Wow. I'm absolutely astonished from the friendly interaction and customer service from worker Nick. I haven't dropped a Yelp review in almost a year now, but Nick is the reason for my return. Before even ordering, he greeted me whilst cleaning the tidy dining area, along with making sure my order was prepared quickly when the time came. The food was as reliable as always -- you know that same taste every time, and it's always worth coming back to for the price. Their dipping sauces are all specialties worth trying, this time around I had the polynesian and ranch to dip in. I wish I could've spoken to a manager or something about Nick, though. This has to be the slowest , most incompetent Chik Fl a ever. Everytime i come here it's something . Wrong orders , missing orders, items being charged that werent ordered. But overall the most consistent has been the incredibly long wait time. With the crowd of staff here you'd think it'd be a regular wait time. Its not . Prepare to be in the drive thru for atleast 30 minutes . In store for atleast 20 . Especially if you make a mobile order , that adds another 10. So I assume the manager has just decided to not do anything to fix this but I've been on and off with trying to get money refunded and nothing has happened. Now my sister is having the same issue with them making her food wrong and putting a lot of bacon in her salad (we don't eat bacon at all) and they are refusing to do anything for her either skip this location as a whole because the manager of this location is just lazy (how I am taking this due to her not once contacting me after I have contacted the store and my sister has contacted the store). I also think they don't train the employees to actually know how to do their jobs either. As others have already stated, I have no idea why there is no mobile pickup in the restaurant or curbside. The point of using the app is to avoid the wait. However, you order on the app and still have to wait on the drive thru line with others that have not placed their orders yet. For the two of us, we went with the Chicken Biscuit Combo and then 2 chicken biscuit sandwiches. Total was $10, which you can't beat for what you get. The Chicken Biscuits are so good and the combo came with hash browns which were solid and a drink. I always appreciate how nice the staff is at Chick-fil-A. They brought out our food when it was ready and they even walk by asking if you need refills. I love Chick-fil-A so much. Every time I have it, it's perfect and there are no regrets. When I heard of the new grilled spicy chicken sandwich, I had to test it out. Eight o' clock on a Monday night, everybody is tired and wants to go home. But at Chick-fil-A however, the employees are happy and take orders with pleasure! They did a great job moving quickly and delivering my food! Now for the sandwich. The chicken was cooked to perfection with the right amount of spice. The multigrain bun made it taste even better, along with the lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. Now the cilantro lime sauce was the best part. The sauce had great taste and leveled out the spice on the sandwich. I love this special addition to the sandwich, it makes it even better! The managers are walking around embracing customers, in an attempt to add value to the dining experience. The interaction is much needed in this digital era that we are living in. The food is better than some established restaurants in the area. Motion sensor trash bins - they are ahead of the curve. This is my go to Chic-Fil-A. I do love this place. I go there at least 2 to 3 times a month. Food is always good. The staff is always smiling and happy. The one woman I recognize is always cleaning and offering to fill your drink. This morning I picked up a breakfast bowl they offered for free. The owner came out and said thank your for coming. It's little things that I appreciate which make me come back. Some specific feedback to them would be to work on the speed of mobile orders. It's almost scary how one fast-food joint can be so polarizing. Mention that you just went to Chick-fil-A in my backyard and you'll either find yourself deposed by the ACLU or branded as an intolerant reprobate, hunted by torch-wielding villagers until forced to beg for absolution before the town lawgivers. And yet, in most other zip-codes not overflowing with Ivy-League imperiousness the chain is well regarded and is the source of some much better than average fast-food grub. I have only been to the Howell location and have consistently found it be clean, inviting, fast and most importantly populated by genuinely cheerful and enthusiastic front-line employees who I hope never fall victim to automation. Whatever politics and theology spawned the chain, Chick-fil-A's competitors would do well to adopt their customer service religion as soon as humanly possible as it exists nowhere else in the fast-food space. They make the best chicken salad that I have ever had (I consider myself somewhat of a freak on the subject) and am also told by the chicken salad deniers in my circle of friends that their signature chicken sandwich is also worthy of its reputation. Needless to say, I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A but for personal security reasons I keep that to myself. read more

