The worst service, soggy nuggets, and a manager with an itchy rash. We won't be back! The girl at the front was told to only take 2 orders at a time at the front counter with a line out the door so as not to overwhelm the new kid on the dry station ‍ The manager kept itching her neck rash and putting orders out on the tray. We ordered a bunch of food in the drive-thru tonight including two baked potatoes. When we got home and opened the food, there was no butter for the potatoes and no spoons or straws for the Frosty s. Fine. I can deal with that. But worst of all, one of the potatoes was rotten. As in genuinely rotten and brown all the way thru. And we live too far from the place to take it back. There is no way they couldn't have seen that it was rotten. I can't believe they would sell this. It is inedible. And I don't mean it was icky. It was rotten. See attached pics. This is ridiculous. Terrible! The order has beverage missing when the food is delivered at my door. Since I placed that order on Wendy's app. I contact the store but the store told me to contact the third party delivery company, which is ridiculous because not only I am not aware about the existence of the third party delivery company and the contact info, but also it is not decent to have me pay the time to correct the order due to not my fault! Anyway, I contacted the delivery company provided by wendy's, and was not surprisingly get refused because the delivery company want Wendy's to contact them, rather than me. What a terrible asymmetric information! But the next time I contact Wendy's, firstly they hung up on me when I just started the conversation. With the big noise in their phone line, she said "I don't blabla" and hung up. Then the next time I called, even they are aware of the fact that the third party want them to contact them to solve the issue, they refused to do so, and insist on having me to contact the third party to solve the impossible tasks! and another not responsive number, too! I would have thought it was the lunch hour from the crowd in line (it was maybe 1:15pm on a Friday), but concluded we were training the young woman on the register. [She did fine, but when the wife ordered some half salad thing, it came out as a different menu item, but close enough to not warrant laboring the point.] The dining area isn't exceptionally big, but when there's not -- literally -- 11 people ahead of us, it would be fine otherwise... and by the end of our visit (a bit after 2pm, stayed for the Frostee and had no where in particular to be) it had cleared out to what a Wendy's typically has perched at the tables. The restaurant itself was as tidy as your typical fast food eatery, had some TVs in the corners for those of us to catch up on two days of news and (ugh) pre-presidentaial election "updates." Excellent view of Helena's Fire Station #2, which offered a few shows of them running calls. Bonus with the blinky lights! read more

I'm not a huge chain restaurant person, preferring to investigate out-of-the-way or unknown establishments. Today, though, hubby and I were making the huge road trip down from Edmonton, Canada to Vegas and we needed something to eat that was fast and somewhat reliable. Hubby has fond memories of Wendy's, so we decided to stop in. This Wendy's was immaculate and boasted updated decor (taupes and earthy neutrals vs purples and other such bright colours) and the cleanest public restroom I've ever seen. I enjoyed a berry almond salad (summer special) and hubby had the Baja salad. Both were surprisingly fresh and delivered much-needed veg to our road trip diet. :) read more

Overall a pretty good Wendys. The quality of your experience will vary from visit to visit. Sometimes the service is good and the food is good. Sometimes the service is so-so and the food is so-so. What's especially fun, though, is watching the crew criticize their incompetent managers, and seeing said managers squirm and try to throw their weight around to make the workers stop. With real management, this place could really shine. read more

I would give them less than 1 star if I could! My family and I went to this establishment this past Saturday night after finding out my grandmother was in the hospital and about to pass away. We have never been treated so poorly at a food place i nour lives. As soon as we walked in we weren't even greeted, instead the rude cashier with short red hair and an acne covered face (didn't get her name I was so mad) told us she needed to pack our stuff up to go because the lobby was closing in 10 minutes. Are you fucking kidding me? Last i checked it says the lobby cloese at 10p.m. not 9:50 p.m. And how rude especially after what we had been through that day. She not only lost my family's business but also the group of people behind us business because of how rude she was. That's at least $50 in sales that you missed out on. We decided to go to McDonalds across the street where there employees had great customer service and treated us tremendously. Maybe you're employees should go over and take notes from them. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER STEP FOOT IN A WENDY'S AGAIN. Shame on this establishment!!! read more

Went for lunch 11:30 Tuesday they were very busy but food came fast and was good. Server brought napkins and cleared table later. The real reason I am giving 5 stars is that my grandson has very special diet needs. We took in special Vegas and fruit to balance the frays he loves. No hassle as we have had other places.
