Worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell, The First time, I ordered a Cheesy double beef burrito, Chicken quesadill, and large Nacho fries. Checked my order before leaving the parking lot glad I did because they had given me the wrong order. Got back in line waited for all the cars told the guy working the drive through at the time that I was given the wrong order came back to the window handed him the incorrect order and my receipt they said it would be corrected while at it I asked to add another Nacho fries to my order and still paid for it Sat there waiting for them to finish making my food the same guy gave me a Different bag said I was all good to go I didn't think to check the bag cause I thought that they would double Check it after making a mistake the first time. Got home and checked the bag turns out that I was given the wrong order for a second time. I gave them a call asking to speak to a manager and the guy on the other line said he was the manager on duty I explained the situation and he told me that he'd make sure to fix my order and give me some coupons I told him I'd like a refund as this was now the second time my order to messed up he said thats completely possible I told him that I'd be there shortly ended the call. I got there waited In line again got to the window the manager was Working the window he had asked if I was the one with the messed up order I told him yes he said okay I just need your card to refund the money I handed it to him I received my money he Then walked away I sat there thinking that I was still getting my food he ends up coming back to the window asking how came I help you and I said I was waiting for my food he said oh you still wanted your food I shouldn't have given you that refund then and then said that he could ring it up I said no forget about it and left. I don't Want to go a claim something that isn't true but either your to stupid to make sure you correct your mistake this time or your on something.. and the manager telling me that he shouldn't have given me a refund if I still wanted my food after 2 mistakes is completely unacceptable ive worked at a restaurant for years and always corrected our mistakes and gave a refund. I hate righting reviews but my experience here was completely unacceptable they had given me two different peoples orders which more then likely they got the wrong food as well. read more

The worst Taco Bell. No senior discount because it wasn't put in the computer. Very slow service and our tacos were cold. I asked a worker if they are supposed to be cold, he answered no. I told him they were cold, his response was "I don't know. Stay away from this Taco Bell. read more

They really deserve no stars. I've gone here several times over 2 years and every time I regret it. I have been given the wrong items/ order, I have been missing items, I have had tacos that are literally just meat with no other toppings, and the workers are usually rude. Just went through the single lane drive thru, once getting to the speaker I see the sign listing 10 ingredients they do not have including lettuce & tomato. This is 2/5 of the items needed for my order, I can't get out of line unless I wait through the line & go elsewhere to wait in line again during my short lunch. So I'm stuck ordering meat cheese & tortilla for the same price as if it wasn't missing almost half of the item. I mentioned to the staff that there was a grocery store 100 yards away that had lettuce & tomato, she kind of chuckled and said "I know, right?" So is corporate so controlling they won't let them buy missing ingredients or is the manager so incompetent they didn't think of this? They could have spent $10 and gotten enough veg for a day or two. read more

We usually go to Taco Bell as comfort food, my wife and I. But, they decided to make the burritos a mess in the bag, didn't put in about half of the extra things we asked for and the people behind the counter acted like we just shot their collective dog. On top of that, out of the 5 burritos we got, somehow 4 of them were barely burritos and more of empty tortillas that have what was supposed to be filling about half what it was supposed to be, and half of what was there was outside of the burrito and basically in the bag Five Guys Fries style. read more

This is the absolute slowest Taco Bell in Elkhart! They give the most absurd excuses as to why it's taking so long or why it will be "a long time before we can make your food". Not to mention they never have enough employees to make the food but the drive they and front counter kids can stand around on their phones while there are customers everywhere waiting for food. ALL HANDS ON DECK TACO BELL!! . There is one female manager in particular that acts like serious white trash and treats customers terrible. There are plenty of other locations within a couple miles distance. Go to one of those. read more

Waited 20 minutes for my food before it asked for my money back and left without any food. Don't visit here that frequently anyway but definitely won't after this. Didn't see any urgency from the staff behind the counter to fill orders and also saw the woman running the drive-through kept checking her cell phone and then filling drink cups and touching the lids so you picture the bacteria spread there. Also the guy behind the counter was wearing gloves but then he proceeds to dust his shirt off while wearing his gloves and then go back to making food. Fast food in this area has become quite a joke save your money and your time and go get some real food. read more

I keep asking myself why do I come back here. The service is terrible, people at the counter are rude and don't even acknowledge your standing there. The food is what you would expect, fast food tacos. Really folks if you want us to come back you need to hire people who want to work. The parking lot was full of trash. waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru today- this is not an exaggeration. i arrived in the drive thru at12pm and made sure to look at the clock whe i was handed my food-12:45pm. takes almost a half hour to get to the speaker to order. at that point i'm told it's a 10-15 min wait on each order-with four cars ahead of me...do i still want to order??? not like i have a choice-i can't pull out of the line because the drive thru is one lane and closed in by a curb- and if im going to have to wait just to be able to leave the drive thru i may as well get food. i was lucky as i have an hour lunch...still absolutely ridiculous. i used to go here weekly...not anymore. at least the order was right. read more

This is LITERALLY the worst service I've ever had at any Taco Bell. We sat at the drive through ordering window for 20 minutes! Then we sat at the next window for another 20 minutes just to get a couple of tacos and nacho fries. The drive through last was on FaceTime and all of the other workers were on their phones too! Went to get 4 bean burritos after a long day at work. Asked for sour cream to be added. First of all, it took forever to get through the drivethru ...the woman at the window was rude. No sour cream in my burritos...beans were old and dried up. Barely any cheese...and the tortillas were old and crusty. Waste of money...i wont be going back. So whoever is working tonight, Sunday May 14th at 830 at night...you need some additional training on being nice and getting simple orders correct. This place is crap. I was walking up to the door at 10 and the lady comes out and tells me no that I can not come in. Okay first off I work in fast food. I know that the way she treated us was extremely rude. I would not treat any of my customers like that. I'm sorry but after this visit I will not be coming back to this taco bell. I absolutely love taco bell. And I spend about 100 dollars at taco bells around me in a month. And I spend about 50 at this one. How can Taco Bell be out of beef? My husband went in tonight, March 12th, 2017 and ordered a burrito supreme and a taco. They said it would be a 15 minute wait or he could have steak or chicken at no extra cost so he chose steak. 15 minutes later and he still doesn't have his order. When he finally gets it, he opens up the burrito and he doesn't see any meat until 1/2 way through it he finds three small pieces of chicken, not even the steak he ordered. In the mean time I witnessed someone coming out of Taco Bell with garbage for the dumpster. They stop right in front of my truck, put the garbage down to light a cigarette then proceeds to take only half the garbage to dumpster and then come back for the rest in order for him to make 2 trips that would normally take one just to smoke a cigarette. So if they have enough time to do that, why in the heck don't they have enough time to make more beef? Smh ridiculous. read more
