Jalapeno Wagyu Smash Burger
Noor D.

I always get the Jalapeño Smash Burger. It is good and juicy. Lacks in flavor, but jalapenos help. They add a nice kick to the burger. Looks very nice on the inside and is very clean. Quick service.

Wagu burgers lamb chops and fries

I've been coming here since they opened, always consistent, great service and great food, the best burgers in nj. You have to try the Lamb Chops and the loaded fries, just a heads up it can get spicy so if you're sensitive to spice I suggest mild or no spice. But the flavors is amazing especially in their sauce, clean place and great to hang out with friends

Masala Fries

Flavorful juicy burgers with super fresh ingredients expertly crafted. The juicy lucy burger is dripping with flavor and the lamb burger hits the spot. The masala fries are addicting. Service is very efficient. Fast casual ambiance. A little pricey but worth it.

Recently visited this spot for a quick dinner and tried their Nashville Hot Loaded Chicken Fries, Lamb Burger, and Chapli Chicken Burger. The Lamb Burger was a standout--absolutely bursting with flavor and incredibly juicy. It was well worth the $12.99. The Nashville Hot Chicken Loaded Fries were fantastic as well--packed with flavor and a spicy kick from the jalapeños and sauce, also priced at $12.99. The Chapli Chicken Burger, made with a spiced minced patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, and mint/tamarind chutney, was decent but a bit too juicy due to the chutney. Overall, a good dining experience. The service was decent , and the dining area is small, there's plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the North Brunswick area and looking for flavorful, juicy Desi-style burgers!

Nashville Hot Chicken Sando

I had high expectations for Chaska, but it fell way below. I feel it's over rated. The pictures shown for advertisements by ownership is certainly not what I received. I got the hot chicken sandwich. The bun was way too big for the single tender inside. There was alot of sauce on the bun and it was dripping off. The tender itself was on the smaller side and nothing that stood out. Got some fries on the side. They were good. Looked like seasoned. It was counter service. And seating were limited inside. I might go back one more time to try other items. Perhaps it may change my perception of the place.

DISGUSTING chicken fries

Went back and everything I noted in the past review was fixed, fries were massive and delicious, and the burger was perfect no grease or anything!

Spicy Lentil Burger.

Quite a lively establishment serving a ton of Pakistani-infused and inspired burgers and sandwiches. Pakistani cuisine is generally one I haven't had much of an opportunity to truly enjoy because I'm a vegetarian and also because of the similarities with its neighborly Indian cuisine in terms of the dishes and spices. Because this is new-ish, I wanted to experience this in person. I found one burger I could eat: the Spicy Lentil Burger. The one thing I noticed is that the patty itself is huge. It extends beyond the buns itself and it's generally quite tasty. I think the one thing about bean burgers is that they tend to dry out easily and can fall apart faster than the meat alternatives. This one was not too different. Also, the chutneys help add taste and additional spice to the patty, but I do suggest that people add ketchup to this as the chutneys dried up pretty quickly too. The first thing I thought of when eating the burger was that I was kinda eating ragda patties, especially with the chopped onions and the texture of the patties. There was also plenty of flavor and spice as I mentioned above as well. Honestly, this burger could even taste better with cheese. I added a slice of pepper jack cheese to the burger when I got home and it seemed to mesh well. I wonder if it would help to add that option in there? Maybe or maybe not.... Anyhow, for $10, I don't think you can go wrong. It's a pretty solid burger and I am more inclined to return. It takes about 10 mins or so to receive your order, so plan accordingly or order online. However, the vibe is pretty fun and there's plenty of seating (especially in the back)

I ordered a wagu burger with wagu fries And a Nashville hot chicken The burger taste burnt and not well seasoned the fries were somewhat good but the "wagu" taste like a beef patty from Walmart the Nashville hot chicken had a unpleasant pungent smell the taste wasn't pleasant to my taste buds the service was decent but the burger took over 20 mins while the Nashville hot chicken came out in less than 5 mins the food would never come back here or recommend it

Double Lamb Burger

I am a burger enthusiast. This is. By far. The best burger. You will ever have. The lamb burger is so juicy. Bring a swimsuit you'll drown in it. Perfectly cooked each time without fail and so fresh it's like they have them out back. The fries, the lamb, the wagyu burger, OUTSTANDING. I never go out of my way for fried chicken but after seeing videos on their instagram I had to try. THIS has ruined all other fried chicken for me because nothing will ever be able to compare to this The sauces are all immaculate. I'm a white boy and like my spice, and they bring it. Get a side of all of them and fries for dipping to see which one you can handle The owner Ray is such a great dude and was greeting everyone like family. What a beautiful fully halal spot that you MUST GO TO !!

