I have never had worse service at a fast food joint in my life. 1) Bill was 8, gave a 20, got back 2. What?! 2) No receipt 3) Ordered a medium soda, was far from full. About 3/4" below the top 4) ordered a large fries. Ok, I understand they're not piping hot all the time. One of the better McDonald's I've been to - but maybe that's because it's still pretty new. Though at lunchtime it's swarming with local high school kids, most of the time it seems to be a rather quiet stop right off of the GWB. It's a stand-alone version, with a drive thru that's pretty quick. They have the fill your own soda and take all the refills you want set-up, the bathrooms aren't heinous, and they aren't stingy with the sauces. They also have free wifi. At the end of the day, it's just a Mickey D's, but a surprising treat compared to many of the other branches. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The service is terrible because they're slow, they're often sold out of basic items, and they are just straight up rude. I've gone through their drive thru a number of times since this store is about 3 minutes from my apartment, but I'd rather drive 10 mins away to go to a location that won't screw up my order. A few examples: an Uber order was placed for 2 meals and when it arrived the bag only had half of one meal. We went back to the location to get the rest, and they gave us extreme attitude and made us wait for so long. They didn't believe us even when we showed the order number, and finally when they gave us the rest of our food it was still wrong! They've done extra cheese when it was supposed to be no cheese, sprite when it's supposed to be coke, wrong sauces and so on. Also, if you're going here (especially in the drive thru) be prepared to wait. They take your order pretty quickly and then you sit in the line waiting for them to actually hand out food to the cars! They were out of nuggets and burgers this one time so I pulled through to leave, but was stuck in the car line for 10 minutes while there was only one car in front of me. It's just not worth it to come here. I've had countless bad experiences and it makes an easy meal just a hassle. Just go to Edgewater. The drive is probably shorter than the amount of time you'll wait for your food. read more

Worst "24 hour drive thru" ever! They have the most limited late night menu I've ever seen at a fast food joint. I wouldn't ever leave a review on any fast food places but I just had to here. They don't have a value/dollar menu late night. They have prices no one would spend on last midnight. I wanted a cheap grilled chicken snack wrap. Nope. They only make a bigger Premium McWrap. How much? $5.85 for sandwich only. I was like, ok fine. I'll have a grilled McWrap. "Oh sorry sir, we don't do grilled after midnight". Clearly it says GRILLED OR CRISPY in parenthesis. Unbelievable. Went to this location on Sunday night at 11:50 pm. Door was closed. Website indicates their hours 6am-12am 7 days. I knocked the door and one of lady says that they are already closed . I asked why they were closing so early. She was very rude and keep yelling that they are closed. I guess they wanted to leave early. Gosh the only people that rate a McDonalds are people that have problems with the chain's location. I've been treated perfectly by all the employees at this McDonalds. I typically don't eat at McDonald's, but went to the drive thru for a cup of coffee. I was in a hurry and the nearest Starbucks was too far, so gave this McDonald's coffee a try. What a mistake. Their coffee was so weak it was like drinking water. Either McDonald's gave up trying to complete with dunkin donuts or Starbucks for coffee or this specific location is reusing used coffee grind because it tasted like they ran water through twice. Went this past weekend to pick up some breakfast and order the Sausage Egg McMuffin, which is usually my favorite and go to on their breakfast menu.
