They renovated the restaurant a few years ago, and it still looks fantastic inside and out. There is plenty of seating available inside, and I always find the dining area to be relatively clean and comfortable. The staff here is wonderful - always efficient and friendly. I frequently use the order-ahead feature, and without fail, my food is always prepared and ready for me by the time I arrive. Another huge plus is that they offer senior citizen discounts, and if you use the Wendy's app, there are always fantastic deals available for all members. This Wendy's has gotten so shitty. The chicken sandwiches are never fully cooked. You order spicy nuggets they give you regular. They fail to change the syrup for the sodas in the machines so it's just watery coke. I mean this place 2-3 years ago best ever, but this past year and a half terrible. They always are never ready when going through the drive in and I usually have to wait more than 5 mins for my order. They ask you to go upfront but no one ever comes out with the order. Then, I was asked a question about my order, which was a mumbled run on sentence. I asked her to repeat what she said as Alexa would not have understood what she said either. Am I really reviewing Wendy's? YES I AM. No matter how much I want to dislike fast food...I just keep coming back to it. It's really the bane of my existence amongst other things. I won't comment about the customer service solely because it's a flippin' fast food joint. My usual order is #6 size small. For all you non-Wendy's goers that's a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. It runs around $6-$7. I've been getting this for years upon years...ever since I started working at Wendy's at the ripe age of 16. This is perfect for ppl who want something quick, cheap (this is kind of questionable now-a-days), tasty and live in the 'burbs. :P If I lived in the city I'd probably go for chicken and rice, a bento box or a sammy...just sayin'.
