They fail to change the syrup for the sodas in the machines so it's just watery coke. I mean this place 2-3 years ago best ever, but this past year and a half terrible. They always are never ready when going through the drive in and I usually have to wait more than 5 mins for my order. They ask you to go upfront but no one ever comes out with the order. What can I say about this fast food chain besides that it's killin it during Covid-19. The line to order looks long, but don't be afraid to get on and wait; it does move quickly. The reason why I gave it a high score, because they are handling this craze pretty good. Then, I was asked a question about my order, which was a mumbled run on sentence. I asked her to repeat what she said as Alexa would not have understood what she said either. My biggest issue with this Wendy's is the somewhat slow service. There appears to be ample workers behind the counter so not sure what the hold up is. Am I really reviewing Wendy's? YES I AM. No matter how much I want to dislike fast food...I just keep coming back to it. It's really the bane of my existence amongst other things. I won't comment about the customer service solely because it's a flippin' fast food joint. My usual order is #6 size small. For all you non-Wendy's goers that's a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. It runs around $6-$7. I've been getting this for years upon years...ever since I started working at Wendy's at the ripe age of 16. This is perfect for ppl who want something quick, cheap (this is kind of questionable now-a-days), tasty and live in the 'burbs. :P If I lived in the city I'd probably go for chicken and rice, a bento box or a sammy...just sayin'.
