Great casual spot for good food. There's always live music or events going on. The staff is awesome! My favorites are the shrimp wrap, nashville chicken, and the bread pudding. We love chilling outside on the patio, specials on burgers on Wednesdays! read more

We had never been to Killarney's before, so we decided to give it a try for dinner last evening. When we arrived, the staff seemed friendly, and we were looking forward to having a nice evening. Unfortunately, that wasn't how things turned out. It took our waitress at least 10-15 minutes to come to our table to see if we wanted drinks. When she did arrive, she was very nice. I ordered a Moscato, and my husband ordered a Michelob Ultra. Since we had already had plenty of time to look over the menu, we placed our dinner order at the same time. A few minutes later, our waitress returned to tell me that they were out of Moscato. I have to admit, I found that pretty surprising. This was a Saturday evening, and I would expect a restaurant and bar to be well stocked heading into a busy weekend night. My husband had also ordered soup before his meal. Interestingly enough, his soup arrived before his beer did. I'm still not quite sure how a bowl of soup made it to the table faster than a draft beer. When our entrées finally arrived, neither of us was particularly impressed. The food wasn't terrible, but it was average at best and certainly didn't make up for the rest of the experience. We finished our meals, paid our bill, and left. Between the slow service, the bar not being properly stocked, the unusual delay in getting a simple drink, and food that was nothing more than average, there simply wasn't anything about our experience that would give us a reason to return. Unfortunately, Killarney's will not be a place we revisit. read more

Good spot for brunch. Patio is dog friendly. We were there twice recently and both visits were good. Solid service and good food.

Food was very good and staff were very friendly. We ordered the appetizer sampler which had enough portions for at least 3 people. Hubby had the Mac & cheese with chicken and it was very creamy, could have used a little salt and pepper but overall was delicious. He chose the potato and leek soup which has huge amounts of cheese and bacon. I had the Killarney carver which was corned beef, cole slaw, avocado, Irish cheese and beer mustard. It was a lot going on but it worked. Also had onion rings. Because we had the appetizer, we only ate half of everything, including the appetizer. It was pretty quiet although there was a musician who was very good. Would def go back read more

Came here bc of the Spring mixology class being offered here. Wonderful and attentive staff in a fun casual pub setting. Food was exceptionally good. I got the grilled Cajun ahi tuna bites, grilled peach flatbread, corn beef Reuben and Thai chili cauliflower !! Not what you expect from an Irish pub and what a way to celebrate my bday :) I was truly blown away at how fun this event was too... Adult egg hunt w possible raffle winning, spring trivia, guess the amount of candies in a jar and of course... making 3 sweet, tangy & tasty cocktails to pair with these yummy apps. Will definitely do this again! read more

When we got there , the two ladies at the front were rude and said there wasn't seating. We saw several booths open and my husband and I and another family were told they were reserved. We waited and then saw a woman get seated before us , at a booth. Once seated, the booths were still empty. We finished our meal which was good and the booths were still empty. The manger came by and was "stand offish." We have eaten here many times and last night's dining experience was not pleasant! read more

They have indoor and outdoor seating. It was a beautiful night so we sat outside and watched a performer play the guitar. The vibes were perfect. We had some drinks and apps. We shared a chicken sandwich and it was delicious! The service was great. It was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend, will def be back again! My one complaint is the chicken in the buffalo chicken fries was diced so small it was a hard appetizer to share for the table. I don't think we'd get that again . But it tasted great! Just hard to get on the fork read more

The service by Nina was excellent. The restaurant was clean with a fun atmosphere. We went to watch the World Cup one afternoon. The burrito bowl was delicious. And the Bavarian pretzel excellent. I do wish they gave four instead of three soft pretzel sticks so that you used all the mustard and cheese, but it was all very good. read more

