This Wendy's is the closest one to my house. I like Wendy's, so I end up here about once a month. For a long time they would mess up my order. Sometimes a sandwich missing. Sometimes a random chicken nugget appearing like a gift from a bored god. Never anything worth getting mad about. Lately they've gotten better. Orders are accurate. The food is fine. The dining room is clean enough. You could bring your mother here, if she didn't mind the smell of fryer oil clinging to her coat. The one thing I can't understand is the drive thru when I order on the app. Doesn't matter if I send it in ten minutes before I arrive or two seconds before. I always have to pull up and wait. Every time. Cars behind me get their orders and drive away. I sit there watching them escape like prisoners slipping out a hole in the fence. My orders aren't big. No strange substitutions. I don't know why. This Wendy's is fine. Which is both a compliment and a curse. Three stars. read more

the one mexican lady should be fired. i hate her so much. when i ask for a reward, she says i don't have enough rewards, even though you don't need points for rewards. i think that the new pope would be a better server than her. the food had sticky substance in it. it was very scary i had to throw the burger away. the chicken sandwich was yellow on the inside and tasted like tomatoes. the tables are not cleaned ever and there are chicken nuggets on the tv. there were also two fries balanced on the charging plugs. another thing, there is a greasy potato like substance inside of the charging outlets that broke my charger. when i have a specific request, they perfectly mess it up without failure. she is the most annoying lady ever. the other guys are chill tho. read more

I've been to this Wendy's a few times in recent weeks, and it's decent. The food is OK enough, although they sometimes screw up my order (forget to include sauce, asked for the sandwich to be plain and it comes with all of the toppings, etc.). The nuggets usually taste pretty fresh, although my sandwich has been kind of stale at times. Will I be back? Sure, it's open 'til 3 AM and it's pretty convenient to get to. But I can't give it a glowing review due to the issues referenced above. read more

If you have the Wendy's app do not rely on any of the offers or points. This is the third time I tried to use my points to either get something for free like the app tells me I can have or get money off like the app says I can do. I've tried this Wendy's a few times now and have been disappointed everytime. I gave it so many chances because it's so convenient and I thought I maybe it was an off day, maybe there was a delay in picking up the order, maybe this, maybe that, but enough is enough. I placed an online order today, picked it up in person. It hadn't come through to them yet so they started making it when I arrived. It took 5 minutes to get it home and unpacked. It was no better than any of the other times. Dry burgers, warm salad, floppy greasy fries. The only good part was the chocolate frosty. Please excuse my cultural ignorance, but I have no idea who "Willie," the ordertaker mentioned in the other reviews is or was. Hope his involvement at this Wendy's wasn't critical to my experience grabbing a Double Stack and a drink this afternoon. The experience I had was just a variation of the theme at most fast burger joints. Nice enough folks taking my order and cash. A burger that seemed about as fresh and made just in time for me as possible, and efficiency in getting me through the take out line within minutes. Of course, they were out of vanilla Frosties, and there was no one at the cashier window while I was stopped and waiting to pay. I had to back up when she finally returned and waved me back to her. The one on route 33 Hamilton is like a well oiled machine, runs so smoothly even though we can't dine inside due to the Pandemic, the drive thru is quick! They have nothing but spanish people working there who can't speak or barely understand English. N I'm spanish! Yeah, Wendy's is my shht. I mean, Triple Decker? Baconator? Spicy Chicken? It's ON! When I feel like I deserve a treat and I have a major burger craving (about once a month,) this is where I go, and this is the one I've been going to since I moved to my new apartment back in July. Possies: -somehow I never have to wait for my food, it's always ready by the time I get to the window, and I'm out. -that being said, the food is never cold or seems like it's been sitting around for an hour. -I've been to other Wendy's where by the time I get home, grease has soaked through the wrapper, the bag, and my car seat - never happens here. I was on a large family road trip and this was the only fast food restaurant open after 1am in the area by our hotel. We had a large, complicated order and they got everything correct and were pleasant during the exchange. Not to mention the food was all good, I definitely recommend this location. read more

Place is a absolute dump I get in the drive thru and I have only 2 credit cards on me and BOTH of the cards they said "declined" when I know for a FACT they both got the funds on them and the people working the drive thru booth said "it's declined I tried several times" either there credit card machines are horrible for the customer service is trash... this place sucks. read more

The other day I went through the Wendy's drive through with one of my friends. I ordered a plain hamburger because I'm allergic to cheese. We pulled up to pay, and we were greeted by a very friendly worker named Minniey. She was so sweet and reassured me that they put In a plain burger. When I pulled into the spot, I was appalled to see a burger with cheese on It. I tried to take of the cheese, but it just wouldn't work. I went back In to get a new burger, and Minniey was the only worker that was helpful. The manager didn't even apologize and the chef, who wasn't wearing a hairnet, had a bad attitude about having to remake my burger. Won't be going back to this location any time soon. But thank you Minney for being helpful. read more

OK, this Wendy's is by far the best fast food restaurant I have ever eaten at. I know you may say how can it be better than any other Wendy's? I'll tell you why, it's the people there. They are without a doubt from top to bottom the most polite fast food staff I've ever encountered. I've been going here now for over 10 years, and I've had jobs that have taken me into all 21 counties in NJ, often requiring me to grab a bite wherever I can. No other place even comes close to matching this place in terms of service. I've told people this and they have come back to me and say "you're right", they've never experienced anything like it either. Try it yourself and see. Let me give you the average stop there: let's say you pull in the drive through. The first voice you here will say " What will you be having on this beautiful day?" It may be nasty out but that's the greeting anyway. The only difference is on a great day the word beautiful is stressed more and pronounced longer. This gentleman must live there because he's been the first voice you here 98% of the time I go. Next you will pull up to the 1st window, where the cashier will always remind you what you owe and ALWAYS thanks you when you pay. When you pull up to get your food at the next window, they are sometimes waiting for you to pull up, with your drink and meal in hand, again with a smile, a thank you and a have a nice day. Most of the staff here is, quite frankly, immigrants, and their positive outlook towards their work is refreshing and almost inspirational. If you go inside to eat the staff is similar. This place is on a super busy road and the place is jammed at lunch time, but because of the efficiency of the staff, the cars buzz right thru and there is almost no wait at all. Of course the food is also good for fast food as Wendy's has the best Bacon Cheese Burger of all the burger joints and I really like the Spicy Chicken sandwich as well. I'm trying to eat healthier so I limit my intake of burgers to a maximum of one a week, but if I'm in the area, I have an office near here, I always enjoy my stop here. read more
