I think today was my first visit back since last year. Out with the old and with the new. It was wonderful to see the lovely and modern upgrades and renovations. I would gladly give a 5 for that. So clean and new...the establishment looks great! I heard from other customers that the staff had turned over completely. I think it's time to bring some of them back. This new staff is too busy chillaxing and chatting loudly among themselves in Espanol. There were no customers in front of me, but I had to wait a few minutes for the staff to attend to me. To make matters worse, it seemed that the manager with the blond hair/ponytail was keeping Miguel from focusing on me. When Miguel finally did come to the counter, he did not welcome me. Now they have a up and running drive through so that's nice. Service is kinda slow but the food isn't as stale tasting as at some other BK's. Usually good to go there when you have the app on your phone, often they have fun free-bee's or discount fries or something to fill your tummy. read more

I haven't been in person but I pass by on the bus often. Usually I'm a chicken sandwich kind of girl but I was craving fish on this particular occasion and I ordered a big fish sandwich. The only thing I really have to compare it to in terms of fast food is the fillet o fish from McDonald's. This sandwich doesn't have cheese, just tartar sauce and pickles. It was a decent size, not particularly big. It scratched the itch for fish but it's not your fish and chips battered type fish. It's just lightly breaded. Some observations: - No drive-thru is kind of annoying - There's always a lot of old Korean retirees that seem to hang here daily - The line get kind of busy during lunch - The people who work here are friendly and get the food out pretty fast - For some reason the traditional chicken sandwich here is always dry - Other Yelpers seem to confirm that the chicken here is dry AF - I usually get the Whopper here and it's generally good/consistent - I don't enjoy dining in here. While there are two BKs in the area in close proximity to my apartment, I always prefer this one. The food just tastes better here. The only thing I wish this place had was a drive thru! At least it has a parking lot that doesn't get that full so you always have a spot that you can park in! The reviews were right. This is THE slowest "fast food" place I've ever been. I thought it might be different since it was the morning at breakfast time. That's usually less crowded. And it was. I was literally the only customer ordering. There was a guy getting is food that one lady was attending to. Two other women were just behind the counter talking. This location, for me and my family, is the best. Clean. Polite. Helpful. Today we stopped by and got she food. The lady at the register was so polite. When I went to pick up my order she has already added the sauces Ave asked if I needed more or anything else. Everything was packed nicely. The commercial got me. I saw a deal for 10 nuggets for $1.50 on tv. So I decided to get this and fries. This burger king is the closest one in the area of fort lee so I have no other option. They are opened late till 12am. So I place the order and pay. Food was given to me in less than 20 seconds. I brought the food home and shared it with my wife.
