This place definitely gives off high school/college food spot vibes. A bunch of kids on their bikes hanging out by the door when we stopped by the other day. They cook your food fresh when you order. The kitchen is right behind the front counter so you see what they're doing. My daughter and I split some tenders, Mac & cheese bites and fries. Everything was very good. Since it is made to order expect to wait. They have pictures on the wall of all the famous people that have eaten here. read more

Okay spot for a late night bite after a show in the area. Came here after a concert nearby ended. Got one of their sandwiches-garlic cheese buffalo. It was fairly priced and very large and filling. My only complaint was that it completely fell apart after one bite and the chicken I tasted was slightly overcooked as it was super dry and tough. But service was friendly and points for being open! read more

I brought a few people with me. So I ordered enough to feed everyone. There's some issues with the staff and the food. They didn't even speak proper English. Well one of my guests ordered the mashed potatoes with gravy. It was sour, so I returned it to the counter. They gave me a hard way to go. The employee came to the table and said he tasted it himself and wasn't taking it back. Do you want food that a stranger ate from. I don't recommend the place to anyone. I will continue to post this everywhere I can. Thanks Frank read more

Ordered delivery from their website tonight. Order placed about 2 hours ago and it still hasn't been picked up from the restaurant. We're 7 minutes away from this location. Would not order delivery from here read more

Do not order from this place for delivery. They mess up every order 99.9% of the time.

Finally got to this location this past week after being disappointed with my local cluck u. If you remember the cluck u of the past with the beer battered onion rings, get to the red bank location asap. They still have them! Highly recommend this location. Thank you read more

Check your order before you leave. Just traveled from old bridge to red bank to pick up 60 wings. 20 of them had no sauce. Language barrier with the help I guess. Told me I ordered plain wings. I ordered mango habanero. I can put my own sauce on but for 2 bucks a wing it's a little frustrating. Not the first time it's happened. Love the wings, service needs to improve. read more

Went here when visiting the area for a show at the local theater. Service was fast. Staff friendly. Had a chicken wrap and crispy chicken sandwich. Both were excellent. The side of fries was also good. We needed decent and quick food and they delivered. read more

While the portion sizes are pretty good, the prices are outlandish. $30+ for a "value meal" that includes 10 wings, a side and drink. I also didn't actually like the chicken itself. A lot of the wings I had, which are honestly chicken tenders, had tough parts in them that I had to either cut off or spit out. This was not worth the price. I do appreciate the different flavors Available though. I am not sure I'd order again. read more

Small business front not much room. However their food is to die for! Wings in the atomic sauce is where it's at!

Who still serves frozen wings and boneless? Its 2024 you guys need to step it up no wonder all cluck u chicken be closing. Food sucks doing too much thats why they can't focus on the wings read more

Just ate brunch here last Saturday. Food & service was great. Portion are more than generous. Quite extensive menu offering many options for breakfast, lunch & brunch. Will definitely be back! read more

Helpful and friendly... very quick service... clean inside and out... also gave a few suggestions on things to watch while I eat.

For a little strip mall spot, they have some straight up delicious food. Staff is very friendly as well.

I have spent easily $1000 in the past year. the last few experiences have been terrible. I didn't report the first two times ... Covid etc. Made excuses. This time I called. The manager said he spoke to someone whovwould call me today ... No call I am still waiting on a call from management. Disappointed food quality and order accuracy past few orders. Twice offered credits on next order. Why would I order again? read more

Walked in at 9:54 pm and was immediately asked if I was picking up and respond with a simple no I have to order. The person behind the register was quick to interrupt me and say, well we sold are orders for the day, we are not taking new orders. I've been going here for years and will not be going in any more after this. I could understand if I walked in 5 minutes before closing and got this response but not with over and hour left before closing. I asked if the store was still impacted by COVID and was told no, we are back to normal. Maybe adjust the hours on the door so other people don't get the wrong impression that you can order food until closing. read more

Food went downhill last couple years!! It's a SHAME!! Was my go to place!! Chicken was tough and burnt last couple times!!

