Fort Lee, NJ McDonald's is my mom's favorite place to go every Saturday morning, before I take her to Dollar Tree only Route 4 West in Bergenfield. At 85 years old, it's hard to make her happy; but for certain this definitely does. Their breakfast is ALWAYS freshly made, and hot when they serve it. It's our bonding time, that's filled with do much joy, laughter and love. Especially her heartfelt love for McDonald's delicious tasting hash brown's, the Bacon, Egg (round egg) & Cheese soft & fluffy Hot biscuit meal. An ice mocha Latte, no whipped cream, and a black coffee with 6 creams & sugar. Another home run, great convo, service, and hot great food to enjoy. read more

Picked up a free Big Mac today (thank you NY Jets)! As always, I ordered my meal customized via the app, as usual. My burger was freshly and neatly prepared, as it typically is at this location, and my order accurate. Can't believe a Big Mac is now $6.99 at this location! Location had plenty of efficient staff, and an employee was busy cleaning and wiping down surfaces in between customers. Nice to see the restaurant being kept clean! read more

DO NOT DO IT! Not knocking on good old McD's, but I wouldn't come here to grab a fulfilling meal. Originally I came here to try the McRib sandwich, and left very disappointed. The McRib is like an old flame back in town. You want to see if it's still as good as it was. This time around I couldn't stomach this flame. It was drenched in bbq sauce and the roll over takes the meat...horrible meat to bread ratio. I felt the construction of this sandwich lacked pizzazz. So to hedge my bet on the McRib I also got the old reliable Big Mac and McNuggets with golden arches French fries. What a waste! Again, the meat to bread ratio on the Big Mac is very bad. All that bread (bun), and the beef patty is tiny. You're paying for bread (FLUFF) more than content. It's what's on the inside that matters. GET IT TOGETHER McD's !!! McNuggets were thin. I recall from the last time I ate at McDonald's that the nuggets were more bulkier and meatier. This time around they were thin and weak. Fries were a bit soggy, and they never filled the container fully. I guess the only thing I enjoyed was the Fanta drink, but they should lay off from filling it with a lot of ice. In conclusion, it's been forever since I had eaten here and I could notice the HUGE difference in quality. Years ago this place would have been a solid 5 star. Today, this McDonalds is about a 4. There is no drive thru, so ordering is inside and sloo-ow. The food here is still your regular standard and delicious 'Doubles' or 'Arches' fare: steaming fries, burgers galore off the hot top and: sauces, nuggs, chicken and buns of all varieties. For some reason my girl liked the Filet-O-Fish when I came here with her! This place does one thing fairly consistently - they get my order wrong all the time. Whether if it's fries, McNuggets etc. One thing I've learned is ALWAYS check your bag when you are visiting this drive thru. I've constantly had things missing by the time I check the bag when I get home. It's annoying - the food itself is fine but it's a PITA to have to make a mental note that you have to always open your bag to make sure everything is there when you visit this place. There's really not another Mickey D's in the area (unless you want to schlep to Edgewater) so this is what we're stuck with. First two times coming here for sausage mcmuffin with no egg***, I got it with egg and was charged for the mcmuffin with egg. Wife ordered egg and cheese biscuit and she rang up bacon egg and cheese. I, not the employee, had to tell their kitchen to make that order with no bacon even after I told the lady who took my order. No refund for this as well. So...I decided to come here after a late night out and I was excited to use my coupons for my friend and I ...unfortunately they wouldn't allow us to use it at 3am.. Womp womp... Anyways... They lady over the intercom told us our very few choices we has off the late night menu... After we ordered we waited 15 minutes for our food So much for "fast food" Our fries wound up being completely cold... They were obviously sitting out for awhile which is disgusting ... For a McDonald's, I thought this is one of the best McDonald's I've been to. I never have a problem with service. Sure, they are not exactly the friendliest person, but service is quick. Because I havent decided what to eat, I wanted to see the menu. So I moved my car forward to see the menu right next to the speaker. I purchased a large ice coffee at this location about twenty minutes ago. The girl at the second drive-thru window spoke down at me and told me it was my fault when her co-worker didn't get my order right. This person was condescending, rude, and truthfully, racist. I spoke with Hector, the shift manager, and he apologized on her behalf. At first, I didn't think it was right, so I came back and asked the girl for an apology. She refused to apologize and kept speaking to Hector in Spanish. I told Hector that I'm not leaving without an apology, and he proceeded to call the police. Later, I got out of my car, and I asked for his name because I felt that this should be escalated to his supervisor. Luckily, I caught his supervisor on the phone while they were talking. We spoke at length about the incident, and she apologized on behalf of the rude worker's and Hector's behalf. I've always been courteous, respectful, and nice to the workers at this location. I even know some of them by name and most recognize me. You guys have to train your people to be respectful and nice to others --- 100%. No one deserves that kind of attitude. Usually, I'd let these things go, since I have work to do. But today, I could not allow this one to slip. read more

Staff was bad. Manager was worse. Ordered thru drive thru. There was no one behind me. Staff told me to park and they will bring it. I said I'll wait there's no one behind me. This place needs a sign saying eat at your own risk. Never ever in my life was I sick like this after eating something. I dont know which item specifically but had fries nuggets and a bigmac. I got the stomach flu all night. My stomach and chest was hurting for like for 8-9hours having a fever sweating and feeling dizzy. The pain would not go away all night. It's late night and all I want is a Big Mac. Now back home in good old San Francisco this concept of a late night menu does not exist. If I want a Big Mac, I can have a Big Mac. So, we settle on 10 piece nuggets, a Quarter Pounder, and a large order of fries. While the Quarter Pounder was very good, it was simply not the Big Mac I had been craving all day. Most McDonald's leave me feeling nauseous after immediate consumption or make me run to the ladies room, however I felt fine. No salmonella or e. coli for me.
