    Wings

Best wings in NJ, period. Not fatty and meat just falls off of the bone. Sauce is delicious! Grilled is now an option and a darn good one if that's your preference.

    Watery "blue cheese" dressing....

I completely agree with the previous poster that the "blue cheese" dressing is watered down ranch/dill etc. This is not the same owners as the Princeton location. I placed my order over the phone and they told me 15 mins. I showed up 20 mins later and they just started my order when I arrived.

    Cut when?

Empty. dried out wings. iceberg lettuce Caesar salad. decent cheese steak that took half an hour on excellent bread. Good fries. Lots of energy going into rants about negative reviews here. Yet not one thank you for the positive reviews. This place is a pass.

Trash can full of wing sauce next to trash can full of trash

Use to love Chucks Cafe. And was soooo excited they finally opened. My first and last visit to this one. Found mold floating around in the vinegar and a trash can next to a trash can full of wing sauce!! WTF?!?! Needless to say after seeing that the much anticipated wings I was desiring I left cooking behind the counter and walked out...

Just what I've been looking for. The old school chucks from Princeton has been hiding out in Hamilton this whole time.

When I was younger my brother would bring Chuck's back from princeton and they were my favorite food for most of my adolescence. The location in princeton has changed hands over the years and the consistency has been off for longer then I can remember. When pulling out of Dunkin in Hamilton we noticed a sign and gave it a try. Turns out they have been here the whole time and sold that location over 20 years ago. The wings were great and very similar to my memories. Some may feel the wings are a little small. Personally I'd rather have flavor and not feel like I'm biting into some loaded with hormone unnaturally gigantic bird wing. The flavor was there in my opinion and much like I remember it. I approve of this location and look forward to many future visits.

I asked for the lettuce, tomato and onion on the side. I also got cheese on the burger, which i believe was white American. It was so juicy, flavorful and the right temp, and didn't need any condiments. The Italian Kaiser bun has mixed reviews on Yelp, but I was a huge fan. It tasted great and sopped up the burger juices. Rossi's is an area institution. In Trenton from 1933-2014 and then in Mercerville for the past 11 years. It has tons of old photos on th wall of the OG Rossi's and the people that ate there, like Joe DiMaggio. It was huge space with a bar, tables and booths. With the girth of the burger and at the price (May 2025, $16.68 with tax), it should have been presented with fries or a side salad, not just a la carte. Nevertheless, I'm a big fan!

Years ago I took him to the original Rossi's in Chambersburg after they won WIP radio host Glen Macnow's best burger contest. The place felt smoky and cramped and alive, a beating heart of the local community. So he came back to town and said, Take me to Rossi's. I want that burger again. The new Rossi's is bigger and brighter and very aware of its own legend. The website still shouts proudly about the award winning burger, the kind of pride that lingers long after the parade has packed up and the confetti has been swept into the gutter. The official burger of Polk High. We ordered the famous burger. It arrived on a soft roll, thick and respectable, cooked properly enough. The beef had that loose packed texture that once made it special, a little craggy, a little juicy. It was, in a word, fine. It didn't part the heavens, and it didn't cause my friend to close his eyes and whisper my name in gratitude. It was just a hamburger. The fries were plentiful and hot. There is still a sports bar soul here, sort of. Televisions glow and beer flows, albeit very VERY slowly. The menu stretches wide with wings, sandwiches, steaks, things for people who want something other than beef on a bun. It feels like a place that knows how to feed a crowd after a Little League game or a retirement home on an afternoon outing. The service was friendly in the way a distracted and rarely seen cousin is friendly at Thanksgiving. Smiles, sure. Refills, eventually. Our server moved with the gentle chaos of someone juggling too many plates and not enough time or help. Nothing disastrous happened. Nothing especially polished happened either. We waited, ee watched and we ate. When my friend took a bite,he nodded politely. He said, "It's good." This is not what he said all those years ago in Chambersburg when grease ran down his wrist and he declared it the best burger in the state with the certainty of Biff Tannen with a Sports Almanac in his back pocket. Restaurants age and legends settle into routine. Rossi's feels like it is living comfortably on stories of past glory. There is nothing wrong with the food, but there is nothing thrilling about it either. If you are nearby and hungry, you'll be fed and you'll leave full. If you're chasing a memory, you may just find that memory tastes better than the present.

