There were 9 nine cars in the drive thru line so I went inside where I was the only customer in line. By the time I got my order and returned to my car the 9th car had already left. My kid was in the car texting the drive thru line status. I got home and every order was wrong. We asked for no onions and we got extra, we ordered plain burgers and got everything on them. So I placed my order they tell me that all they have is bottled water or vanilla frosty's. The food at Wendy's is great and its clean. But that Service though... The Eureka Wendy's service SUCKS! I have gone with my family and every single time without fail they have screwed up on our order. First few times you think ok human error no biggie, after 4 times its like get it together people!!! Worst part is the Manager guy is rude as heck, he kept asking if we had gotten the food kept telling him NO. Wanted to see the receipt a million times. I said look back on your old orders and see for yourself. He was huffy and acted as though we were inconveniencing him. The best Wendy's I've been to, in all honesty. Most fast food makes me sick to my stomach. Never been sick from this location. It's purdy, has the fireplace and the televisions and the modernized drink machine--though I usually just go for the frosties. I only took a star off--not because of the business but because you will encounter the occasional tweeker-creature lurking. Just went to the drive thru on grand opening night. I get up to the window and much to my dismay they are out of burgers. You think maybe you could have put a sign up letting people know that instead of waiting in line 30 minutes for the news. So I am forced to order chicken. I order a homestyle chicken w/cheese combo. The best fast food restaurant in Eureka. The hamburgers here look and taste just like you see them on the commercials. Thick and juicy neither undercooked nor overcooked. I like the Wendy's double cheeseburger. Most satisfying. I was here a few days ago coming down from Crescent City to do my business and make it a point to always eat here. Best fast food in Eureka. Once they got over their grand opening (and I have yet to see a restaurant of any kind that had a smooth grand opening), service speed and accuracy has dramatically improved. Both drive-thru and inside wait times are fairly short. Burgers are juicy and tasty. They have no problem with custom orders, and when I asked how much for added onion and tomato was told "free". I like free. Best soda selection I've ever seen in a restaurant of any kind. Their new machines are amazing... but only usable inside. Drive-thru only has a limited selection available for some reason. Restaurant is clean and modern. The flickering fire thing is a bit odd, since it doesn't seem to be accompanied by a localized heater when it's cold. I mean really, what's the point of something that looks like a fireplace if you can't get warm next to it? read more

To make a short story shorter...both of these employees came into my place of work for two seperate things in the same night...and both of them had MRSA/STAPH infections on their hands and arms. Okay so my family went here twice and they always mess up my burgers. I do a special order because I'm very picky. The manager is the one who always took our order and I always say to cheese and guess what they put cheese on it. We didn't check it and went back to the hotel then I opened the burger and we had to drive all the way back to Wendy's to make them redo it. I got back the burger and was satisfied. Second time we went there the manager messed up the order and we checked this time so they didn't make this mistake and they had to remake the burger 3 times because they couldn't get the order right. After the third time the person who was making the food slapped everything on there fast and they didn't make it right so we just left. I felt bad because of the cows that had to be killed to make that burger and they just throw it away. Also I feel angry because someone with actual food allergies will order a special burger and they will probably make it wrong. I recommend that if you are picky then don't go here and also we are never eating there again. Why is it every-time I go to Wendy's they leave something out of my bag. I swear they do it on purpose. Very frustrating.

so i go in and order my food then use the restroom, there is no soap in the sink or towels so i go to the front and they apologize and let me wash my hands in their sink. As soon as i finish washing my hands an employee comes out of the restroom after taking a dump as i was in there using the urinal and he was sitting down smelling up the place. He jumps right in to working and i start yelling at him, Hay did you wash your hands.. he's all Yah. I'm all no, there is no soap or towels so how did you wash your hands, what is your name... he freaks out on me and tells me not only will he not tell me his name, but i am causing a scene so they call the police on me... i asked numerous times for him name and they refused..,.. i was escorted out and my 11 year old son points out to me that the guy i was mad at never did wash his hands, and was cooking everyone's food. I will figure out who the guy was and report him to higher ups, but until then enjoy eating the poop from this place. read more

Got food for my family and the kids meals for my daughter and son and found my sons burger was raw, as in done on the outside and raw meet on the inside. I called and talked to manager and she said come back and when I did so she did not talk to me instead a counter person talked to me and they said they could replace the burger and give me a free frosty REALLY! you gave my son raw food and all you are going to do is give us the same food again hoping that it's not raw like the 1st burger WAY TO HANDLE IT JUST LET YOUR MINIONS DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT GOT RAW POSSIBLE POISON FOOD... Called manager again and she said once again to come back in so I did and this time she took time out of her "busy" schedule to talk to me and after we talked the best she said she could do was refund me the money back for my meal...