I recently stopped by this establishment for a late lunch on a Saturday. This place looked like a cool spot to relax and enjoy some food. My girlfriend and I sat at a table close by the bar, and they had lots of tvs with different sports games playing. I ordered the 'One Tasty Burger'. This burger was delicious. I had it cooked medium, and it came out perfect. I espically loved the guiness bbq sauce on it. It was so good. The fries were nice and crispy too. This was definitely one tasty burger! The name lived up to it. My girlfriend went with the corned beef brisket sandwich. She really enjoyed it as well. The beer mustard, coleslaw, and avocado combination on the sandwich gave it a unique flavor. I tried a bite and thought it was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch meals here and had a nice experience. read more

Pork Roll Festival today . Special menu for it. Yay!! Local HERO & Trenton Thunder Mascot "Slice" was ready to make the the crowd chuckle, dance and take sweet photos. So very cute! DJ playing fun songs. There was a special PORKROLL menu and they also had their regular menu. I got mini pork roll sliders , potato leek soup soup and a colorful salad for our table. Everything was yummy. It was a delightful time to celebrate some local PORK ROLL CULTURE . Fun time . read more

Good food, except for the fried shrimp platter. The shrimp and fish were very greasy and tasted freazer burned. After making a complaint, we were given a free replacement meal, and the original meal was taken off the tab. Everything else was great! read more

Lunch turned out to be a table full of appetizers. The cheesesteak egg rolls were good. The cheese curds were delicious. I really liked the Mac and jack balls - macaroni with pepper, jack cheese, and bacon with a touch of jalapeño, great combo. I was not a fan of the chips they tasted greasy. The shrimp was mostly breading but the sauce had a good flavor. Service was not great our waitress was hardly around and we had to ask the busy boy for refills of our drinks. Desserts were the best part of the meal. Apple crisp and bread pudding. The place itself was what you would expect from a bar restaurant. They did offer outdoor seating with live music but after walking outside most of the morning we needed the air conditioning inside dining offered. If you need to cool off the bathroom felt like walking into an icebox. read more

Slow service, waited 47 minutes for very basic food. They brought the wrong order and it had to be remade making the wait time 1 hour. Live music was too loud and AWFUL. Could not hear the person I was sitting with. Someone with a guitar caterwauling ruined the experience. Giving 1 star overall because the fountain soda was fresh. read more

Came here on Wednesday night looking for good eats and we were not disappointed. This was a very spacious bar/restaurant. Had a nice hangout feel to it. A place you could come to watch a band and dance. They have a list of events for almost every day of the week posted in the bathroom. Bathrooms were clean by the way which is awesome in my book. The food came out hot and fresh. Waitstaff checked on our table periodically to remove dirty dishes and refill our drinks. Very good service. The rodeo burger was huge and cooked to my liking. The zucchini fries had the perfect coating of breading and the ranch dipping sauce was a great way to complement them. The potato leek soup had great texture and flavor. The Cobb salad was also very flavorful. The greens and fixings were all fresh. Everything was homemade. We finished everything on our plates. Would definitely come back again. read more

We were a large B day party of 2 plus tables. Some guests waited 45 mins for a drink. They didn't have the Irish beer a friend wanted in an Irish bar. I ordered a Pumkin Spice Martini that said On the menu, Add Espresso for $2 which I did NOT ask for but it was added anyway! Which would keep me awake All night. I caught the bartender adding espresso in my 3rd drink. When I said something the bartender said the Drink was callled an Espresso Martini which it was NOT called on the menu PUMPKIN SPICE MARTINI Absolut Vanilla, Pumpkin Puree, Rumchata & a Sprinkle of Cinnamon Sugar Add Espresso for $2 Which is Not the same as the ESPRESSO MARTINI FLIGHT Toffee, Pumpkin, Original (with or without Baileys) WHICH I DID NOT ORDER The bartender said he didn't charge me the extra $2 for the added espresso. I mentioned to the "manager" that I didn't want to be charged the additional $2 for the first 2 drinks. He acted like he was going to take cae of it, then I never heard from him. First AND last time going here! read more