This place has great food in regards to chicken; however, I have numerous complaints about this place. First of all, they've gotten my food order wrong twice, and my order isn't even complicated. Plus, the lines here are always long. Other places around there don't even have that long of a line. Plus if they do, they are faster than this place. Plus Chick-fil-A is way too expensive. If you ever get the chicken nuggets, they are smaller than bread crumbs, plus the chicken tenders only come with three. Yet, they will gladly charge you 7-10 dollars for them. If you're tempted by this Chick-fil-A, like I am by all Chick-fil-A's, don't be fooled by the sign on I-195 if that's what brought you here. The road sign tells you there IS a Chick-fil-A off the exit, but it doesn't tell you how FAR. Two.point.three miles (that's 2.3 miles) off the exit, which may not seem like a lot, but it is when you factor in traffic and all the stop lights on US Highway 9. When I eventually arrived almost 15 minutes after the exit, was my go-to fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries and chocolate shake worth every respective bite and sip? Yes. I just had to extra patient for this trip. Also, this location doesn't have a double drive thru so the wait time was a little longer than I'm used to. This is the first fast food restaurant I've ever thought of giving five stars to. I was randomly in NJ (quite far form my hometown of Philadelphia) and was craving a spicy chicken fillet deluxe, so we stopped by the Chick-Fil-A we saw on the highway. 1. The service here is incredible. The cashiers were young, fresh-looking and incredibly pleasant. If you've ever been to Philly, you know you'd be hard-pressed to find this kind of niceness anywhere. When I said thank you, the cashier said, "My pleasure." MY PLEASURE? Plus 100 points for saying something even nicer than "You're welcome," and plus 1000 points just because in Philly people willl just be like, "Mmhmm." 2. The food was great. I really like Chick-Fil-A in general, but it just tasted better here. Maybe I was still coming off a high from how nice they were up at the counter. 3. Free refills! 4. The same pleasant cashier stopped by the table while I was finishing up and asked how I was enjoying the food. This is seriously the kind of service I'd like to see at upscale, sit-down restaurants. So yeah, it's fast food, but this location def stepped it up in terms of treating their customers with so much kindness (which came off as really genuine) and the food maybe tasted ten times better because of it. read more

Lemon-aid is s00o good!!! I order without ice since its served cold anyway I don't want it watered down. Don't judge! Mini-Me has been on a Chick-fil-A kick for well over 4 months now and although it can be pricing at $30.00 for 3 people I find it healthy and tasty and much better then a burger or pizza sometimes. I really enjoy the salads nothing is wilted or questionable (you know how salad can be sometimes) the dressings are flavorful and they don't give you the "look" if you ask for more sauce packets- in fact they say would four be enough? as they hand them to you.. who does that ? that's wonderful - I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO KEEP ASKING FOR MORE- and I'l be honest- if I don't use it all in this visit- I take that nifty packet with me and bring it back to use on my next visit- yup . The chicken tenders have a light taste and the regular chicken sandwich reminds me of when I used to get Chick-fil-A at Del Amo Mall in Torrance Ca when I was much much younger and used to hang out with my friends on Saturdays.. same delicious chicken!!!! Anyway- its super clean, the staff is local high school kids that have not only manners when they interact with you but are truly a pleasure to deal with-- hats off to Chick-fil-A that remembers what brings customers back. I forgot for those of you with little spawn- they have a nice play area for them and the staff is always in there cleaning after those little sticky fingers touching everything.. I've been coming to this chick-fil-a for years. And I see that the service still needs works. The food turns alright but you mess up our orders so much. And whenever we try to correct you about the order, you throw a tantrum right in front of us. Making it seem it's our fault when we corrected you twice yet you were the one that made it the wrong order. How do you mistake a 3 count chicken strips to a 30 count nugget? Got food on the way home discovered a number of items were missing (paid for) from the order. Had been waiting so long for the original order that it was not worth going back.
