I really enjoy a good burger. Fast food rarely delivers that, but Wendys is close. But....every time I go there I get the grumpy employee who looks like I am the worst part of her day...try teaching your staff the "Disneyland Technique". Just because someone works fast food doesn't mean they need to be unhappy. Be as happy as you can be to your customers. ALWAYS! read more

I stop in once a month for a Dave's double with cheese . No mayo mustard or ketchup . Every other time they put all three on and ruin my meal . I will just go to porter street from now on . read more

Straight forward: the service was good, the cashier was nice and friendly, the facility was clean, and the food tasted the way it's supposed to at Wendy's. They even customized one of our orders to make it vegan. read more

This Wendy's is the nicest Wendy's I have ever been to. Service was great. Food was good and fast. Clean.

The food at Wendy's is great and its clean. But that Service though... The Eureka Wendy's service SUCKS! I have gone with my family and every single time without fail they have screwed up on our order. First few times you think ok human error no biggie, after 4 times its like get it together people!!! Worst part is the Manager guy is rude as heck, he kept asking if we had gotten the food kept telling him NO. Wanted to see the receipt a million times. I said look back on your old orders and see for yourself. He was huffy and acted as though we were inconveniencing him. The old Wendy's staff was so much more friendly and not stuck up and rude. read more

Cant say they have ever got my order right......especially if i go in the girl they have at the counter should probably be working in the back she is rude and was apparently not traind properly on the register.....other than the negative the food seems clean and the drive through is fast.... yes i will eat there again read more

I work in fast food and I understand but these ladies lack professionalism and I say ladies because it's only the girls wendys has good food but they should seriously consider managers wear a headset one young lady had the audacity to hit on my boyfriend right in front of me seriously cut the fat of your restaurant get people who actually want to work there don't think I'll be returning read more

There were 9 nine cars in the drive thru line so I went inside where I was the only customer in line. By the time I got my order and returned to my car the 9th car had already left. My kid was in the car texting the drive thru line status. I got home and every order was wrong. We asked for no onions and we got extra, we ordered plain burgers and got everything on them. Very disappointing! I can't wait for in and out to open. read more

So tonight I stop by Wendy's to get some food and the 1st thing I see when I pull up to the window to order is they are completely out of Sodus. How does the fast food restaurant run out a soda? So I placed my order they tell me that all they have is bottled water or vanilla frosty's. I'm gonna pass on both so then I get to the window I pay my bill and as I'm driving away I realized my French fries. or lukewarm. Also for some reason this location can never seen to push their drive-through fast forward there is always A-line no matter what time of day in the drive-through because they can't figure out how to work there drive-through. I'm sorry I love Wendy's but I really do not like coming to this location due to the slowness read more

The best Wendy's I've been to, in all honesty. Most fast food makes me sick to my stomach. Never been sick from this location. It's purdy, has the fireplace and the televisions and the modernized drink machine--though I usually just go for the frosties. I only took a star off--not because of the business but because you will encounter the occasional tweeker-creature lurking. It's kind of hard to eat your meal in peace when someone like that invades your space and begins to babble while you're trying to consume your meal in peace. read more

Just went to the drive thru on grand opening night. I get up to the window and much to my dismay they are out of burgers. You think maybe you could have put a sign up letting people know that instead of waiting in line 30 minutes for the news. So I am forced to order chicken. I order a homestyle chicken w/cheese combo. Get home of course there is no frickin' cheese. First impression is the lasting impression and you all suck!!!! read more

I really only like the fries...I get a coupon in the mail...so I go get something sometimes..No coupon, I don't go.

The best fast food restaurant in Eureka. The hamburgers here look and taste just like you see them on the commercials. Thick and juicy neither undercooked nor overcooked. I like the Wendy's double cheeseburger. Most satisfying. I was here a few days ago coming down from Crescent City to do my business and make it a point to always eat here. And the staff is always friendly. Keep up the good work. read more

They think it's cool to give you diet soda when you already spit out one foul tasting fake sugar so they give you a second foul wrong drink when you return it. Avoid if you dont want to consume copious amounts of carcinogens. read more

In an age of shrinking burgers, this place still has some pretty big ones for a franchise restaurant. A brand new building with a fancier then average decorum and local nice Humbolt teen/college students working here. read more

It was a new and clean Wendy's for me. It's not an in and out burger but I preferred it over McDonald's.

Haven't been to a Wendy's in years. They did a good job with the upgrade. Looks very nice inside as well as outside. Typical fast food inside. Cashier was nice and did her job. read more

Wendy's - the inside of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Eureka, California

For fast food Wendy's is the best. Food was fresh, salads are delicious and this location is very clean and updated.

