the window as including two drinks for $29.99. After we left, I realized we were never given the drinks, so I went back inside to ask for them. The employee, Pao insisted that my husband had "declined" the drinks, which made no sense considering they were included with the combo. I politely explained that regardless, the drinks came with the meal and asked if she could honor it, Instead, she refused, argued with me for around and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager, and made me pay separately for the drinks along with an additional transaction fee. To make matters worse, once we got home, we realized we were also missing tortillas and salsa from our order. Due to the uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, we did not even feel comfortable going back again. I have been to this location about 6 times. Everytime I say I won't come back because the service is so slow even if you order and pay online. I have been ignored for almost 10 minutes being the first or only person in line. I've had workers stare at me but not acknowledge me as if I didn't exist. Food is usually pretty good but the last time I went, my wife thought the chicken was too salty and dry. I agree. Customer service was it's usual non existent. Not friendly. The store can get a little bit busy and you may experience a slight bit of a wait to get your food, so bring your patience and make sure you have time to wait. From the looks of their signage, the best deals are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the two chicken special, so make syre you head on down. The interior of the store is very clean, with a mixtyre of booths and tables, but they were not allowing indoor seating for dining yet. The section of the parking lot where the restaurant is located can get very packed, but with a little bit of a walk, there's a lot more oarking spaces in the plaza that should be available. read more
