MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS CAL 440/760/1490
Gracie D.

Came into the Princeton area for the Princeton University graduation festivities over Memorial Day Weekend. We were staying at a hotel right down the road from this White Castle. Given that it was after midnight on a Sunday, not too much was open. I had personally never been to White Castle, so we decided to stop here for some food. This location appears fairly new. It was nice, and appeared clean. We only went through the drive-thru, but the exterior is in great condition. At the time, we were the only ones in the drive-thru. We were greeted immediately and took a few minutes to look over the menu. There was a deal going on for 6 Original Sliders for $4, which we thought was a great value. So, we got 2 orders of the 6 sliders, one with cheese and one without. Additionally, we got a Chicken Waffle slider to try. For sides, we got the Chicken Rings and the Mozzarella Sticks. The food came out fast, and the employees were friendly with us. They were accommodating to our order, as I wanted to add some modifications to some of the sliders that were part of the deal. The food was good overall! I have never had this before, so it was a little different than anything I have ever tried. The size of the Sliders were great - they would make a good snack. I think I actually preferred the Originals as opposed to the ones with cheese. The Chicken Rings were great too, definitely a unique item. No complaints about the food. The value was there - our entire order was a little over $22. For fast food these days, I thought that was a fantastic price for the amount of food received. I would recommend this spot. This location specifically was great with both the food and service. Great first impression of the White Castle brand.

Cravers Hall of Fame unite!!! Long Live Stu!!! (see photos for reference) In alls seriousness, the brand cult following and lore is amazing so I had to try White Castle for the first time when driving through New Jersey. Although the sliders are a unique items with their coveted five hole steamed union- flavor packing technology- it personally isn't for me. Wasn't getting enough burger meat or flavor in relation to the onions, bread, and other condiments. Just a stylistic preference Went though the drive through but seems like the interior is going for more of the dated, nostalgic interiors vs chains that have made their dining areas more modern

CHITLINGS

Hi, I have nothing else to say but mid food, except when I went to the bathroom I heard strange noises coming from the freezer, sounds like someone is in there, you might want to let them out. 5 STARS!

30 in a case! Yummy!

When you truly get "The Crave" for one of those little White Castle burgers steamed (not grilled) to perfection with onions and soft buns...you'll drive an hour to South Brunswick, NJ to get some! But if you do it smart, you'll place your order online AND you'll get a Crave Clutch (box of 20), Crave Case (box of 30), or if you've got a party...the Crave Crate! That's a box of 100! Since I don't have that much freezer space, I just ordered 2 Crave Cases, 1 Crave Clutch and 3 sacks of Chicken Rings (These are a must try - they're seriously good). The service here was excellent and the employees friendly and accommodating. Fun Facts: White Castle was the first fast food restaurant in America (many people think it was McDonald's...lol) Those 5 holes in each burger patty not only help them cook faster, but help the patty absorb more of that steamed onion flavor!

It's been about 2 years since our last dive so we decided on the refresher course. We had John as our captain and Jason as our dive master. We did 2 dives and the second dive involved refresher techniques. We had a good time. The water was choppy but the captain did a great job getting us to a good dive site. Would definitely dive with them again next year when I come to use my timeshare.

Made it to White Castle! Yayyyyy.

The delicate…read morewontons were packed with flavorful filling and coated in a rich, aromatic chili oil that delivered the perfect balance of heat, spice, and savory depth. The sauce had just enough numbing warmth without overpowering the dish, and every bite was incredibly satisfying. The texture combination of silky wrappers and bold sauce made it an unforgettable starter. Beyond the appetizer, the restaurant offered a warm atmosphere and attentive service that made the dining experience even better. The presentation was thoughtful, portions were generous, and the flavors tasted authentic and carefully prepared. If you enjoy dishes with a little spice and a lot of flavor, the wontons in chili oil are absolutely worth ordering. I would definitely come back just for them.

The standout for me was the Jiang Bei Hot Sauce Live Whole Fish, which was packed with flavor and absolutely worth ordering. You can split this dish amongst a whole family since the portions are huge! The General Tso's Chicken is always a classic, and I love the tender chicken drenched in tangy sauce. This is where things got a little tricky. We had a reservation but ended up waiting about 40 minutes past our reservation time to actually be seated. On a busy weekend, I understand restaurants can get slammed, but waiting 40 minutes after having a reservation is frustrating. It seems like their weekend reservation situation can get a little chaotic, so just be prepared to practice your patience. Once we were seated, the staff was fine and the service was efficient. Overall, I'll return for the food or get takeout but just be prepared to wait a bit.

They have options of marinated (great marination I.e. spicy but not hot) meats as well as deli meats. Their website has the option to order online and pick it up later. The prices are competitive to other organic,non-GMO and humanely treated options. I have not seen any butcher shop so neat and clean. Meat is neatly packaged which for me means (hopefully) no waste. EDIT: I have raised…read moremy review to 3 stars based on the fantastic customer service I received after I posted my review. The owner was not only open to hearing my criticism, but followed up on my complaints. He walked me through step by step what had happened, and said they are making tangible steps to improve the process. Based on this customer service, I will try the store again, with hopes that the improvements have been made. -- I bought a goat leg a year or so ago, and it was expensive, but I was okay with spending more for quality, and didn't have an issue. I recently came in to buy some more goat meat... I needed 2 lbs, but they only had 3 and 5 lbs packaged and that's all they were willing to sell, already packaged, already cut meat. I should have walked away then but I didn't. I bought the already packaged and already cut "bone in" meat. I've never before bought cut meat that was bone in, and when buying leg meat not stew meat, it's just plain weird. I am willing to pay more for quality, but I didn't get quality. The meat I bought was 1 lbs of bone, not usable for what I needed. So in reality I ended up paying not $13.99/lb but $48.55/1 lb and 13 ounces, a ridiculous price. I also feel a bit cheated, since when I weighed the meat it home, it was short by a good 1 lbs from what the package claimed. Now if the meat was good quality, that would be one thing. But the thing that really bothered me, and caused me to write this review, was the clear lack of care that went into butchering the meat. It clearly was not butchered at all, but sawed through, bone and all, into chunks. Bone dust was all over the meat, meaning I had to carefully rinse each piece to get off as much bone dust as possible. I know how to butcher meat, and should have done it myself, but this is just unacceptable from any place calling itself a butcher shop, let alone at these prices.
