Average Wendy's. Clean inside and the staff is nice. We sat at the lounge area. It was nice. This was the first time I saw one of these areas in a Wendy's. The area had fireplace but it wasn't on. What a joke. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order inside (there was no line...it was just me) they said they needed a minute...TEN later someone walked over. They are way understaffed. The inside area was a mess someone spilled soda and napkins all over and instead of cleaning it up they set up wet floor signs and left it. I went inside because the last time I drive through I was asked to park in a spot for them to bring my order because the drive through line is timed! Ok then do your job!!!!! Terrible! Unfortunately this is the closest/only wendys around me so I'm forced to order from here when I'm craving it, but the service is just terrible! I've ordered from here so many times via drive thru, the app or door dash and somehow the orders is ALWAYS wrong. Check your order before you leave bc it's always missing something. You would think that with the receipt printed out all they need to do is follow the instructions but they fail to get the order correct even then. I paid extra for extra cheese bc the last time we ordered cheese fries, there was barely any cheese. We got the extra cheese fries and it looked like this. Barely a dollop of cheese, even less cheese than how it would regularly be but it clearly says I paid extra for extra cheese on the receipt. And What's up with that one burnt fry? Order chili with crackers, sour cream and chili oil, didn't give any of it. Got a small chili instead of a large. Asked for no Mayo no pickles on the burger and it still had both. There are so many more mistakes I can't keep up with, but there's always something wrong with the order from this wendys. They just don't care. read more

I cannot believe that Wendys switched to "volcanized" Fries, just like Burger King did 20 years ago. Yes these fries can be eaten during a rain storm and will not wilt. Update from my last review: Today I revisited this location only to be more disgusted from the last visit. Our food was handed to us by an employee who was not wearing gloves and clearly had dirty hands and fingernails...DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Once we sat down we realized that our fries were cold and had a difficult time asking the employees to kindly exchange them for new ones. Every employee in the place seems miserable. Stopped to grab some dinner for my kids today. Ordered 4 meals and after checking the single bag they shoved everything in, there were only 3 fries. I knocked on the window and let the kid know and he asked me what size. I told him large, after a look in the bag the 3 looked like medium. Another girl came over with such a rotten attitude, grabs the bag and says it's a medium. She drops a medium fry in another bag and hands it out the window. I said thank you and she said with her rotten attitude, ahh huh. Such a shame that you have such disregard for your customers, and you get an attitude when I'm simply asking for the food I paid you for. This Wendy's is different from the traditional ones. It looks and feels very clean, impressive for a fast food restaurant. I come here all the time. It's not all greasy fast food, they have chili, just about any kind of potatoe and lots of salads. The barbecue salad is my absolute favorite. And the manager usually visits everyone's tables, so if there are any hiccups with the orders he/she apologizes and straightens everything out. Overall, very friendly and clean. I very rarely post a review but the Wendy's in Friendship plaza is the worst Wendy's I have ever seen. Upon arrival at the restaurant the staff were involved in a discussion and left two customers in front of me just standing there for several minutes. After placing my order I observed a gentlemen at the French fry area wearing a black baseball cap eating fries out of the fry station while handling other food. When my fries were delivered to me they were absolutely stone cold. I ordered a double burger with cheese. I received a single without cheese. At least it had one burger patty. When I brought it back the young lady took it flung it in the trash and asked me if I want another one. I told her I ordered a double and received a single without cheese. She asked for my receipt. I just said forget it and walked across the parking lot to the pizzeria. I would question if at7:00 pm on a Wednesday there was any supervision to be had here. As a family we went to order from the drive thru one night around 12midnight. The family was having a great time inside the car and was laughing out loud. When we ordered two orders, the manager (DAVE) African American REFUSED to take more orders from us and stated that we were disturbing him. We pulled to the window and he refused to have a conversation with us or take more business from us. All he wanted us to do is pay for the order we already ordered. When we tried to have a conversation with him, he ignored us and shut down the window on us and a minute later when we hunk at him, he stated that he would call the cops on us if we don't move. I don't understand what kind of a manager he is with customer service, the fact he refuses to take business and let this Wendy's branch loses money. He was very rude, disrespectful, and lacked customer services. I refuse to take my money to this branch anymore with this type of business and type of management they have there (UNDERAGE). read more
