Caesar's Bagels & Deli is my favorite bagel spot, hands down. As someone from South Jersey, I used to ride hard for Ry's Bagels but once I found Caesar's... it was over. This place is way better. I seriously look forward to my office days just so I can grab breakfast here. My go-to is the everything egg bagel but I also love the blueberry crunch and the French toast bagels. The bagels are always fresh, soft and fluffy inside with that perfect chew on the outside. You can really tell they were just made, not something that's been sitting around. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing too. Honestly, everything I've had here has been incredible. The prices are super reasonable, and the service is always quick and friendly. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The vibe inside is really nice too. It's clean, there's plenty of seating if you want to eat in, and they've got a great selection of drinks which I appreciate. Whether you're in the mood for coffee, tea, juice, or something cold and refreshing, they've got options. If you love a good bagel (like a real good bagel) this is the spot. My favorite place to go!!! I have known Caesar for many years since I used to go to Bagels and Cream. He's a great guy and truly cares about his customers. Their food is so fresh and delicious. I will never go back to another bagel place again. My favorite sandwich is an egg and cheddar cheese on a toasted everything bagel and it's PHENOMENAL! The eggs are not overcooked and brown and dirty like the other places around town. You can tell the eggs were just cooked that minute. The everything bagel isn't too salty and is absolutely delicious. When toasted it is just crunchy on outside meaning it's not soggy, but the rest is ultra soft and wonderful. Perfection! I'd post a photo but I just ate my sandwich so quick because it was so yummy I didn't have time to stop for a photo, what does that tell you?! Also, they are fast and have so many people working behind the counter. They answer the phone immediately. I have zero complaints. The inside eating area is a bit small though and sometimes the line wraps around where you eat, but I usually take my food to go anyway so I don't mind. They do have a few outdoor seats with tables which I have sat at and enjoyed sitting. Again, great place with an owner who truly cares about his customers. Caesar comes out and talks to everyone. Excellent Lox and Cream Cheese Bagel. The lox was smooth with no tough stringiness. The onions didn't overpower. The cream cheese and capers were in great proportion to the rest of the sandwich. The Sausage egg and cheese was not quite as good as the Lox. But it was still very good. The egg/sausage/cheese to bagel ratio was a little lower than I'd like. And the sausage I'd like to be slightly more salty and flavorful. Overall a good breakfast sandwich, though. And perhaps not fair to compare to a Lox Bagel. read more

While in New Jersey my mom and I had to get some authentic bagels. Good bagels are rare in southwest VA. The reviews on Caesars were really, really good, so we decided the stop here to grab bagels on the way out of Hamilton on a Sunday morning. The place was packed! Definitely a popular spot. They have a wide variety of fresh bagels with a ton of different spreads and cream cheeses available. They have a good sized menu as well, but you can of course customize your bagel to your liking. Both my mom and I opted for one of their pumpernickel bagels with scallion cream cheese, lox, red onion, capers, tomatoes, and cucumber. The service was EXTREMELY efficient and the employees were attentive. It was packed there that morning and they were very good at efficiently preparing and fulfilling everyone's orders. We got our bagels to go and were not dissatisfied by any means. The portion of lox was very generous, especially considering the price. There was a considerable amount of scallion cream cheese and it worked wonderfully with the pumpernickel bagel. The vegetables included were really fresh too and paired nicely with the lox and cream cheese. My mom, being from New York, was not disappointed with her bagel and was very pleased. We both thoroughly enjoyed our bagels. They were generous with the serving and they will very filling. The service was on point and the quality was great. Wish we had a place like Caesar's in southwest va. Unfortunately that's a delicacy we can't enjoy here! This place is fantastic. It is our go-to bagel spot. The bagels, cream cheese spreads (vegetable and olive ones), and breakfast sandwiches are delicious. They do not skimp on the bacon if you're getting a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. There's even a vegan cream cheese option (plain or vegetable) which we need for our child who is allergic to dairy. We've gotten some lunch subs as well (chicken salad, etc) which are also very good. One time we ordered a bunch of bagels and cream cheese/butter for an event, and the order was ready at time of pickup and the bagels were sliced and placed in a box and napkins/plates/utensils were provided in another box as well (just make sure to ask). He was always the "King of Bagels" in my opinion when he baked and ran the bagel shop in the Robbinsville area (now a competitor). Anyone who enjoyed the sandwiches at B&C quickly recognize he was the main brains behind their successful operation at the old Marrazzo strip mall off Rt 33. Robbinsville. Well.... to be more than kind, Caesar is now the. " King of Bagels" in Lawrence NJ area.... Don't know how he does it, but he creates the tastiest multitude of Bagels and sandwiches that you'll only find comparable up in NYC or Williamsburg / BKLN. He runs a fun place and his customers enjoy not only his bagels and excellent cold cuts, but his humorous up beat personality as well! His employees are always in good spirit and they are all very customer focused making sure you are satisfied with your order! My historic favorite is Pork Roll Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel for an early breakfast. Just delicious! Absolutely delicious bagels and more cream cheese than I've ever seen in one place. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the amount of food you get for the money is amazing. Frankly, they could charge more. Our party had Nova lox on a bagel; a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, a couple of sides, and coffees. The place is always banging but they always get you in and out quickly, and always nail your order perfectly heedless of what the order is. Caesar's is a well oiled machine. This is hands-down, the best bagel place in Mercer County. The variety of bagel flavors is larger than most, and they are that big, doughy, Jersey bagel, everyone raves about. Are you trying to cut carbs? Then slice the bagel in half and pull out some of the center and you'll still have a decent experience. Lol International bagel in Bradley Beach would probably be the next best competitor. (Not even sure if that place is there anymore? ) The staff here is fast and friendly, the owner also comes out to mingle with customers and ensure everything is going well. Breakfast sandwiches and a variety of bagel spreads are worth checking out, but a pumpernickel swirl bagel toasted with butter and a large coffee is a simple pleasure on its own.
