I came through the drive through and orders a 5 dollar biggie bag with the chicken blt with no Mayo I got my order but it was wrong there was mayo on my order and no bacon I called the store and let them know my order was wrong but instead the girl started arguing with me and hung the phone up on me, I am also a manager at a story and this is defending not the way you treat your customers or act as a manager the customer is always right, im very upset I spent my money here and I can't even get a refund or my food remade the "manager" keeps hanging up on me after I've asked to speak to a gm or have a corporate number, I don't recommend anyone going to this location read more

They put spicy chicken nuggets in my toddlers kids meal. He was crying they were so hot! Who does that to a child? The chicken nuggets are literally red so I don't know how they could see the red nuggets and still stick them into a kids meal bag. While in the area for work I figured I'd go with something simple and fast, so Wendy's is where I ended up. This location provided a 5 star experience in every aspect. While during the noon hour, it was visibly busy. However, this seemed to have no impact on their service. I was immediately greeted and my order was done in less than 2 min. While I thought that was unusually fast, I watched in the dining room as this speed of service continued. Employees also repeatedly offered help to many older patrons with a smiling face. Service is clearly a focus. Dining room was immaculate, and was swept and tables cleaned during my time eating. Food was hot and fresh as I would expect. When I went into the store to complain, the manager on duty basically acted like it wasn't her problem and I would have to talk to the regional. Well, it's hard to do that when he won't call you.