Minimal Security. I was dining at this location on January 7th and I noticed that the security was subpar, there were no staff posted at the door to check the customers safety. I felt exposed and vulnerable! This made me uncomfortable so I ran out. Food was alright, I'd recommend. read more

The place is clean and food comes out quickly. If you are stuck in Red Bank around 2am, the food hits different. Service was good!

My boyfriend and I have a hankering for wings especially after a night in RB. I have seldom had opinions on fast food places, but man, Cluck U is one fine chicken joint by day and even better by night. My boyfriend loves CluckU so much that I catered his birthday party with Honey Hickory flavored wings. The guests and birthday boy went bananas when they smelled the CluckU from the hallway. First of all, these are more than wings. These are well-sized chicken tenders. Thanks for never failing! read more

Ewww worst chicken ever !You want good chicken go to chicken town. brick nj !Best chicken ever !And shrimp to.There fries are to die for!

This place is awful. Decent staff but that's where it ends. My last review said it was over sauced and expensive. Nothing has changed. If anything that got worse. 10 chicken wings for over $17! I can get cheaper and better sushi for that! They were dancing in the back and didn't give me the right sauce didn't pay attention. I asked for well done it came out like gelatinous over breaded garbage! I've given this place way way too many chances. Where is the owner? Where is the management? Read these reviews and make some changes! Absolutely totally disgusting and horrible. You have been warned. Go anywhere else! read more

Great place. Love the wing fries coke. Also the place is clean and the service is great. Try the burger or chicken strips. You will be happy. read more

Tasty, Greasy and full of flavor. The potato wedges with cheese are tasty and the chicken is to die for. I make it a point to visit Cluck U whenever I am back home visiting from California. The variety of sauces allows you to customize how hot or mild you want your chicken or fries to taste. The food is fresh and full of flavor. Top it off with a MINT Snapple and it's the perfect lunch time meal. Walk it off to marine park about 2 miles away and you have your exercise all in one day. Who needs KFC when there is Cluck U? read more

10 piece boneless wings went from $14 to $22 overnight for delivery. So if you pick up, it's less money but $22 for boneless wings they buy frozen in bulk? I can get a gourmet meal for that much money! Totally absurd and their Mac n cheese is literally gross. We threw it out. We've been regulars for over 20 years and the new rip-off pricing ($10 onion rings) doesn't sit well with us. Just out of principal, we won't be returning. read more

Awful went in around 1 in the afternoon on mothers day. Wanted 4 chicken legs after paying watched a cook blow his nose and not wash his hands. Then the same guy who took my money went in the cooler came out with my chicken in his bare hands that he never washed. I told him to cancel the order,he gave me my money back and didn't even ask what happened. Employees just don't care anymore. read more

Got out of a show at the nearby Count Basie Theatre and we were absolutely starving. Saw the misleading siren lights of a Chipotle in a mini-shopping plaza. The Chipotle is unfortunately still under construction, which left this establishment as the only nearby place which seemed open and serving relatively quick food-type items (had a deadline for getting the train back to the city). I admit that I'm probably not their target demographic (stoner students?), but I can only surmise that the name of this place is a pun on what you invariably wind up saying after consuming their food. The chicken fingers were of the dark, gelatinous texture that would make a Chicken McNugget proud. The fries weren't terrible, but the fingers pretty much ruined my appetite for anything else there (or for the rest of the night, really). If you're visiting Red Bank for the lovely Count Basie, do yourself a favor - eat before the show. read more

The worst Buffalo wings I have ever had short of the cafeteria at my job. They don't resemble or taste anything like Buffalo-type sauce. Wings were meaty but too much breading that was mushy. Wont be going back. Maybe they do other things better, idk. read more

Oh, Cluck U. -sigh- I still feel the heartburn making its way up my trachea. I used to eat here all the time when I worked for my friend's record label in Red Bank. After days/nights of careless binge drinking this place really hit the spot. Fantastic wings (All you can eat on Wed. now, used to be on Tues.) and great fried chicken and sides. They have these little fried biscuits that they cover with honey and what I think may be tears of happiness from an angel. The people who work there are even awesome. So yummy.
