    Masala Fries

Flavorful juicy burgers with super fresh ingredients expertly crafted. The juicy lucy burger is dripping with flavor and the lamb burger hits the spot. The masala fries are addicting. Service is very efficient. Fast casual ambiance. A little pricey but worth it.

Recently visited this spot for a quick dinner and tried their Nashville Hot Loaded Chicken Fries, Lamb Burger, and Chapli Chicken Burger. The Lamb Burger was a standout--absolutely bursting with flavor and incredibly juicy. It was well worth the $12.99. The Nashville Hot Chicken Loaded Fries were fantastic as well--packed with flavor and a spicy kick from the jalapeños and sauce, also priced at $12.99. The Chapli Chicken Burger, made with a spiced minced patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, and mint/tamarind chutney, was decent but a bit too juicy due to the chutney. Overall, a good dining experience. The service was decent , and the dining area is small, there's plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the North Brunswick area and looking for flavorful, juicy Desi-style burgers!

    DISGUSTING chicken fries

Went back and everything I noted in the past review was fixed, fries were massive and delicious, and the burger was perfect no grease or anything!

I had high expectations for Chaska, but it fell way below. I feel it's over rated. The pictures shown for advertisements by ownership is certainly not what I received. I got the hot chicken sandwich. The bun was way too big for the single tender inside. There was alot of sauce on the bun and it was dripping off. The tender itself was on the smaller side and nothing that stood out. Got some fries on the side. They were good. Looked like seasoned. It was counter service. And seating were limited inside. I might go back one more time to try other items. Perhaps it may change my perception of the place.

I ordered a wagu burger with wagu fries And a Nashville hot chicken The burger taste burnt and not well seasoned the fries were somewhat good but the "wagu" taste like a beef patty from Walmart the Nashville hot chicken had a unpleasant pungent smell the taste wasn't pleasant to my taste buds the service was decent but the burger took over 20 mins while the Nashville hot chicken came out in less than 5 mins the food would never come back here or recommend it

I am a burger enthusiast. This is. By far. The best burger. You will ever have. The lamb burger is so juicy. Bring a swimsuit you'll drown in it. Perfectly cooked each time without fail and so fresh it's like they have them out back. The fries, the lamb, the wagyu burger, OUTSTANDING. I never go out of my way for fried chicken but after seeing videos on their instagram I had to try. THIS has ruined all other fried chicken for me because nothing will ever be able to compare to this The sauces are all immaculate. I'm a white boy and like my spice, and they bring it. Get a side of all of them and fries for dipping to see which one you can handle The owner Ray is such a great dude and was greeting everyone like family. What a beautiful fully halal spot that you MUST GO TO !!

    Spicy Lentil Burger.

Quite a lively establishment serving a ton of Pakistani-infused and inspired burgers and sandwiches. Pakistani cuisine is generally one I haven't had much of an opportunity to truly enjoy because I'm a vegetarian and also because of the similarities with its neighborly Indian cuisine in terms of the dishes and spices. Because this is new-ish, I wanted to experience this in person. I found one burger I could eat: the Spicy Lentil Burger. The one thing I noticed is that the patty itself is huge. It extends beyond the buns itself and it's generally quite tasty. I think the one thing about bean burgers is that they tend to dry out easily and can fall apart faster than the meat alternatives. This one was not too different. Also, the chutneys help add taste and additional spice to the patty, but I do suggest that people add ketchup to this as the chutneys dried up pretty quickly too. The first thing I thought of when eating the burger was that I was kinda eating ragda patties, especially with the chopped onions and the texture of the patties. There was also plenty of flavor and spice as I mentioned above as well. Honestly, this burger could even taste better with cheese. I added a slice of pepper jack cheese to the burger when I got home and it seemed to mesh well. I wonder if it would help to add that option in there? Maybe or maybe not.... Anyhow, for $10, I don't think you can go wrong. It's a pretty solid burger and I am more inclined to return. It takes about 10 mins or so to receive your order, so plan accordingly or order online. However, the vibe is pretty fun and there's plenty of seating (especially in the back)

    Lahori Fish Burger

For being a bunch of fried food, the meal was surprisingly light and clean. Desi food is notorious for being too oily but I didn't feel gross after SHARING a couple burgers and loaded fries there are definitely some quality ingredients, all fresh. I love the chutneys that give each burger a unique flavor and set Chaska apart as a burger joint that everyone should visit, not just for Halal eaters who don't have a lot of great options out there, but non Halal eaters alike! Lahori Fish Burger felt like it was missing a tartar like sauce, just doesn't feel like a fish burger without it, but lotta respect for what they've put together. Fresh and will make you feel the beach through your taste buds. The Wagyu Beef burger was probably a little overpriced, kind of lost on someone like me who thinks all cuts of meat just taste the same Nashville Loaded Fries were yummy and spicy, but the chicken leaves something to be desired. Needs a better dry rub. This one is pretty basic.

Not actually has a full size bar, indoor dining area, and an outdoor patio. This is a slight variation from a traditional chicken Parmesan entrée. The cutlet was prepared differently. The edges were pounded thin and had a crispy texture. The center of the cutlet was thick and chewier. Hidden beneath the cutlet was house made spinach linguine. It's different from typical pasta, but it has an acquired earthy taste. The appearance of the vodka sauce isn't the most appealing, but it tastes a lot better than it looks. The sauce was thick and creamy and had chunks of tomato. I highly recommend requesting an additional cup of sauce for full flavor. Overall, I enjoyed this plate. The minor drawback was we arrived while our server was ending his shift during our meal. We were assigned another server and it lead to miscommunication. #stagehousetavern #chickenparmreview #parmesancrustedchickenbreast

The restaurant was not yet crowded, yet my husband and I were put essentially in an "alcove" seating area away from the main dining room. Absolutely no ambiance, right next to the beverage area where the servers gather and also where the high chairs and booster seats were stored. When I noted my displeasure, I was met with, "Sorry, we're really busy today and we can't seat you elsewhere." There were many other empty tables in the main dining room and also empty hightop tables in the bar area. The buffet food was overcooked and cold. The coffee tasted like it was made last night. Total of our bill was $157.00 (and we paid an additional 3% on top of this for credit card). Yes, we knew what it was a head, but they also added an automatic 20% tip and the bill still suggested that we give our server a tip, who we had to follow up with for another cup of coffee, milk and water. Extremely disappointed. We won't be coming back here for a holiday meal.
