Yeah I am aware that it's Wendy's and not high end cuisine. But Still!!!! This place was awful. So let's start with cleanliness. There were no towels in the bathroom. Over half the tables had food debris on them and the floors had not been swept in a while. The service was mediocre. No one was rude but the lady at the register seemed to really struggle with hearing our order correctly. The food itself wasn't great. The buns were stale. The fries were over cooked and it tasted like the my microwaved the burgers. Avoid this place. Go next door to Waffle House and enjoy some "Southern Gourmet " as we call it. I come to this Wendy's occasionally and they had been pretty decent, until recently when I was yearning for their breakfast fries and a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin sandwich. Ordering was a little challenging as the girl taking my order didn't seem to understand I wanted large fries, but a small coffee with my order and she kept asking me to repeat what I wanted. I still ended up with large fries and a large coffee. The fries were excellent! But the sandwich, which looked fresh, was loaded with too much grease, it was actually dripping off when I picked up the sandwich and the sandwich itself was cool, the English muffin wasn't even toasted. Horrible when I called to ask if they had spicy chicken nuggets for my daughter, they just hung up for no reason in my face. My daughters cheeseburger in her kids meal was raw. The burger was not cooked and raw. Luckily raw beef dosent get you sick. I'm more concerned on what else there is under cooked. Won't be returning. read more

In 30 years of coming to Wendy's, this has to be the slowest store we've ever seen. There was only one family of 3 waiting in front of us. Our boys had time to go to the bathroom and come back, and we hadn't moved, and the family in front of us were still waiting. After about 15 minutes the clerk assured us we were next, and we waited awhile, but finally gave up and left. We will never come back. read more

All I have to say is this business was unsatisfactory. I went to get the new Frappuccino drink. It tasted like crap. They told me that the machine was broken so she just put ice cream on top of iced coffee. I got in my car and put my straw in the top and it exploded all over my front dash. On top of that the vanilla ice cream just tastes gross. However, the staff seemed friendly but Unenthused to help me fix my gross car mess. However, my friend did get the chocolate Wendy's Frappuccino and that one doesn't taste as bad as my damn vanilla one. I did give this review three stars because I appreciated the workers creativity when it came to manufacturing my drink because the machine was broken-not her fault. read more

DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY'S. You were warned. Would give it a 0 if I could. Visited New Year's Eve, as our power was out, and my daughter got some sort of stomach bacterial issue (food poisoning?) from the Diet Dr. Pepper she drank. She said it "tasted funny" and we threw it out, but it was a bit too late. 2 days later she is now able to hold down solids, and she never got a fever, thank God. read more

My hunny and I were hauling down the I-95 heading back home from DC when and she had a serious hankering for a frosty and spicy chicken sandwich. But when we pulled off the freeway to this drive through we had no way of knowing that this was the WORST WENDYS EVER!!! Not only did the coffee have no cream in it but we were not given straws to drink it with. We are used to this kind of thing in our wacky environmentalist home of Seattle, but Fredericksburg has no excuse. So when I went back to ask for straws, toddler in arms I was ignored for at least five minutes until l we both wanted to cry. Also, Wendy's, I'm pretty sure I asked for cream. Huge love to the late-night weekend crew who takes care of us! My hubby and I both work doubles on the weekend at a very busy local cafe. We don't have time to stop running let alone eat food. They're very rude!!!! I pulled up to drive-thru menu ready to order and said a bubbly "hello" and the first thing the young lady said was "gimme a few minutes" .... uh ok.. (mind you I'm the only person in the drive-thru line) after about 5 minutes I finally ordered. I then pulled up to the window just to wait another few minutes so she could finish her text message. Yes, she was on her phone. When she was finished I gave her the money and after she slammed the window shut I then waited ANOTHER few minutes for her to get off her phone and hand me my change and food. OH, Not to mention out of all 5 employees working not a single person had gloves on. Especially not the rude young lady who took my order and even grabbed my fries after handling money and a phone all day. It doesn't even end there. My entire order was wrong!!!! maybe if she wasn't on her phone she would've gotten it right. There was literally no other customers to even confuse my order with. (01/14/2015) In the grand scheme, it's still fast food and a Wendy's like any other. This Wendy's conveniently located off I-95, not too far from the exit, easy access, plenty of parking. Was pretty light on customers when we were there on a weekday, close to noon. Food came lightning fast, correctly as ordered, and piping hot. Comped me a few cents on my upgraded Frosty, even when I was the one who made the mistake during ordering. Service was very friendly and efficient. read more

Walking to the door, I noticed the drive-through window was left open. That first hint didn't play well in my mind considering I can imagine flies would love to get over any open food in reach. Thankfully I saw none, but was unimpressed with the length of time the cashier and shift manager took taking down my order. (Combo 2, fries replaced with chili for here, and salad no chicken to go.) The floor had nuggets, fries, and oil littered on it, further making me question their prep skills. Thankfully my food was out quickly, though not in the manner I requested, however the burger was built well and the chili was hot. If i hadn't been satisfied with my meal, I'd of left a far worse rating. But in the end, the product tasted just fine. read more

We were looking forward to a late lunch at Wendy's. We were met by a young girl with an apron on and no smile. She took our order which came to over $17 for the three of us because of inflated prices. The guy in the back was looking at his phone while the customers were piling up behind us.