This outpost operates out of the Robbinsville Friendly's, and when my 7 and 10 year old sons heard about it, I was obliged to order. They both ordered a Chandler Style burger, which is two smashed crispy beef patties with house seasoning, served plain with American cheese on a bun. Adding ketchup and mustard costs you a quarter each, as did adding lettuce (which resulted in one pathetic leaf on the bottom bun). Both of them loved them. I ordered the Beast Style Double Burger: two smashed crispy beef patties with house seasoning, American cheese, pickles, diced white onion, mayo, ketchup, and brown mustard on a soft roll. The burger very much reminded me of those at Smashburger, and while I wouldn't necessarily call them crispy, they weren't of the thick n' juicy variety, either. Unlike the Chandler Burgers, the condiments were applied liberally on my burger, and I was pretty pleased with my choice, although I don't think it was quite worth the $9.49 price point. Same goes for my "Sapnap Spicy Fries." I can't lie, they were delicious, a gross-looking yet mouth-watering combination of cheese sauce, caramelized onions, jalapeños, bacon, avocado and chipotle mayo served over seasoned crinkle fries. That said, $7.99 was a bit steep for what was in the box. Besides the high price point, they also forgot an order or crinkle fries for the boys and a cookie, so knock it down a star for order accuracy. All in all, I was pretty happy with the food, but unfortunately due to the price, this will probably be a one and done; I'd much rather have some Five Guys and an extra $20 in my pocket after family dinner.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer was taken care of. The food, though, was the real star. The burger was cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and made fresh to order. You can taste the quality in every bite. The toppings were crisp, the bun was soft yet held everything together, and the overall balance was spot on. The sides didn't disappoint either--the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. What really stood out, however, was the consistency and attention to detail. Even during a busy time, the team kept things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality or service. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Under the watchful eye of Mike, Manny, and Gianna, it's clear that this location takes pride in what they do. They know what they're doing. I had an egg and pork roll breakfast wrap with cooper sharp cheese and potatoes. It was not simply good. It was built with care. Each bite made sense. The kind of sandwich that understands the human condition before noon, yet still works for brinner. I also got a half dozen buffalo wings. They arrived unapologetically. Crispy, tangy, just spicy enough to wake you up without starting a fight. They made me grateful for opposable thumbs. Now, as much as I enjoyed my food, my thirteen-year-old found it to be next level. He looked at the menu like it was designed in a lab specifically for him. Burgers. Hot dogs. Boba teas. Milkshakes. Breakfast all day. His eyes lit up like Christmas morning in July. He chose a jumbo chili hot dog and fried mac and cheese bites. He loved them both in a way that made me briefly worry he'd move into the restaurant. My father-in-law got the Greek Chicken Panini. He nodded. Smiled. Said it was very good. He doesn't say that often. It meant something. Most people come here for breakfast, and I can see why. But don't sleep on the rest of the menu. Lunch and dinner are equally worthy. This place understands what makes people happy and serves it without pretense. Five stars. No notes.

They also use that hanger for bacon. The pretzel was enough for 4 of us. I ordered the wings and selected Nashville Hot and Hog Sauce as my flavors. They claim they sell by the pound ($15.50) but it ends up being 8 wings. If you want to split flavors, they make it dry and bring the sauce on the side for dipping. Luckily the Nashville Hot is a dry rub. It was very good and not too spicy. The Hog Sauce is a combo of Buffalo and Garlic which was excellent. The wings themselves were plump, juicy and crispy. Five stars. Plenty of parking. Some tables available outside for outdoor seating when it ever gets nice in NJ. Bathrooms were very clean. You may find some little pink pigs around. Not sure if they're complimentary, but my wife took the one that was next to our table. My only complaint is they have too many of their draft beers designated for only 10 oz pours even with low ABV.