Lahori Fish Burger
Taj T.

For being a bunch of fried food, the meal was surprisingly light and clean. Desi food is notorious for being too oily but I didn't feel gross after SHARING a couple burgers and loaded fries there are definitely some quality ingredients, all fresh. I love the chutneys that give each burger a unique flavor and set Chaska apart as a burger joint that everyone should visit, not just for Halal eaters who don't have a lot of great options out there, but non Halal eaters alike! Lahori Fish Burger felt like it was missing a tartar like sauce, just doesn't feel like a fish burger without it, but lotta respect for what they've put together. Fresh and will make you feel the beach through your taste buds. The Wagyu Beef burger was probably a little overpriced, kind of lost on someone like me who thinks all cuts of meat just taste the same Nashville Loaded Fries were yummy and spicy, but the chicken leaves something to be desired. Needs a better dry rub. This one is pretty basic.

I loved the atmosphere; it felt warm, cozy, and like just the place you'd want to spend an evening in October. Service was very friendly! Lots of smiles and suggestions about the menu. My friend and I ordered the skillet honey butter cornbread, the mini tacos, and the devils on horseback- bacon wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese!! Yum! There was honestly no favorite amongst them- each one was perfect. We cleaned all three plates! Overall, the Rocky Hill Inn was worth the 45 minute drive. The French onion soup is just as good and one of the best in the area. It's so good we had it when it was over 95° degrees outside and still worth it. They've changed the chicken meatballs in the last 2 years since I've been there - much less slaw (which was a unique highlight). These were dry and tasted overcooked and tough. My chicken Milanese was also overcooked and tough. The chicken was right at that cusp of brown to burnt with some pieces being burnt and difficult to chew. My husband's fried chicken from his sandwich (much much thicker piece of chicken) was fine so it makes me wonder if it was cooked at the same time. The prices are still reasonable for a nicer pub / gastropub which is appreciated.

We ended up going for a family Sunday lunch and now we go here instead of Longhorn. My parents are picky and they liked it. Had to ask a bunch of other servers for deserts menu and final bill. Such a poor service from such an established tavern. Food was very average too. This was my fourth time visiting this place and yesterday was the worst. Our nachos were burnt and barely any cheese on it, brownie desert was almost cold and not warm enough and I couldn't find a server to request rewarming it. Flatbread was just okay. Our only saviour were our drinks which were amazing as always. We decided not to order main course, just get a dessert and get out. Overall our anniversary dinner was a disappointment.

The ambience and layout of the place is cool, but everything else was 'decent'. The cheese ball in the Burrata Caprese was the smallest Burrata that we've ever been served. The cheese/salad/bread all tasted fine, but the size of the ball was laughable. For both of the burgers, the presentation really needs some work, and the style/format of the toppings was very odd. Both burger patties had a uniform flatness around the edge, they seemed like pre-formed patties that are bought in bulk (possibly frozen). The Bleu Bacon & Apple burger comes with Gorgonzola cheese (despite Bleu in the name) - so I was expecting the typical layer of Gorgonzola crumbles that are melted into the top of the patty... but this burger came out with a layer of large cheese chunks (like the cheese cubes you would be served on a charcuterie board). The apple topping was also laid out in unexpectedly large chunks over the cheese cubes (it seemed like a chunky version of applesauce). The Landing Burger didn't come out with the listed chipotle aioli, and both of our french fries were overdone - I usually don't mind toasty brown fries, but these were a bit too hard for me to look past the crispiness. The Blue Coastal gimlet and the Creamsickle margarita drinks were decent as far as taste, but the presentation could use some work (mainly for the gimlet - it looked a bit amateur with a dusty-looking lime wedge on the rim, and with the bright blue colored liquid not being filled closer to the brim). Our server was friendly and chill. Nothing was necessarily "bad" - but several different areas could really use some work for the food/drink quality to match the nice atmosphere of this spot.