Best fast food in Eureka. Once they got over their grand opening (and I have yet to see a restaurant of any kind that had a smooth grand opening), service speed and accuracy has dramatically improved. Both drive-thru and inside wait times are fairly short. Burgers are juicy and tasty. They have no problem with custom orders, and when I asked how much for added onion and tomato was told "free". I like free. Best soda selection I've ever seen in a restaurant of any kind. Their new machines are amazing... but only usable inside. Drive-thru only has a limited selection available for some reason. Restaurant is clean and modern. The flickering fire thing is a bit odd, since it doesn't seem to be accompanied by a localized heater when it's cold. I mean really, what's the point of something that looks like a fireplace if you can't get warm next to it? read more

Nice try wendy...This was pretty god damn close though shit. I'm guessing they tried doe. Looks like these mofos only used one strip of bacon wtf mang read more

Overall I never have a problem but tonight I ordered a Dave's double and a chicken sandwich with cheese and these guys f***** it up I was the only person in the drive thru and there was no cars in the parking lot just thought I'd give you my opinion read more

The cashier was a B**CH! They take forever, the food is cold, the blonde in the window needs to take the tampon out of her A$$.

When they first reopened the new store the food was hot and good, now the last few times the food is sloppy and I have yet to get hot crispy fry's. I really like Wendy's food. But it has to be hot to be good, Drive thru at night is exceptionally bad. Who's in charge of that mess. read more

I havent eaten here in some time because of an experience with a couple of their (i'm hoping ex) employees. To make a short story shorter...both of these employees came into my place of work for two seperate things in the same night...and both of them had MRSA/STAPH infections on their hands and arms. Kinda freaked me a bit. Although I have never had bad food here I am just too frightened to go back. read more

Nice place! Very busy but the cashier was a real joy! The pick up area is a little tight and they were not very observant with checking my order. It's very clean and modern. Overall a nice stop. The cashier was the one who saved it from being just a 3 star place. read more

Best salads ever. I had the Power Mediterranean and the strawberry and mango, they are so good and the place is really clean!

Okay so my family went here twice and they always mess up my burgers. I do a special order because I'm very picky. The manager is the one who always took our order and I always say to cheese and guess what they put cheese on it. We didn't check it and went back to the hotel then I opened the burger and we had to drive all the way back to Wendy's to make them redo it. I got back the burger and was satisfied. Second time we went there the manager messed up the order and we checked this time so they didn't make this mistake and they had to remake the burger 3 times because they couldn't get the order right. After the third time the person who was making the food slapped everything on there fast and they didn't make it right so we just left. I felt bad because of the cows that had to be killed to make that burger and they just throw it away. Also I feel angry because someone with actual food allergies will order a special burger and they will probably make it wrong. I recommend that if you are picky then don't go here and also we are never eating there again. P.S I know they don't have many workers and they have to work fast for everyone else, but this is just ridiculous. read more

Why is it every-time I go to Wendy's they leave something out of my bag. I swear they do it on purpose. Very frustrating.

Got food for my family and the kids meals for my daughter and son and found my sons burger was raw, as in done on the outside and raw meet on the inside. I called and talked to manager and she said come back and when I did so she did not talk to me instead a counter person talked to me and they said they could replace the burger and give me a free frosty REALLY! you gave my son raw food and all you are going to do is give us the same food again hoping that it's not raw like the 1st burger WAY TO HANDLE IT JUST LET YOUR MINIONS DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT GOT RAW POSSIBLE POISON FOOD... Called manager again and she said once again to come back in so I did and this time she took time out of her "busy" schedule to talk to me and after we talked the best she said she could do was refund me the money back for my meal... Luckily I was breaking my sons food up for him before I handed him the raw burger. I guess he would have had to eat it for this establishment to realize the seriousness of this situation. I completely feel like no one cared. Just here is a frosty does that make it better? read more

so i go in and order my food then use the restroom, there is no soap in the sink or towels so i go to the front and they apologize and let me wash my hands in their sink. As soon as i finish washing my hands an employee comes out of the restroom after taking a dump as i was in there using the urinal and he was sitting down smelling up the place. He jumps right in to working and i start yelling at him, Hay did you wash your hands.. he's all Yah. I'm all no, there is no soap or towels so how did you wash your hands, what is your name... he freaks out on me and tells me not only will he not tell me his name, but i am causing a scene so they call the police on me... i asked numerous times for him name and they refused..,.. i was escorted out and my 11 year old son points out to me that the guy i was mad at never did wash his hands, and was cooking everyone's food. I will figure out who the guy was and report him to higher ups, but until then enjoy eating the poop from this place. read more