We have been to Killarney's a few times and mostly for their incredible drinks and live music. My favorite drinks to order is their expresso martini or their spicy margarita. As for food they have a pretty decent menu, I particularly like their calamari, wings, blackened salmon pasta and french onion soup. This place looks completely unassuming and yet turns out to be super fun. The ambiance is what you expect from a great local bar, it gets pretty busy on the weekends but they have plenty of tables and the service is quick. During warmer months their outside area is super nice and the place is also family friendly with a kids' menu. read more

Fantastic ambiance, lovely and tentative service, and delicious food. Came here for brunch and had a very difficult time deciding what to get - there are so many good choices! I ended up getting the Irish Breakfast and a bloody mary, both of which were delicious and 100% what I was craving. My husband got a mimosa and a burger and everything came out as expected and delicious. I wish we lived closer to this place because they have something for everybody. Morning, noon or night, the parking lot for Killarney's always seems to have a bunch of cars in it. That's a good sign for an establishment where I come from. When I'm out in this part of the county I'm either stopping at Pete's or going to or coming from Costco to load up on free samples, so I just keep driving past this local watering hole. A properly poured pint of Guinness was what I was looking for and I found it here, along with some decent pub fare, on a few visits this month. One night I stopped in and it was packed with folks enjoying dueling pianos. An other night there was a margarita night that brought out the local hot moms. Mixed in for each visit were people having drinks after work as well as college kids and some tattooed folks. Nothing too crazy, but it does get loud inside. The outdoor patio was a better option. To start, my pint was perfect. The menu is one of the better bar menus in the area with a couple Irish dishes added on. My meals were solid, save for some minor miscues. I thoroughly enjoyed the wings, which were better than my local favorite - the HOB's cowboy wings. The California Avocado Burger just works. The toppings were super fresh, the burger itself cooked perfectly and the fries nice and crispy. The Irish Chicken Curry had great flavor, but could have used a little more sauce and chicken. The green beans had been sitting for a bit, but get a pass because I'm sure hardly anyone orders them. The curry sauce would be best served atop some French Fries, peppers and onions and chicken for an Irish Spice Bag. The only real let-down for me was the corned beef special. The beef was just meh and the bread was really dry. I guess I was expecting better corned beef. This was something my mom could have made from stuff she got at the Acme. The chips were great. I'll be back to try the fish and chips and the other Irish favorites. read more

Absolutely a fun place to go. A very large bar area, there is a lot of seating inside. Out back they have a patio with some lawn games and a stage for a band. Los of seating there also and there is a bar. lots TVs all over the place for sports, just overall a very comfortable place to go. The food is a step above your average bar food. Killarney's Publick House - Salad Near Me - Hamilton Township, New Jersey

Didn't know they had a brunch menu until this week and would highly recommend for that if not more! Killarney's Publick House is a popular Irish pub known for its authentic atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly service. Very popular with the local community as well as college students from Rider. You'll often see live music on the weekends and they host a brunch with a DJ on Sundays (maybe other days as well but can't confirm at the moment) which adds to a fun Sunday vibe and delicious brunch options. The interior features wooden furnishings, low lighting, and a cozy fireplace, which creates a warm and welcoming ambiance. Booths and tables with a bar area in the middle and a stage for music off to the right of the entrance. Outside, they have a cute patio area, available for large parties and a nice escape on a warm day. The menu at Killarney's Publick House offers a range of Irish classics and pub favorites such as fish and chips, shepherd's pie, and Irish beef stew. I would also highly recommend the Reuben sandwich and the chicken pot pie, which are delicious and filling. If you go for brunch, the Irish Breakfast was delicious and keto friendly. My experiences have always been well enjoyed with fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced dishes. The pub also has a wide selection of beer on tap, including local and imported brews, and a full bar with creative cocktails and wine options. In addition to the food and drinks, Killarney's Publick House hosts live music events and trivia nights that customers enjoy. The pub has a large outdoor seating area with picnic tables, making it a great spot for a summer night out with friends. Overall, the vibes are highly positive, the food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is comfortable and exciting. If you're meeting up with friends or family, for live music or weekend sports, would highly recommend Killarney's! read more

Visited on a Sunday for their brunch. We got a bucket which ended up being a fantastic idea. The skillet was very good, however, I would actually say there was too much bacon and potato and not enough egg! I am just as shocked as you are that I am saying that however, it was a great portion of food and a reasonable price. I also enjoy the fact that because you got the bucket they would give you, however much juice you would need in order to finish the champagne. I would come again. read more

I've been here several times before and the quality of the service and food seems to decline with each visit. This is the last time we will be going. The food was nothing to speak of and the service was horrific despite the restaurant being very quiet and staff meandering around and not paying attention to guests. Our server took the order, someone else dropped it off and we didn't see her again until over 30 minutes after we finished. We tried flagging down other waitstaff for beverages, condiments etc but were ignored by them too. They seemed to be more interested in their phones, watching tv and chatting with their co-workers. We won't be back. read more

This place is actually a pretty great place. I love the cheesesteak egg rolls sooooo much that I convinced my friend to choose this place for our late night dinner. I was also curious about the one place that got take out onion soup to taste good. In-person dinner was great. Everything we ordered tasted great and the atmosphere was casual, chill and happy with great music. While enjoying the chicken Cobb salad and singing along to music with my friend, Seamus came to the table and surprised me by thanking me for my honest review of their churrasco steak (which I ordered as a take out order on another day) with a complimentary gift certificate! I look forward to redeeming this Gift Certificate. The people here are friendly, chill and human. Love the vibe here. read more

Authentic Irish cuisine. From delicious Fish and Chips made with the old school spices to Irish Boxties , Bangers and Mash and of course..... Amazingly fresh Guinness tap stout. The atmosphere is traditional rural Irish providing a vibe that reminds me of my visits to Great Britain. Sure.... Malt vinegar and the special EU condiments. But be aware.... You have not experienced their full Celtic vibe if you don't order a bowl of their famous Potato Leek Soup!! Delicious, and is craved by locals in the know who order it regularly and who patron this long go to establishment for Irish fare in Hamilton Township. read more

Grabbed lunch here today and enjoyed my experience! Parking was simple due to the dedicated parking lot, and the lot was nicely paved as well. That may sound silly but I've parked in plenty of bumpy, gravelly lots, so I always appreciate when there's smooth sailing. We came in right at opening so we had our choice of tables inside or outside. We decided to sit outside in the shade and it was definitely pleasant! They had umbrellas and heaters available for the tables, and there was a stage where I imagine they host live performers. Our server did an excellent job throughout. My only complaint is that she didn't warn us that getting a side of mayonnaise would cost an extra $0.40 (seriously?!). I still would have gotten it but it's kind of a nasty surprise to see an extra $0.80 added to your bill because your party of two decided to spring for some condiments for your fries. I got the Firehouse Burger (pepper jack and chipotle aioli) and it was fine. Didn't blow me away but it was a reasonably tasty burger. The fries were actually very good (and super filling). The beer menu had some reasonable variety but nothing too interesting. Overall, I had a good time here. The burger and beer menu were only decent, so that's why I gave my experience 4 stars, but everything else was great. Well, except for the mayonnaise being an extra charge :) I personally don't think it's worth it for a restaurant to charge for something like that - it just leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth (not literally, fortunately!), especially when they're not warned ahead of time. read more

After reading reviews and looking at the menu we decided to go for dinner on a Friedan evening that we were in town (we are from Connecticut). Everyone was super nice and attentive. Service was good. We decided to just order a few appetizers - many many things from apps to entrees sounded amazing. We went with a peach and burrata flat bread, the Brussels sprouts and bacon, and the sliders. Overall the food drove the 3 star rating - the sliders: the burger was awesome the rolls were a little dry; the Brussel sprouts - flavor was amazing the brussel sprouts were either over cooked or frozen - too soft not completely mush but def softer than they should be; the flat bread was good - the peaches were smaller than I expected and conveyed very little flavor. Would we go back? Absolutely - a ton on the menu we would try. read more
